Abstract

20,165. Moritz, C. S. Sept. 4. Linear-dimension gauges.-The gauging-faces of limit gauges are arranged so as to be accurately adjusted. The terminal - carrying jaws b, c are arranged to slide in the direction of measurement on the body, both being provided with a series of grooves to ensure parallel movement. The parts are held by bolts g and precision pins f. Internal gauges are similarly fitted.
