Abstract
【解決手段】ビルトイン型モータの回転子の内部にスリーブを固定し、このスリーブの中空部内において、ボールネジ機構の回転部であるネジ軸とスリーブとを連結具によって連結・固定し、射出用部材と一体となって直線運動する部材にボールネジ機構の直動部であるナット体を固定する。

図1〜図5は、本発明の一実施形態(以下、本実施形態と記す)による電動タイプのインラインスクリュ式の射出成形機に係り、図1は、本実施形態の射出成形機の射出系メカニズムの概要を示す要部断面図である。

Claims (2)
- 射出用電動モータの回転をボールネジ機構により直線運動に変換することで射出用部材を前後進させ、前記射出用電動モータとして、円筒形の固定子と、該固定子の内部に位置する円筒形の回転子とをもつ、内部が中空のビルトイン(Built−In)型モータを用いる成形機において、
前記ビルトイン型モータの前記回転子の内部にスリーブを固定し、このスリーブの中空部内において、前記ボールネジ機構の回転部であるネジ軸と前記スリーブとを連結具によって連結・固定し、前記射出用部材と一体となって直線運動する部材に前記ボールネジ機構の直動部であるナット体を固定したことを特徴とする成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の成形機において、
前記連結具は、その内周面側にテーパ部をもち径方向に変位可能なアウタレースと、その外周面側にテーパ部をもち径方向に変位可能なインナレースと、前記アウタレースと前記インナレースとの間に位置して軸方向に移動可能なテーパリングと、このテーパリングを軸方向に移動させる締め付けボルトとで構成されて、前記ビルトイン型モータの中空部の開放端側から、前記締め付けボルトを操作するようにしたことを特徴とする成形機。
