Abstract
【解決手段】 円筒状内周面に軸方向に延びる複数のトラック溝が形成された外輪と、球面状外周面28に軸方向に延びる複数のトラック溝を形成した内輪22と、外輪のトラック溝と内輪22のトラック溝との対で形成されるボールトラックに一個ずつ組み込んだ複数のボール23と、ボール23を保持するポケット29を有するケージ24とを備え、内輪22とケージ24との間に軸方向ガタを設けた摺動式等速自在継手において、ケージ24の外周球面部31の中心COと、ケージ24の外周球面部31と反対側に位置するケージ24の内周球面部30bに内輪22の球面状外周面28を接触させた時の内輪22の球面状外周面28の中心CIとの二等分面に、ボール23の中心CBを配置する。

Claims (4)
- 円筒状内周面に軸方向に延びる複数のトラック溝が形成された外方部材と、球面状外周面に軸方向に延びる複数のトラック溝を形成した内方部材と、前記外方部材のトラック溝と前記内方部材のトラック溝との対で形成されるボールトラックに一個ずつ組み込んだ複数のトルク伝達ボールと、前記トルク伝達ボールを保持するポケットを有するケージとを備え、前記内方部材とケージとの間に軸方向ガタを設けた摺動式等速自在継手において、
前記ケージの外周球面部の中心と、前記ケージの外周球面部と反対側に位置するケージの内周球面部に内方部材の球面状外周面を接触させた時の内方部材の球面状外周面の中心との二等分面に、前記ボールの中心を配置したことを特徴とする摺動式等速自在継手。 - 前記ケージの内周面を、二つの球面部とそれら二つの球面部間に位置する円筒面部とで構成し、かつ、内方部材の外周面を単一の球面部で構成した請求項1に記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記ケージの内周面を二つの球面部で構成し、かつ、内方部材の外周面を単一の球面部で構成した請求項1に記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記ケージの内周面を単一の球面部で構成し、かつ、内方部材の外周面を二つの球面部で構成した請求項1に記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
