Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、燃料入口を通過する燃料が燃料チェンバを介して弁偏倚部材と連通する下部ハウジングを有する。弁偏倚部材は、弁要素の開閉により燃料チェンバを介する燃料流を許容またはブロックする。弁偏倚部材は、少なくとも2つの網状同心リングが少なくとも1つのブリッジにより結合された平坦なディスクより成る。燃料流が開いた弁要素を通過すると弁偏倚部材が燃料流を拡散させる。燃料カバーは、燃料流を弁偏倚部材から燃料出口へ差し向ける。

Claims (26)
- 燃料入口を通過した燃料流が燃料チェンバを介して弁組立体と連通する下部ハウジングを有し、
弁組立体は下部ハウジングを通過して燃料出口へ至る燃料流を調整し、弁要素が弁座の上に乗る閉位置で燃料チェンバから燃料出口への燃料流をブロックし、
燃料チェンバ内の燃料が弁要素に及ぼす圧力に抗して弁要素を燃料チェンバの方へ偏倚させる弁偏倚部材と、
弁偏倚部材から燃料出口へ燃料流を差し向ける弁カバーとをさらに有する貫流圧力調整器。 - 弁要素は開位置で弁座から軸方向に離脱する請求項1の弁調整器。
- 弁要素は球体と切頭球体である請求項1の弁調整器。
- 弁要素は自由浮動設計である請求項1の弁調整器。
- 弁座は滑らかな封止を行うために製造プロセスで圧印加工されている請求項1の弁調整器。
- 弁偏倚部材は、中央開口を有する平坦な螺旋状ディスク、ほぼy字型の中央開口を有する平坦なディスク、そして、2つの網状同心リングが少なくとも1つのブリッジにより結合された平坦なディスクである請求項1の弁調整器。
- 少なくとも1つのブリッジにより結合された異なる直径の少なくとも2つの網状同心リングは、燃料流を種々の方向に均等に拡散させる請求項6の弁調整器。
- ブリッジは弁偏倚部材の実効ビーム長さを最大の網状同心リングの半径よりも大きい長さに増加させる請求項6の弁調整器。
- 弁偏倚部材は圧縮、溶接またはクリップにより下部ハウジングに固定されている請求項1の弁調整器。
- 燃料出口は燃料カバー上に位置する請求項1の弁調整器。
- 燃料流を弁偏倚部材から燃料出口へ差し向ける一体的な通路をさらに備えた請求項10の燃料カバー。
- 内壁をさらに備えた請求項10の燃料カバー。
- 貫流圧力調整器に固定するための少なくとも1つのスナップ機構をさらに備えた請求項10の燃料カバー。
- 下部ハウジングに相対的に固定されたディスクと、
燃料入口から燃料出口へ送られる燃料流を制御するためにディスクと連通する燃料流とを有する貫流圧力調整器のための弁偏倚部材。 - 少なくとも1つのブリッジにより結合された少なくとも1つの網状同心リングを備え、複数の開口が形成された請求項14のディスク。
- ディスクの外側端縁部が圧縮、溶接またはクリップにより下部ハウジングに固定されている請求項14の弁偏倚部材。
- ディスクは平坦である請求項14の弁偏倚部材。
- 少なくとも1つのブリッジにより結合された少なくとも2つの網状同心リングは、燃料流を燃料入口から燃料出口へ均等に拡散させる請求項14の弁調整器。
- ブリッジは弁偏倚部材の実効ビーム長さを最大の網状同心リングの半径よりも大きい長さに増加させる請求項14の弁調整器。
- 貫流圧力調整器におけるノイズの発生を減少させる方法であって、
燃料入口から燃料出口への燃料流の通路を設け、
弁要素により通路を介する燃料流をブロックさせ、
燃料が通路を流れる時に燃料流を弁偏倚部材と連通させるステップより成る貫流圧力調整器におけるノイズの発生減少方法。 - 弁偏倚部材は、少なくとも1つのブリッジにより結合された少なくとも2つの網状同心リングと、燃料流を弁偏倚部材から燃料出口へ均等に拡散させる複数の開口とより成る請求項20の方法。
- ブリッジは弁偏倚部材の実効ビーム長さを最大の網状同心リングの半径よりも大きい長さに増加させる請求項20の弁調整器。
- 弁偏倚部材は常に燃料中に沈んでいる請求項20の方法。
- 燃料出口は燃料カバーの上に位置する請求項20の方法。
- 燃料カバーは燃料流を弁偏倚部材から燃料出口へ整然として流れで差し向ける請求項24の方法。
- 弁カバーはさらに内壁を備えている請求項24の方法。
