Claims (10)
- 拡張可能なだぼスリーブ(31)のための拡開ねじであって、シャフト(12)を有し、このシャフト(12)の第1端部(13)にねじ回し係合手段(15)を設け、第2端部(17)から少なくとも1条の第1ねじ山(19)を延在させた該拡開ねじにおいて、
少なくとも1条の第1ねじ山(19)の領域における、第2端部(17)から離間する部分に、少なくとも1条の他の第2ねじ山(23)を有するねじ部分(21)を設けたことを特徴とする拡開ねじ。 - 請求項1記載の拡開ねじにおいて、少なくとも1条の第2ねじ山(23)の外径(A)を、第1ねじ山(19)の外径(A)に等しくした拡開ねじ。
- 請求項1または2記載の拡開ねじにおいて、少なくとも1条の第2ねじ山(23)のピッチ勾配を、少なくとも1条の第1ねじ山(19)のピッチ勾配に等しくした拡開ねじ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の拡開ねじにおいて、全てのねじ山(19,23)におけるフランク角度(C)を同一にした拡開ねじ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の拡開ねじにおいて、少なくとも1条の第2ねじ山(23)を有するねじ部分(21)の領域におけるシャフト(12)のコア半径(D2)を、少なくとも1条の第2ねじ山(23)を有するねじ部分(21)とシャフト(12)の第2端部(17)との間における領域でのシャフト(12)のコア半径(D1)よりも大きくした拡開ねじ。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の拡開ねじにおいて、少なくとも1条の第1ねじ山(19)を、少なくとも、少なくとも1条の第2ねじ山(23)を有するねじ部分(21)とシャフト(12)の第2端部(17)との間における領域では、丸ねじとして構成した拡開ねじ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の拡開ねじにおいて、ねじ山(19,23)のうち少なくとも一方を、少なくとも、少なくとも1条の第2ねじ山(23)を有するねじ部分(21)の領域で台形ねじとして構成した拡開ねじ。
- 請求項7記載の拡開ねじにおいて、少なくとも1条の第2ねじ山(23)を有するねじ部分(21)の領域において、全てのねじ山(19,23)を台形ねじとして構成した拡開ねじ。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の拡開ねじにおいて、シャフト(12)の第1端部(13)に、ねじ回し係合手段(15)を備えたねじヘッド(14)を設け、このねじヘッド(14)の下面(26)に互いに離間する複数個の突起(27)を設けた拡開ねじ。
- 拡開領域(32)を有する拡張可能なだぼスリーブ(31)と、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の拡開ねじ(11)とを備えた固定装置において、拡開ねじ(11)の、少なくとも1条の第2ねじ山(23)を有するねじ部分(21)の軸線方向長さを、だぼスリーブ(31)における拡開領域(32)の軸線方向長さ(L)よりも小さくしたことを特徴とする固定装置。
