Ce bâtiment comporte des moyens assurant une circulation de l'air, qui entre au sommet du toit 10 du corps du bâtiment 1 à travers une ouverture centrale 15 recouverte d'une coupole 16. Le corps de bâtiment est divisé en une étable 5 et une fosse à purin par un plancher 4 en caillebotis. L'ouverture comporte des moyens d'obturation réglables pour régler le débit d'air et des moyens pour assurer une répartition regulière dans l'ensemble de l'etable. Destiné à l'élevage, en particulier à l'élevage des porcs.
