Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Verpackungsbeutel gebildet durch Verschweißen einer oder mehrerer Folienlagen zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen wie beispielsweise Windeln oder dergleichen, die vorzugsweise komprimiert sind.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik sind derartige Windelbeutel bekannt.
  • Diese weisen jedoch das Problem auf, einerseits nur sehr schwer öffenbar zu sein und andererseits dann nicht wiederverschließbar zu sein. Die Druckschrift DE 42 24 639 A1 beschreibt einen Verpackungsbeutel mit Tragegriff aus Kunststoffolie für Windeln, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dessen beide Beutelfolien durch Längs- und Querschweißnähte zu dem Beutel geschlossen sind und der im Verpackungszustand eine Rechteckblockform einnimmt, wobei der Tragegriff einstückig mit den beiden Beutelfolien durch eine in W-Form eingelegte Kopffalte ausgebildet ist und dabei diese Kopffalte in ihren beiden W-Fußpunkten unter Bildung des doppelstegförmigen Tragegriffes) durch eine Längssiegelnaht verbunden und an beiden Längenenden zwischen den beiden Beutelfolien durch deren Längsschweißnaht festgelegt ist.
  • In der Druckschrift DE 37 21 675 A1 ist ein Wickelbeutel oder Pouchbeutel aus thermoplastischem Folienmaterial beschrieben, der zum Verpacken von Rauchtabak Verwendung findet und der mittels einer Umschlaglasche wiederverschließbar ist. Anspruch 12 gibt eine Verwendung eines solchen Beutels für komprimierte Windeln an.
  • In der Druckschrift DE 91 07 954 U1 ist ein Verpackungsbeutel für komprimierte Windeln aus flexibler Kunststofffolie in Quaderform beschrieben, der an einer Schmalfläche einen Ausrisslappen zum Öffnen aufweist.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Verpackungsbeutel zu schaffen, der sicher verschlossen, leicht öffenbar und trotzdem wiederverschließbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit den Merkmalen der Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Entlang der Perforationslinie kann der Verpackungsbeutel leicht geöffnet und der Inhalt dann entnommen werden.
  • Als sehr vorteilhaft hat es sich erwiesen, wenn die Perforationslinie innerhalb der oberen Hälfte, vorzugsweise in etwa auf zweidrittel bis dreiviertel der Höhe des Beutels angeordnet ist.
  • Damit ergibt sich die Möglichkeit, nachdem ein Teil des Beutelinhaltes entnommen worden ist, diesen wieder zu verschließen.
  • Äußerst vorteilhaft ist es dabei, daß die Endpunkte der Perforationslinie mit einer Schweißstelle versehen sind.
  • Hierdurch wird ein ungewolltes Weiterreissen der Perforationslinie beim Öffnen der Verpackung vermieden.
  • Es hat sich auch als sehr vorteilhaft erwiesen, daß oberhalb der Perforationslinie ein Tragegriff angeordnet ist.
  • Mit diesem Tragegriff lässt sich die Verpackung sehr leicht und sicher ergreifen und tragen.
  • Dadurch, daß der Beutel aus einer Folienbahn gebildet ist, lässt sich sehr flexibel ein Beutel bilden.
  • Es hat sich auch als sehr vorteilhaft erwiesen, daß die Folienbahn im Griffbereich des fertigen Beutels gefaltet ist. Hierdurch wird der Griffbereich verstärkt, die Kräfte des Griffes optimal in den Beutel eingeleitet und zudem auf einfache Art und Weise der Beutel gebildet.
  • Äußerst vorteilhaft ist es auch, daß die aufeinanderliegenden, von der Faltung wegführenden Seitenkanten der Folienbahn miteinander verschweisst sind.
  • Damit wird auf einfache Art und Weise der Beutel verschlossen.
  • Dabei hat es sich als sehr vorteilhaft erwiesen, dass die Perforationslinie parallel zur Faltung angeordnet ist und durch die Verschweißung der Seitenkanten begrenzt ist.
  • Ein ungewolltes Weiterreissen der Perforationslinie wird ohne weitere Maßnahmen verhindert. Zudem ist die Perforationslinie quer zur fertigen Verpackung angeordnet, wodurch eine leichte Öffenbarkeit gewährleistet wird.
  • Eine weitere sehr vorteilhafte Fortbildung der Erfindung ist auch darin zu sehen, daß die von der Faltung abgewandten, übereinanderliegenden Kanten der Folienbahn zu einem Boden gefaltet und miteinander verschweisst sind.
