Abstract
Postupak za izradu čeličnih vlakana, poželjno vlakana koja se koriste kao materijal koji se dodaje betonu kao i čeličnih vlakana koja se isporučuju za proizvodnju betona koji sadržava čelična vlakna, kod kojeg postupka se, prije svega kod izrade čeličnih vlakana (2), traka od metalnog lima (1) ureže bilo s jedne strane ili s obje strane, i na taj se način stvore žile od čeličnih vlakana (4), koje žile su u početku još spojene jedna s drugom pomoću lamela (5), naznačen time što se nakon toga lamele (5) prerade u tanke lamele koje se mogu lagano odvojiti jedna od druge, pri čemu se dobije gruba površina na mjestu loma i na kojem mjestu nakon odvajanja nema srha, zatim se traka od čeličnih vlakana podvrgne postupku naizmjeničnog savijanja, za vrijeme kojeg postupka je svaka lamela (5) podvrgnuta deformiranju koje nastaje zbog mnogostrukog savijanja oko svoje uzdužne osi, i to tako da se u području lamele (5) stvaraju početne pukotine i zbog toga nastaje odvajanje lamela, pri čemu se na žilama od čeličnih vlakana (4) za vrijeme urezivanja predvide elementi za sidrenje (7) koji nastaju tako da se za vrijeme urezivanja vrše prekidi postupka urezivanja. Patent sadrži još 28 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (29)
1. Postupak za izradu čeličnih vlakana, poželjno vlakana koja se koriste kao materijal koji se dodaje betonu kao i čeličnih vlakana koja se isporučuju za proizvodnju betona koji sadržava čelična vlakna, kod kojeg postupka se, prije svega kod izrade čeličnih vlakana (2), traka od metalnog lima (1) ureže bilo s jedne strane ili s obje strane, i na taj se način stvore žile od čeličnih vlakana (4), koje žile su u početku još spojene jedna s drugom pomoću lamela (5), naznačen time što se nakon toga lamele (5) prerade u tanke lamele koje se mogu lagano odvojiti jedna od druge, pri čemu se dobije gruba površina na mjestu loma i na kojem mjestu nakon odvajanja nema srha, zatim se traka od čeličnih vlakana podvrgne postupku naizmjeničnog savijanja, za vrijeme kojeg postupka je svaka lamela (5) podvrgnuta deformiranju koje nastaje zbog mnogostrukog savijanja oko svoje uzdužne osi, i to tako da se u području lamele (5) stvaraju početne pukotine i zbog toga nastaje odvajanje lamela, pri čemu se na žilama od čeličnih vlakana (4) za vrijeme urezivanja predvide elementi za sidrenje (7) koji nastaju tako da se za vrijeme urezivanja vrše prekidi postupka urezivanja.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se žile od čeličnih vlakana (4) izrađuju na takav način da stoje poprijeko na uzdužni smjer trake od metalnog lima (1).
3. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se traka od žila čeličnih vlakana (4), koje žile se nakon postupka urezivanja prostiru po cijeloj širini trake (1) od čeličnih žila, dijeli pomoću noža za odvajanje (8) i pri tome se dobivaju dvije trake od žila čeličnih vlakana ili više traka od žila čeličnih vlakana.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što se dijeljenje trake sa žilama od čeličnih vlakana (4) izvodi prije postupka naizmjeničnog savijanja (6).
5. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što trake sa žilama od čeličnih vlakana nakon postupka naizmjeničnog savijanja prolaze kroz valjak za oblikovanje (9) koji daje oblik žilama od čeličnih vlakana (4), koji oblik je u skladu s predviđenom namjenom vlakana.
6. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se nakon dovršene kompletne izrade trake od čeličnih vlakana namataju sloj na sloj.
7. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što se postupak pojedinačnog odjeljivanja traka od čeličnih vlakana radi dobivanja vlakana od čelika (2) vrši na mjestu gdje se priprema beton.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se žile od čeličnih vlakana (4) oblikuju u uzdužnom smjeru trake od čeličnog lima (1).
9. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 8, naznačen time što se nakon postupka naizmjeničnog savijanja proizvoljno gornja strana trake (1) i/ili donja strana trake učine hrapavom, i to na takav način da se po rubu načine neravnine.
10. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1, 8 ili 9, naznačen time što se žile od čeličnih vlakana (4) koje su usmjerene u uzdužnom smjeru trake (1) odvajaju jedna od druge.
11. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1, 8, 9 ili 10, naznačen time što se žile od čeličnih vlakana (4), nakon njihovog odvajanja pomoću alata za oblikovanje (13), podvrgnu izradi odgovarajućeg oblika, koji oblik je u skladu s namjenom za njihovu upotrebu.
12. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1, 8, 9, 10 ili 11, naznačen time što se žile od čeličnih vlakana (4) nakon dobivanja svojeg oblika režu na željenu dimenziju vlakana od čelika (2).
13. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što se urezivanje izvodi u obliku slova V.
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što kut urezivanja W iznosi između 30º i 120º.
15. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što kut urezivanja iznosi oko 60º.
16. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time što debljina lamele (5) iznosi 20% do 95% debljine trake (1).
17. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time što se dubina urezanog dijela koji ima oblik slova V odabire u skladu sa čvrstoćom početnog materijala i u skladu s predviđenom namjenom upotrebe vlakana od čelika, i to tako da se dobe početne pukotine zbog zamora materijala.
18. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 17, naznačen time što postupak naizmjeničnog savijanja obuhvaća deformaciju zbog mnogostrukog savijanja samo na jednu stranu u odnosu na ravninu trake od čeličnog lima (1), sve dok se ne pojave početne pukotine zbog zamora materijala u predjelu lamela (5).
19. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 17, naznačen time što postupak naizmjeničnog savijanja obuhvaća deformaciju zbog mnogostrukog savijanja na obje strane u odnosu na ravninu trake od čeličnog lima (1), sve dok se ne pojave početne pukotine zbog zamora materijala u predjelu lamela (5).
20. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 19, naznačen time što se deformacija pomoću mnogostrukog savijanja lamela (5) vrši svaki puta uz jednake veličine kuta.
21. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 19, naznačen time što deformacija pomoću mnogostrukog savijanja lamela (5) vrši uz povećavanje kuta ili uz smanjivanje kuta.
22. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 21, naznačen time što deformacija pomoću mnogostrukog savijanja lamela (5) vrši pod kutom koji je manji od kuta urezivanja W.
23. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 22, naznačen time što se lamele za odvajanje trgaju na pojedinim mjestima laganim savijanjem žila od čeličnih vlakana (4) u suprotnim smjerovima, koje žile se nalaze jedna uz drugu.
24. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 23, naznačen time što se kao početni materijal koristi poluproizvod od metala koji ima oblik trake.
25. Traka od čeličnih vlakana ili traka od žila čeličnih vlakana koja je sastavljena od većeg broja žila od čeličnih vlakana, koje žile su međusobno paralelne i međusobno su spojene pomoću lamela, i koja vlakna su proizvedena u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva za postupak, naznačena time što se poluproizvod u obliku trake, koji se koristi kao početni materijal, ureže na jednoj strani ili na obje strane, kako bi se oblikovale žile od čeličnih vlakana (4) koje žile su još uvijek povezane jedne s drugima pomoću lamela (5), pri čemu je poluproizvod, koji je u obliku trake, za vrijeme urezivanja snabdjeven s elementima za sidrenje, i što se lamele (5) deformiranjem u postupku višestrukog savijanja, najmanje u postupku naizmjeničnog savijanja, pretvaraju u tanke lamele koje se mogu lagano odvajati jedne od drugih i koje nakon kidanja imaju na površinama odvajanja površine koje su bez srha i koje su nakon lomljenja grube, pri čemu lamele koje su namijenjene za odvajanje imaju pukotine zbog zamora materijala i pri čemu se žile od čeličnih vlakana (4) i trake od čeličnih vlakana podvrgavaju oblikovanju, pomoću kojega se oblikuju za vrijeme pojedinačnog odvajanja čeličnih vlakana od trake čeličnih vlakana (4) ili od trake od žila čeličnih vlakana i stvaraju čelična vlakna koja su prikladna za korištenje kao dodatak betonu.
26. Traka od čeličnih vlakana ili traka od žila čeličnih vlakana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 25, naznačena time što se kao materijali od metala predviđaju materijali na bazi visoko kvalitetnog čelika ili na bazi željeza.
27. Traka od čeličnih vlakana ili traka od žila čeličnih vlakana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 25, naznačena time što se kao materijali od metala predviđaju trake koje su prevučene drugim materijalom, naročito trake od čelika koje su prevučene cinkom ili bakrom.
28. Vlakno od čelika koje je proizvedeno u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što je načinjeno od polu dovršenog materijala u obliku trake, koja traka se koristi kao polazni materijal i urezana je s jedne strane ili s obje strane radi oblikovanja žila od čeličnih vlakana (4), koje žile su još u početku zajedno spojene pomoću lamela (5), pri čemu je navedena traka za vrijeme postupka urezivanja snabdjevena sa sredstvima za sidrenje i pri čemu se lamele (5) pretvaraju, pomoću deformacija uz višestruko savijanje pomoću postupka savijanja, u tanke lamele za odvajanje koje čine međusobno lako odvojive površine za odvajanje, koje površine nakon odvajanja nemaju srha i imaju grubu površinu na mjestu odvajanja, i lome se zbog zamora materijala.
29. Vlakno od čelika u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 28, naznačeno time što je prikladno za dodavanje betonu u kojemu je zbog svojeg oblika prikladno za stvaranje elemenata za sidrenje.
