Laite annospanoksen uuttamiseksi. - Anordning för extra-hering av en satspatron.
Esillä olevan keksinnön kohteena on patenttivaatimuksen 1 johdanto-osan mukainen laite annospanoksien uuttamiseksi, jotka panokset on tarkoitettu juoman valmistamiseksi kahvin-keittimien panospidikkeessä ja jolloin tämä laite on rakenteeltaan sellainen, että se sopii keittimen veden tulo-kanavaan.
Hyvän espressokahvin valmistamiseksi julkaisun CH-PS 605 293 mukaisista patruunoista pitää täyttää tietyt vaatimukset panosten tai patruunoiden uuton aikana. Tarkemmin sanoen vaatimukset ovat seuraavat: Panoksessa olevan jauhetun ja paahdetun kahvin pitää kastua tasaisesti. Tämän jälkeen panoksen pitää avautua ja uuttovaiheen pitää olla mahdollisimman lyhyt ja tehokas.
Esillä olevan keksinnön mukaisella uuttolaitteella täytetään kaikki yllä mainitut vaatimukset ja muut vaatimukset, jotka jäljempänä selvitetään yksityiskohtaisemmin. Keksinnön mukaiselle laitteelle on tunnusomaista patenttivaatimuksen l tunnusmerkkiosassa esitetyt asiat.
Ruisku- tai injektioelementti on muotoiltu tai suunniteltu lävistämään suoraan panoksen työnnettäessä panos kahvinkeit-timeen, jonka jälkeen vesipumppu syöttää kostutukseen tarvittavan vesimäärän injektioelementtiin vedenlämmittimen kautta.
Injektioelementtiin järjestetty reikämäärä on edullisesti yhden ja kuuden välillä, erityisesti kyseeseen tulee kaksi suoraan vastakkain olevaa reikää.
2 84225 Näiden reikien akseli muodostaa 70 - 80° kulman sylinterin akselin kanssa. Tämä järjestely on hyödyllinen veden tehokkaan leviämisen aikaansaamiseksi panoksessa olevaan kahvimassaan täydellisen uuton aikaansaamiseksi ja kanavien muodostumisen estämiseksi jauhettuun kahviin. Panoksen avaamiseksi injektioelementin pitää olla teräväkärkinen, jolloin kärkikulma on edullisesti välillä 20 -40°, jotta panoksen yläkupu ei vahingoittuisi.
Injektioelementin reiät ovat kooltaan hyvin rajattuja.
Tämä johtuu siitä, että niiden pitää olla riittävän leveitä sallimaan veden tasainen sisääntulo jopa 15 barin paineella, mutta ne eivät saa olla liian suuria siitä syystä, että vältettäisiin mahdollinen pohjasakkojen takaisinvirtaus-vaara uuton päättyessä. Reikien halkaisija on 0,2 - 1 mm ja edullisesti 0,6 - 0,8 mm. Uuttolaitteen sylinterimäi-sen rungon ulkopuolella on kierrejousi ja panoksen irro-tusrengas on edullisesti valmistettu elintarvikealalla hyväksytystä muovimateriaalista.
Keksinnön mukaiseen uuttolaitteeseen kuuluu lisäksi panoksen-pidin, jonka sisämuoto on sylinterimäinen ja siinä on rengasmainen reuna, joka on yhteistoiminnassa sylinteri-mäisen rungon alaosan kanssa. Jotta kahvia keitettäessä varmistuisi se, että vaahto ei romahda ja suihku pysyy pystysuuntaisena, panoksen pidin on varustettu järjestelmällä suihkun katkaisemiseksi ja ilman tuloaukolla. Keksintöä selvitetään yksityiskohtaisemmin seuraavassa viittaamalla oheisiin piirustuksiin, joissa:
Kuvio 1 on aksiaalileikkaus keksinnön mukaisesta uuttolaitteesta.
Kuvio 2 on samanlainen leikkaus esittäen uuttolaitetta käytössä.