  • Hierdurch kann der Beutel nach dem Befüllen sehr schnell und dennoch sicher verschlossen werden.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es erfindungsgemäß auch, wenn die Perforation mehr Material stehen lässt als durchbrochen ist.
  • Dabei ist es sehr vorteilhaft, wenn das Verhältnis zwischen unperforiertem Material und durchbrochenem Material 3 zu 2 beträgt.
  • Hierdurch wird eine stabile, aber dennoch leicht öffenbare Perforation erzeugt.
  • Ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft ist es erfindungsgemäß, wenn das Verhältnis zwischen unperforiertem Material und durchbrochenem Material 4 zu 2 beträgt.
  • Damit wird die Perforation so ausgestaltet, daß diese auch einem hohen inneren Druck standhält, der zum Beispiel beim Befüllen des Beutels mit komprimierten Windeln entsteht.
  • Eine sehr vorteilhafte Fortbildung der Erfindung liegt auch dann vor, wenn die Folienlagen bzw. die Folienbahn aus einer Kunststofffolie gebildet ist.
  • Kunststofffolie hat sich als sehr geeignet für derartige Beutelverpackungen erwiesen.
  • Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels veranschaulicht.
  • Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1
    einen flachliegenden Zuschnitt zur Bildung eines erfindungsgemäßen Beutels,
    Fig. 2
    denselben Zuschnitt in zusammengefaltetem Zustand,
    Fig. 3
    einen aufgerichteten und befüllten Beutel, und
    Fig. 4
    den Beutel im geöffneten Zustand.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein vorzugsweise rechteckiger Folienzuschnitt bezeichnet, der aus zwei annähernd quadratischen, über eine Kante 2 aneinanderhängenden Teilbereichen 3 und 4 gebildet ist. Im Teilbereich 3 ist im an der Kante 2 angrenzenden Drittel eine Perforationslinie 5 vorgesehen.
  • Der Folienzuschnitt 1 ist entlang der Kante 2 gefaltet. Im Bereich der Kante 2 ist eine Folienlage 6 angesiegelt, die als Tragegriff 7 dient. Es ist aber auch denkbar, daß der Tragegriff 7 durch nochmaliges Verschweißen der aufeinandergefalteten Abschnitte 3 und 4 gebildet ist. Die Kontur des Tragegriffes 7 ist durch Wegstanzen eines Teiles der Abschnitte 3 und 4 gebildet.
  • Entlang der von der Kante 2 wegweisenden Seitenkanten 8 und 9 der Abschnitte 3 und 4 sind diese aufeinanderliegenden Seitenkanten miteinander verschweißt, so daß sich eine beutelförmige Verpackung 31 ergibt. Der Beutel 31 kann von der noch offenen Seite 10 her befüllt werden. Nachdem dieser fertig befüllt ist, wird auch diese Seite 10 verschweißt und somit der Beutel 31 verschlossen.
  • Hierzu ist es denkbar, daß einer der beiden Abschnitte 3 oder 4 etwas länger ausgebildet ist, so daß dieser zum Beispiel an einer Dornenanordnung aufgehängt werden kann. Dadurch kann der Beutel 31 besonders leicht befüllt werden. Zum Abreissen des Beutels 31 von der Dornenanordnung können weitere Perforationslinien vorgesehen sein.
  • Es ist aber auch denkbar, daß der Beutel 31 aus zwei getrennten, jedoch aufeinandergelegten Folienabschnitten gebildet wird. Diese sind dann ebenso wie der gefaltete Folienabschnitt 1 miteinander verschweißt. Es ist jedoch eine zusätzliche Schweißnaht vorzusehen, die dann der Kante 2 entspricht.
  • Der Beutel 31 weist auf seiner einen Seitenwand, die durch den Abschnitt 3 gebildet ist, die Perforationslinie 5 auf, die parallel zur Oberseite des Beutels 31 verläuft.
  • Die Perforationslinie 5 ist durch die Verschweißungen, welche die Abschnitte 3 und 4 miteinander verbinden begrenzt.
  • Soll nun die Verpackung geöffnet werden, wird diese entlang der Perforationslinie 5 aufgerissen. Der sich dadurch ergebende Deckel 32 wird nach oben geklappt. Der Inhalt, der aus komprimierten Windeln besteh, kann entnommen werden. Gerade bei derartigen Windelbeuteln 31 wird nicht der gesamte Inhalt auf einmal entnommen. Vielmehr wird dieser nur nach und nach entnommen. In der Zeit zwischen zwei Entnahmen soll der Inhalt vor Verschmutzung und anderen Umwelteinflüssen geschützt werden. Hierzu wird nach Entnahme einer Windel der Deckel 32 wieder nach unten geklappt.
