Abstract
Un proceso para la elaboración de un compuesto de fórmula (V): **(Ver fórmula)** que comprende las siguientes Etapas: Etapa A: poner en contacto un compuesto de fórmula (I) con un disolvente y una base y poner en contacto la mezcla resultante con un compuesto de fórmula (II), de tal manera que se produce un compuesto de fórmula (III): **(Ver fórmula)** Etapa B: poner en contacto un compuesto de fórmula (III) con tiourea, en una mezcla de reacción que comprende un disolvente y un agente oxidante, de tal manera que se produce un compuesto de fórmula (V); en el que R1 es un alquilo C1-C7 cíclico o acíclico, ramificado o lineal, que puede estar opcionalmente sustituido una o más veces con deuterio, halógeno, o cicloalquilo C3-C5; y en el que R2 se selecciona de (1) hidrógeno, (2) fluoro, cloro, (3) metilo opcionalmente sustituido, en el que dichos sustituyentes se seleccionan independientemente de uno o más, preferentemente de uno a tres de los siguientes restos: deuterio, fluoro, cloro, dimetilamino; y en el que X se selecciona del grupo que consiste en haluro, carboxilato y sulfonato.