Uuttolaitteeseen 1 kuuluu yläosa 2, jossa on ruuvikierre 4 ja tiiviste 12 kierrettäväksi kahvinkeittimen vedenpoistoon sekä ontto sylinterimäinen runko 3. Vesi virtaa kanavan 5 kautta injektioelementtiin 6, jossa on kaksi reikää 7. Rungossa 3 on sisämuotti 8 ja sen ulkopuolella on kierrejousi 9, joka pitää paikallaan rengasta 10 panosten irrottamiseksi uuton päättyessä. Renkaan 10 liikettä rajoittaa yhtäältä rengasmainen osa 11 (jousi 9 puristuneena) ja toisaalta pysäytin 13, joka on yhteistoiminnassa renkaan 10 rengasmaisen ulokkeen 14 kanssa (jousi venyneenä). Uuton suorittamiseksi toiminta on seuraava: Panos 16 sijoitetaan panoksen pitimeen 15, jonka jälkeen panoksen pidin asetetaan keksinnön mukaisen uuttolait-teen 1 alapuolelle siten, että injektioelementti 6 lävistää panoksen. Kuuma vesi tulee jauhettuun kahviin 17 reikien 7 kautta ainakin 8 barin paineella. Tämän suuren paineen ansiosta ei tiivistettä tarvita injektioelemen-tin 6 kohdalla, vaan vesi pysyy tiukasti panoksessa. Panoksen pitimessä oleva rengasmainen reuna 20 on yhteistoiminnassa onton sylinterimäisen rungon 3 alapään kanssa panoksen 16 reunan 21 pitämiseksi tiukasti paikallaan.
Tämä reunan tiukka paikallaanpito on olennaisen tärkeätä, koska uuton aikana panoksen suodattimeen 18 kohdistuu paineita, jotka ovat jopa 90 kg. Ilman tätä tiukkaa kiinnitystä suodatin vääntyisi tai repeytyisi ja tästä seuraisi panoksen huono uutto ja siis epäkelpoa espressokahvia.
Tämän jälkeen panoksen kansi 1.9 halkeaa auki heikennys-linjaansa pitkin ja käyttövalmis juoma otetaan talteen kanavan 22 kautta. Kahvi virtaa siististi kuppiin suihkun katkaisijan 24 ja ilman tuloaukon 23 ansiosta. Tämä laite antaa ilmaa sisältävää ja muhevaa espressojuomaa, johon saadaan talteen jopa haihtuvat aromit noin 20 sekunnin luokkaa olevalla kokonaisuuttoajalla.
Uuttovaiheen päättyessä panoksen pidin 15 irroitetaan.
4 84225 jolloin rengas 10 työntää panosta 16 jousen 9 vaikutuksesta siten, että panos asettuu panoksen pitimeen. Järjestelmä on tällöin valmis uuteen uuttoon.

Claims (8)

1. Laite juoman valmistamiseksi uuttamalla annospanoksesta, joka on sijoitettu kahvinkeittimen panoksen pitimeen, mainitun laitteen ollessa suunniteltu sovitettavaksi mainitun keittimen veden ulostuloon ja sisältäessä onton sylinterimäisen rungon (3), jonka sisämuoto noudattaa tarkasti uutettavan panoksen ulkomuotoa ja joka sisältää rungon yläosassa mainitun sylinterin akselilla injektioelementin (6) veden suihkuttamiseksi panokseen, tunnettu siitä, että siihen kuuluu rengasmainen osa (11) sylinterimäisen rungon (3) yläosassa, pysäytin (13) sylinterimäisen rungon alemmassa ja ulommassa osassa, rengas (10), joka ympäröi sylinterimäistä runkoa (3) ja sisältää rengasmaisen ulkoneman (14) siten, että ulkoneman ollessa vasten pysäytintä (13) rengas ulottuu sylinterimäisen rungon alaosan yli panoksen vapauttamiseksi, sekä jousi (9) renkaan (10) siirtämiseksi, nojaten vasten rengasmaista osaa (11) ja ulkonemaa (14).
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen uuttolaite, tunnettu siitä, että injektioelementissä (6) on 1 - 6 reikää, edullisesti 2 reikää.
3. Patenttivaatimusten 1 ja 2 mukainen uuttolaite, tunnettu siitä, että injektioelementin (6) reikien (7) akseli muodostaa 70 - 80* kulman sylinterin akselin kanssa.
4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-3 mukainen uuttolaite, tunnettu siitä, että injektioelementti (6) on teräväkärkinen elementti, jonka kärkikulma on 20 - 40*.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen uuttolaite, tunnettu siitä, että injektioelementin (6) reikien (7) halkaisija on 0,2 - 1 mm. 6 84225

7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-6 mukainen uuttolaite, tunnettu siitä, että siihen kuuluu lisäksi panoksen pidin (15), jossa on sylinterimäinen sisämuotti ja siinä rengasmainen reuna (20), joka on yhteistoiminnassa sylinteri-mäisen rungon (3) alaosan kanssa.