  • Mit heruntergeklapptem Deckel 32 kann der Beutel sogar wieder mit Hilfe des Tragegriffes 7 getragen werden.
  • Die Perforationslinie 5 ist derart ausgestaltet, daß diese einerseits den Beutelinnendruck der komprimierten Windeln aufzunehmen vermag und andererseits auch bei Auftreten der Gewichtskraft des Beutelinhaltes beim Tragen nicht zerstört wird.
  • Hierzu hat es sich als dienlich erwiesen, wenn die Durchbrechungen der Perforation kleiner sind als das zwischen zwei Durchbrechungen verbleibende Material. Ein Verhältnis zwischen 3 zu 2 und 4 zu 2 ist dabei besonders vorteilhaft.
  • Der Beutel 31 kann aus verschiedensten Kunststofffolien gefertigt sein. Besonders vorteilhaft sind Kunststofffolien aus PE, PP, PLA und PET.

Claims (12)

  1. Verpackungsbeutel (31), gebildet durch Verschweißen einer oder mehrerer Folienlagen, wobei der Beutel (31) aus einer Folienbahn (1) gebildet ist,
    wobei die Folienbahn (1) in einem Griffbereich des fertigen Beutels (31) gefaltet ist,
    wobei zwei aufeinanderliegende, von der Faltung (2) wegführende Seitenkanten (8, 9) der Folienbahn (1) miteinander verschweißt sind,
    wobei eine Folienlage (3) mit einer Perforationslinie (5) versehen ist, die parallel zur Faltung (2) angeordnet ist, und
    wobei der Verpackungsbeutel mit komprimierten Windeln gefüllt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Perforationslinie (5) zwischen den zwei Seitenkanten (8, 9) verläuft und durch die Verschweißung der Seitenkanten (8, 9) begrenzt ist.
  2. Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Verpackungsbeutel den Griffbereich und einen Boden aufweist und die Seitenkanten (8, 9), die von der Faltung (2) wegführen, vom Griffbereich zum Boden verlaufen.
  3. Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforationslinie (5) innerhalb der oberen Hälfte, vorzugsweise in etwa auf zweidrittel bis dreiviertel der Höhe des Beutels (31) angeordnet ist.
  4. Verpackungsbeutel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endpunkte der Perforationslinie (5) mit einer Schweißstelle versehen sind.
  5. Verpackungsbeutel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb der Perforationslinie (5) ein Tragegriff (7) angeordnet ist.
  6. Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 5, bei dem im Bereich der Faltung (2) eine Folienlage (6) angesiegelt ist, die als Tragegriff (7) dient.
  7. Verpackungsbeutel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von der Faltung (2) abgewandten, übereinanderliegenden Kanten der Folienbahn (1) zu einem Boden gefaltet und miteinander verschweißt sind.
  8. Verpackungsbeutel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforation (5) mehr Material stehen lässt als durchbrochen ist.
  9. Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis zwischen unperforiertem Material und durchbrochenem Material 3 zu 2 beträgt.
  10. Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis zwischen unperforiertem Material und durchbrochenem Material 4 zu 2 beträgt.
  11. Verpackungsbeutel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folienlagen (3, 4) bzw. die Folienbahn (1) aus einer Kunststofffolie gebildet ist.
  12. Verwendung eines Verpackungsbeutels (31), gebildet durch Verschweißen einer oder mehrerer Folienlagen, wobei der Beutel (31) aus einer Folienbahn (1) gebildet ist,
    wobei wenigstens eine Folienlage (3) mit einer Perforationslinie (5) versehen ist, die zwischen zwei Randbereichen verläuft,
    wobei die Folienbahn (1) in einem Griffbereich des fertigen Beutels (31) gefaltet ist und die aufeinanderliegenden, von der Faltung (2) wegführenden Seitenkanten (8, 9) der Folienbahn (1) miteinander verschweißt sind,
    wobei die Perforationslinie (5) parallel zur Faltung (2) angeordnet ist und durch die Verschweißung der Seitenkanten (8, 9) begrenzt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Verpackungsbeutel (31) zur Verpackung komprimierter
    Windeln verwendet wird.
