Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド車両の制御部は、イグニッションキーのオンからオフまでの走行期間であるトリップ期間の間に、目標診断回数だけ、発電機の診断を行う。そのために、制御部は、随時、発電機による発電が行われているか否かを診断し、発電が行われていない場合には、それまで行った診断回数が目標診断回数に達しているか否かを判断する(S10、S12)。目標診断回数に達していない場合は、続いて、診断に適した条件であるダイアグ開始条件を満たしているか否かを判断する(S14)。ダイアグ開始条件を満たす場合には、発電機を駆動制御する第一インバータと電源との間に設けられたゲートを開放し、両者を電気的に接続する(S16)。そして、その状態で、ゼロトルク制御を実施しつつ、発電機に関する診断を実行する(S18,S20)。

- 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の動力により発電する発電機と、前記発電機を制御する第一インバータと、車輪を駆動する電動機と、前記電動機を制御する第二インバータと、を備えたハイブリッド車両を制御するハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記第一インバータが駆動している際に、予め規定された前記発電機および第一インバータの少なくとも一方について良否診断に必要な値を検出する検出手段と、
前記第一インバータの駆動を制御するとともに、前記検出手段での検出結果に基づいて前記発電機および第一インバータの少なくとも一方について良否を診断する制御手段と、
を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記電動機で車輪駆動する電気走行中は、前記良否診断が不要と判断した場合は前記第一インバータを駆動停止させ、前記良否診断が必要と判断した場合は電気走行中であっても前記検出手段による検出が完了するまで前記第一インバータを駆動させる

前記制御手段による診断結果を、イグニッションスイッチのオンからオフまでの走行期間であるトリップ期間ごとに分けて記憶する記憶手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、記憶手段に記憶されている診断結果に基づいて診断回数が目標診断回数に達していないと判断した場合には、前記良否診断が必要と判断し、電気走行中であっても前記第一インバータを駆動させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記制御手段は、検出手段による検出実行中、前記発電機をゼロトルク制御するべく第一インバータを駆動制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、さらに、
前記発電機の連れ周りによる回転数を検出する回転数検出手段を有し、
前記制御部は、診断回数が目標回数に達しておらず、かつ、前記回転数検出手段で検出された回転数が前記発電機の診断に適した回転数に達した場合に、前記第一インバータを駆動させて検出手段による検出を実行させることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記電源は、前記内燃機関および前記発電機による内部充電と、外部電源による外部充電と、が可能であることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
