Claims (4)
- Dispositif de production d'huile pour la production d'huiles à partir de graines, avec une broche de pressage (4) agencée de manière rotative dans un boîtier (1) autour d'un axe de rotation (2) sensiblement horizontal et entraînable par un moteur (3) ainsi qu'une broche d'alimentation entraînable pour les graines, dans lequel la broche d'alimentation s'étend comme autour d'un axe orthogonal à l'axe de rotation (2) de la broche de pressage (4) et est réalisée comme vis sans fin de bourrage (5) qui presse les graines latéralement dans une zone d'entrée (6) de la broche de pressage (4) et l'axe de rotation (7) de cette vis sans fin de bourrage (5) s'étend aussi sensiblement horizontalement, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comporte une vis de préchauffage (8) qui amène les graines à la vis sans fin de bourrage (5) et qui est entraînable de manière rotative autour d'un axe de rotation (9) sensiblement horizontal.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une cuve d'huile (10) agencée en dessous de la broche de pressage (4) et un transporteur à raclettes (11) agencé dans celle-ci pour le retrait de sédiment de la cuve d'huile (10) et pour l'alimentation du sédiment dans la zone d'entrée de la vis sans fin de bourrage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le transporteur à raclettes (11) présente une bande de transport (13) avec des entraîneurs agencés sur celle-ci pour le sédiment, en particulier des particules et matières troubles.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une électronique de régulation, avec laquelle la puissance d'entraînement d'un moteur (14) de la vis sans fin de bourrage (5) peut être régulée en fonction de la puissance absorbée instantanée du moteur (3) de la broche de pressage (4).
