Abstract
Description
マスターバッチは、一般にキャリヤープラスチック、顔料、および(オプションとして)添加物からなるものとする。この添加物は、たとえば充填剤、平滑剤、安定剤、処理補助剤である。マイクロカプセル封入された染料−マスターバッチを製造するためのキャリヤープラスチックとしては、この例では、熱可塑性包帯材料の製造に用いると同じ熱可塑性プラスチックを用いる。
液体染料を生成するためには、マイクロカプセル封入された染料を顔料粉末として、不活性液体、たとえば鉱油、エステルオイル、脂肪酸エステル、脂肪アルコール、ポリエチレングリコールなどの中に加え、表面活性剤または安定剤、チキソトロピー剤といった補助物質を混入した分散剤を用いて、均質な分散系とする。その結果、マイクロカプセル封入された熱変色性染料は、できるだけ細分されて分布する形態で、すなわち顔料凝固のない状態で、液体中に分布する。この場合、マイクロカプセルのシェルが損傷しないよう、そしてカプセルがカプセルとして無傷であるように、攪拌速度とせん断条件を設定する。液体染料中の染料−マイクロカプセルの重量割合は、20〜70重量%に設定するのが合目的である。しかしマイクロカプセル封入された熱変色性染料を含むこの種の液体染料は、沈殿する傾向があり、十分な均質性を得るには、使用前ごとに攪拌しなければならない。
Claims (14)
- 熱可塑性プラスチックが第1のマイクロカプセル封入された染料を含むことを特徴とする、当該熱可塑性プラスチックを含み、当該熱可塑性プラスチックが第1の繊維ウェブに塗布されている包帯材料。
- 前記の第1のマイクロカプセル封入された染料が熱変色性染料であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包帯材料。
- 前記の熱可塑性プラスチックが少なくとも1つの第2の染料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の包帯材料。
- 前記の少なくとも1つの第2の染料が、マイクロカプセル封入される、特には熱変色性の染料であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の包帯材料。
- 前記の少なくとも第1の、および/またはそのほかの熱変色性染料は、変色温度Tuが、熱可塑性プラスチックの熱的および/または機械的な材料パラメーターおよび/または処理パラメーターと相関することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の包帯材料。
- さらに繊維ウェブおよび/または熱可塑性プラスチックが設けられ、1つの複合物として配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の包帯材料。
- 繊維ウェブを準備する工程、
コーティングコンパウンドを生成するため、少なくとも第1のマイクロカプセル封入された染料および/または第1のマイクロカプセル封入された染料を含む染料調合物を熱可塑性プラスチックに混入する工程、
繊維ウェブをコーティングコンパウンドでコーティングする工程、
好ましくは、コーティングコンパウンドの上にもう1つの繊維ウェブを載せる工程、
包帯材料を調製する工程
を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の包帯材料を製造する方法。 - マイクロカプセル封入された染料をキャリヤープラスチックに添加することによって、前記染料調合物が生成され、当該混合物を融解し、均質化し、続いて冷ました後に顆粒化することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリヤープラスチックの融点は、熱可塑性プラスチックの融点より10K下から当該融点より60K上までの範囲にある、請求項8に記載の方法。
- マイクロカプセル封入された染料を不活性液体に添加して、当該混合物を均質化することによって、前記染料調合物が生成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- コーティングコンパウンドを生成するため、少なくとも1つの第2の染料、および/または少なくとも1つの第2の染料調合物、および/または複数の染料を含む染料調合物が混入されることを特徴とする、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 整形外科用支持包帯を生成するため、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の包帯材料の使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の包帯材料を含む巻き包帯、特に整形外科用支持包帯を生成するための当該巻き包帯。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の包帯材料を含む整形外科用支持包帯。
