Abstract
【解決手段】車両用冷凍サイクル装置において、車両エンジン11の加速状態を判定する判定手段S110と、蒸発器6の熱負荷を検出する検出手段13と、この検出手段13で得られた熱負荷に応じた圧縮機2の許容容量とする最小制御信号Icminを決定する決定手段S120と、判定手段S110により車両エンジン11の加速状態が判定されると、容量可変機構15への制御信号Icを、決定手段S120によって決定された最小制御信号Icminの値に低下させて、その後に、加速状態判定前の制御信号Icの値に順次復帰させる低下復帰手段S130、S140とを設ける。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態を示す全体構成図であり、冷凍サイクル1には冷媒を吸入、圧縮、吐出する圧縮機2が備えられている。圧縮機2は、後述する電子制御装置(本発明における外部に対応)14からの制御信号(具体的には制御電流Ic)により電気的に制御される容量可変機構15を備える斜板型可変容量式の吸入圧制御仕様のものとなっており、上記「課題」の項で説明したものと同じである。容量可変機構15への制御電流Icを大きくするほど、吐出容量は大きくなり、吐出容量は、ほぼゼロ容量〜100%容量へ連続的に切替え可能となっている。この圧縮機2から吐出された高温、高圧の過熱ガス冷媒は凝縮器3に流入し、ここで、図示しない冷却ファンより送風される外気と熱交換して冷媒は冷却されて凝縮する。
本発明の第2実施形態を図7に示す。第2実施形態は、上記第1実施形態に対して最小制御電流Icminを決定するための制御マップを変更したものである。
上記第1実施形態では最小制御電流Icminを決定するための制御マップの熱負荷が所定熱負荷より大きい場合は、最小制御電流Icminの低下率を小さくするようにしたが、冷房性能との兼ね合いから、同等の低下率となるようにしても良い。

Claims (5)
- 車室内への送風空気を冷却する蒸発器(6)と、
動力伝達手段(10)を介して車両エンジン(11)により駆動され、前記蒸発器(6)で蒸発したガス冷媒を吸入して圧縮する圧縮機(2)と、
前記圧縮機(2)の吸入圧力を所定吸入圧力に維持するようにして、外部(14)からの制御信号(Ic)により前記圧縮機(2)の容量を可変する容量可変機構(15)とを備える車両用冷凍サイクル装置において、
前記車両エンジン(11)の加速状態を判定する判定手段(S110)と、
前記蒸発器(6)の熱負荷を検出する検出手段(13)と、
前記検出手段(13)で得られた前記熱負荷に応じた前記圧縮機(2)の許容容量とする最小制御信号(Icmin)を決定する決定手段(S120)と、
前記判定手段(S110)により前記車両エンジン(11)の加速状態が判定されると、前記容量可変機構(15)への前記制御信号(Ic)を、前記決定手段(S120)によって決定された前記最小制御信号(Icmin)の値に低下させて、その後に、前記加速状態判定前の制御信号(Ic)の値に順次復帰させる低下復帰手段(S130、S140)とを備えることを特徴とする車両用冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記決定手段(S120)は、前記熱負荷が大きいほど、前記最小制御信号(Icmin)を小さく決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記決定手段(S120)は、前記熱負荷が所定熱負荷より大きい場合は、前記最小制御信号(Icmin)の低下率を小さく決定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記熱負荷は、前記蒸発器(6)によって冷却された前記送風空気の蒸発器後温度(Te)、あるいは前記圧縮機(2)の吸入圧力で把握されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記動力伝達手段(10)は、前記車両エンジン(11)と前記圧縮機(2)とを、常時接続状態とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の車両用冷凍サイクル装置。
