464,148. Fuel-injectors. RICHARDS,- H. J., and CARTER, P. W. Nov. 13, 1935, No. 31400. [Class 7 (iii)] The fluid - actuated needle valve 12 of a fuel - injector has an internal seating 14 which co-operates with a conical projection 16 traversed by a fuel delivery passage 17. Fuel is supplied to the delivery nozzle through a passage 11 in the injector casing and an annular recess 20. The delivery passage 17 may be coaxial with or inclined to the axis of the injector and if desired more than one passage may be provided.
