Abstract

Tren de estiraje para la elaboración de material fibroso (2) con una pluralidad de pares de rodillos dispuestos uno tras otro, provistos de sendos rodillos inferiores (3a a 6a) y sendos rodillos superiores (3b a 6b), para el transporte del material fibroso (2) a lo largo de al menos un camino de transporte en un sentido de transporte (1) preseleccionado y con un dispositivo destinado al mantenimiento limpio y a evitar borrilla indeseada en la zona de al menos un par de rodillos seleccionado, comprendiendo dicho dispositivo piezas de relleno (17, 18) dispuestas a uno y otro lado del camino de transporte y asociadas en espacios intermedios entre los rodillos inferior y superior (por ejemplo 6a, 6b) del par de rodillos seleccionado y los rodillos inferior y superior (por ejemplo 5a, 5b) de al menos un par de rodillos antepuesto y/o sucesivo en el sentido de transporte de tal modo que constituyan un canal de transporte (17a, 18a) que proteja el material fibroso (2) hacia fuera, caracterizado porque dicho dispositivo comprende adicionalmente, a uno y otro lado del camino de transporte, sendos canales de flujo (10, 11) que llegan hasta el rodillo inferior o superior (por ejemplo 6a, 6b), respectivamente, del par de rodillos seleccionado y las piezas de relleno (17, 18) asociadas a éstos, destinados a la evacuación de borrilla, y porque dicho dispositivo comprende además toberas de soplado (15, 16) dispuestas de tal manera que los flujos de aire generados por las mismas fluyan esencialmente paralelos al camino de transporte y tangencialmente a los rodillos del par de rodillos seleccionado a través de los canales de flujo (10, 11).
