Description
Claims (25)
- 好ましくは水である液体に好ましくは溶解された尿素と、好ましくは空気であるガスとを混合するための混合デバイスであって、該混合デバイスが、尿素およびガスを該混合デバイスの混合チャンバー内に別々に供給するための尿素注入口およびガス注入口、ならびに尿素とガスの混合物を混合チャンバーから排出するための排出口を備え、該注入口の選択された表面上の尿素結晶の沈着が回避され、かつ/または該表面上に沈着した結晶が、混合デバイスの使用中に該表面上から除去されるように、混合チャンバーに空気を供給するための少なくともガス注入口が設計される、混合デバイス。
- ガス注入口にバルブをさらに備える、請求項1記載の混合デバイス。
- ガス注入口の選択された表面上の結晶の除去がガス注入口に備えられたバルブによって提供され、該バルブが、混合デバイス中に沈着した尿素結晶、特にバルブから混合チャンバーへの排出口中および/または排出口近傍に沈着した尿素結晶を緩めるために往復運動を実行するよう適合化される、請求項2記載の混合デバイス。
- バルブにかかる圧力差が予め選択された閾値を超えた場合にバルブが開いてガスの混合チャンバーへの流入を可能にするように、バルブが、スプリング手段によりバルブシートに対して偏らせたピストンを備える、請求項2または3記載の混合デバイス。
- ピストンが連続的にシートに着いたりシートから離れたりするように、スプリング手段が、ガスがバルブを通って流れる場合にピストンの往復運動を誘導するよう適合化される、請求項4記載の混合デバイス。
- バルブが貫通部を有する平らな部材を備え、かつ、ガス注入口の密閉を提供するために、該平らな部材にかかる圧力差が第一の予め選択された閾値を下回る場合に該平らな部材が該貫通部近傍の注入口中の上流部材に接し、かつ、貫通部を通じた混合チャンバーへの空気の流入を可能にするために、該平らな部材にかかる圧力差が第二の予め選択された閾値を上回る場合は該平らな部材は該上流部材に接しない、請求項2記載の混合デバイス。
- 平らな部材が連続的に上流部材に着いたり上流部材から離れたりするように、該平らな部材が、ガスが貫通部を通って流れる場合に上流部材方向への往復運動を誘導するよう適合化される、請求項6記載の混合デバイス。
- 尿素注入口が混合チャンバー内に延びている位置の下流で、ガス注入口が混合チャンバー内に延びている、前記請求項のいずれか一項記載の混合デバイス。
- ガス注入口表面への結晶の沈着を回避するために、該ガス注入口表面の少なくとも一部が平滑であるおよび/または付着防止性(non-sticking)である、前記請求項のいずれか一項記載の混合デバイス。
- 平滑性が研磨および/またはコーティングにより提供される、請求項9記載の混合デバイス。
- コーティングがテフロンコーティング(PTFE)形態であるか、またはデバイスの少なくとも一部がテフロン(PTFE)製である、請求項10記載の混合デバイス。
- 平滑な表面の一部が混合チャンバーに流入する開口部である、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項記載の混合デバイス。
- 渦が発生するまたは増幅される様式で、開口部がガス流を混合チャンバー内に導く、請求項12記載の混合デバイス。
- 混合チャンバー表面への結晶の沈着を回避するために、該混合チャンバー表面の少なくとも一部が平滑であるおよび/または付着防止性である、前記請求項のいずれか一項記載の混合デバイス。
- ガス注入口の少なくとも一部および/または混合チャンバーの一部を、132℃を上回る温度、好ましくは140℃を上回る温度、特に尿素結晶の融点を上回る温度まで加熱する手段をさらに備えた混合デバイスであって、該加熱手段が好ましくは永久的または定期的な加熱に適合化される、前記請求項のいずれか一項記載の混合デバイス。
- 加熱手段が、ガス注入口が混合チャンバー内に延びている領域の加熱に適合化される、請求項15記載の混合デバイス。
- 加熱手段が、電流を印加した場合に熱を発生させる電気素子を含む、請求項15または16記載の混合デバイス。
- 加熱手段がPTC素子を含む、請求項17記載の混合デバイス。
- 液化尿素を計量して液化尿素を尿素注入口に注入するための定量ポンプをさらに備える、前記請求項のいずれか一項記載の混合デバイス。
- 加圧ガスをガス注入口に供給するための空気供給源をさらに備える、前記請求項のいずれか一項記載の混合デバイス。
- 混合デバイスの排出口がエンジンの排気システムに連結される、請求項19または20記載の混合デバイスを備えるエンジン。
- ディーゼルエンジンである、請求項21記載のエンジン。
- 測定・制御ユニットをさらに備えるエンジンであって、該測定・制御ユニットが、排気ガスの温度、RPM、および/または燃料消費などの、生じたエンジン出力に関してエンジンの特性を測定し、かつ、該測定・制御ユニットが排気ガスに添加する尿素の量を決定して、それに応じて定量ポンプを制御する、請求項21または22記載のエンジン。
- 請求項21〜23のいずれか一項記載のエンジンを備える、車両。
- 空気供給源が、混合デバイス以外にも加圧空気を供給する空気コンプレッサーである、請求項24記載の車両。
