Claims (15)

  1. Procédé destiné à nettoyer et établir ou rétablir un effet hydrophobe de textiles (7) dans un lave-linge domestique muni de dispositifs (13, 12) destinés à échauffer un liquide de lavage se trouvant dans un réservoir de liquide de lavage et à commander des opérations de traitement, et muni de compartiments de stockage de produits de lavage, dont au moins un (112) est réalisé pour stocker une dose individuelle d'un produit de lavage liquide auxiliaire, dans lequel procédé des substances actives à pouvoir imperméabilisant dissoutes dans le liquide de lavage (6) sont mises en contact avec les textiles (7) pendant une opération de traitement (Phl1 à Phl 3) similaire à une opération de lavage (PhW), dans lequel procédé
    • une opération de lavage (PhB, PhW) destinée à nettoyer les textiles (7) est réalisée dans une quantité d'eau fraîche alimentée, par adjonction d'un produit de lavage spécial, qui, outre son effet connu de dissoudre les saletés, est apte à dissoudre également des substances actives de produit de lavage encore présentes en les détachant des textiles (7) et dans lequel, à la fin, le liquide de lavage usé est vidangé,

    • après la fin de l'opération de rinçage (PhSp), une opération de traitement (Phl1 à Phl3) est réalisée pour imprégner les textiles (7) par remplacement du dernier liquide de rinçage et par adjonction de la substance active à pouvoir imperméabilisant dans une quantité d'eau fraîche nouvellement ajoutée, caractérisé en ce
    que pour l'opération de traitement (Phl1 à Phl3) destinée à imprégner, le réservoir de liquide de lavage (1) est rempli avec une quantité d'eau (6) mesurée sur une courte flotte, c'est-à-dire sur un rapport poids de la quantité de textiles secs (7) et poids de la quantité d'eau inférieur à 1 : 8, et
    • en ce que la flotte est échauffée à une température d'au moins 30° C en déplaçant les textiles (7) dans le réservoir de liquide de lavage (1),
    • avant que la substance active à pouvoir imperméabilisant ne soit ajoutée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un produit de lavage à base de savon est utilisé comme produit de lavage spécial.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un produit de lavage à pH neutre est utilisé comme produit de lavage spécial.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'opération de rinçage (PhSp) comprend au moins trois étapes.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour ajouter la substance active, une quantité prédéterminée de la substance active à pouvoir imperméabilisant est entraînée dans le réservoir de liquide de lavage (1) hors du compartiment de stockage de produit de lavage (112) réalisé pour le produit de lavage liquide auxiliaire et forme le liquide d'imprégnation (6) en commun avec l'eau.

  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le liquide d'imprégnation (6) est retiré des textiles (7) et du réservoir de liquide de lavage (1) par essorage (Phl3) sans opération de rinçage supplémentaire.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la quantité prédéterminée de la substance active est réglée sur une concentration de maximum 30 g par litre d'eau.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rapport est de seulement 1 : 5.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la durée de l'opération de traitement (Phl2) pour les textiles (7) avec le liquide d'imprégnation est de maximum environ 15 minutes.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'opération de traitement (Phl2) pour les textiles (7), on retire d'abord le liquide d'imprégnation libre (6) hors du réservoir de liquide de lavage (1) avant que le liquide d'imprégnation (6) lié dans les textiles (7) ne soit retiré des textiles par essorage (Phl3) par extraction active au moins temporairement.

  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins trois cycles d'essorage sont utilisés, dont chacun atteint une vitesse de rotation finale supérieure au précédent.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de rotation finale maximale est de 800 t/min.
