Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 内燃機関の吸気管内の圧力と温度とを検出するための装置であって、1つ の共通のケーシング(10)内に、温度センサ(50)と、ひずみが十分に少な いように支持体(20)上に評価回路と一緒に固定された圧力センサ(30)と が配置されている形式のものにおいて、 加圧下の媒体の導入のために、ケーシング(10)に固定した接続管片部分( 40)と、機械的なひずみを絶縁するシール接着部(61)を介して支持体(2 0)並びに接続管片部分(40)に結合された中間部分(60)とが設けられて いることを特徴とする内燃機関の吸気管内の圧力と温度とを検出するための装置 。 2. 支持体(20)がケーシング(10)内で、規定された支持点(12,1 3)でのみ接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 3. 圧力センサ(30)の周りにリング(33)が配置されており、かつ、こ のリング(33)と圧力センサ(30)との間の中間スペース(34)が化学的 に耐性のゲルによってフルに充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記 載の装置。 4. 化学的に耐性のゲルがフルオル・シリコン・ゲルであることを特徴とする 請求項3記載の装置。 5. 温度センサ(50)が接続管片部分(40)に、その内部に突入するよう に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装 置。 6. 温度センサ(50)の接続導線(52)が、接続管片部分(40)に一体 成形されたばね弾性的なクリップ湾曲材(45)により、接続管片部分(40) に形成された2つのチーク(41)に締付けられていることを特徴とする請求項 5記載の装置。 7. 温度センサ(50)及びその接続導線(52)が保護ラッカ又は保護コー テングにより被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。 8. 保護ラッカがポリエステルアミドであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の 装置。 9. 温度センサ(50)の接続導線(52)と、ケーシング(10)内に配置 されていて外向きに案内された差込コンタクトピン(17)との接触接続のため に切断式端子接続部(55)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6から8 までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
