Abstract

熱可塑性樹脂により一緒に接着している複数の強化繊維を含む浸透性繊維強化熱可塑性コア層であって、前記浸透性コア層が約0.1gm/cc〜約1.8gm/ccの密度を有し、第1の面と第2の面を有する浸透性繊維強化熱可塑性コア層と、
前記第1の面に取り付けられている少なくとも1つの第1の補強皮と、
前記第2の面に取り付けられている少なくとも1つの第2の補強皮とを備え、
前記第1および第2の各補強皮は、強化繊維および熱可塑性樹脂のマトリックスを含み、前記第1の面に取り付けられている強化繊維の前記マトリックスが二軸方向に配置され、前記第2の面に取り付けられている強化繊維の前記マトリックスも二軸方向に配置されている多層繊維強化シート。 - 任意の1つの補強皮内の強化繊維の前記マトリックスが、一軸方向、二軸方向、織った繊維の向き、または編んだ繊維の向きを含む、請求項1に記載の多層繊維強化シート。
