Claims (9)
- Procédé d'exploitation d'une machine à laver programmable qui présente un tambour qui tourne dans un récipient à lessive fixe et dont l'axe de rotation est incliné et remonte en direction de l'ouverture de chargement, et qui présente des dispositifs puiseur de la lessive installés sur le tambour, dont la capacité de puisage dépend du sens de rotation du tambour et qui, dans un sens de rotation préféré qui est le sens de puisage, doivent avoir pour effet un mouillage uniforme des articles à laver par la lessive, le tambour étant exploité pendant la phase de traitement à l'eau dans des sens de rotation alternants et à des vitesses de rotation alternant en fonction du sens de rotation, pendant une durée respectivement limitée qui peut être modifiée dans les deux sens, caractérisé en ce que, pendant la totalité de la phase de traitement à l'eau, le tambour est exploité, lors de la rotation qui correspond à la direction de puisage, pendant des intervalles de temps (IN, IW, IS) qui ont sensiblement la même durée et qui sont caractérisés par une vitesse de rotation de consigne (nN) uniforme du tambour qui est inférieure à la vitesse de rotation de lavage (-nW), et en ce que la vitesse de rotation (-nW, -nS) ainsi que la durée des intervalles de temps (INg, IWg, ISg) dans le sens de rotation opposé au puisage sont modifiées en fonction de la progression de la phase de traitement à l'eau, dans lequel :■ dans une première phase, qui est la phase de mouillage (N), la vitesse de rotation (nN) du tambour dans le sens du puisage est égale à la vitesse de rotation de consigne et la durée de l'intervalle de temps (INg) dans le sens opposé au puisage est considérablement plus courte que dans le sens du puisage,■ dans une deuxième phase, qui est la phase de lavage (W), les vitesses de rotation (nN, -nW) du tambour sont identiques à celle de la phase de mouillage (N), mais la durée de l'intervalle de temps (IWg) dans le sens opposé au puisage est plus longue que dans la phase de mouillage (N) et■ dans une troisième phase, qui est la phase de rinçage (S), la vitesse de rotation (nN) du tambour dans le sens du puisage est identique à celle de la phase de mouillage et de la phase de lavage (N, W), mais dans le sens opposé au puisage, la vitesse de rotation (-nS) est nettement supérieure à la vitesse de rotation de démarrage à laquelle le linge est repoussé contre l'enveloppe du tambour, la durée de l'intervalle de temps (ISg) dans le sens opposé au puisage étant nettement plus courte que dans la phase de lavage (W).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de rotation de consigne (nN) est de plus une vitesse de rotation qui entraîne une capacité maximale de puisage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que dans la première phase qui est la phase de mouillage (N), la vitesse de rotation (-nW) du tambour dans le sens opposé au puisage est la vitesse de lavage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que pendant la phase de traitement à l'eau, le sens du puisage et le sens opposé au puisage s'alternent l'un l'autre plusieurs fois.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que pendant la phase de traitement à l'eau, la phase de mouillage et la phase de lavage s'alternent l'une l'autre plusieurs fois.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la durée des intervalles de temps dans le sens du puisage et/ou dans le sens opposé au puisage est réglée automatiquement par un dispositif de détection de la charge du tambour en linge.
- Machine à laver destinée à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, qui présente un dispositif de commande à programme, un tambour qui tourne dans un récipient fixe à lessive et dont l'axe de rotation est incliné et remonte en direction de l'ouverture de chargement, et des dispositifs puiseur de lessive installés sur le tambour et dont la capacité de puisage dépend du sens de rotation du tambour et qui, dans un sens de rotation préféré qui est le sens de puisage, doivent avoir pour effet un mouillage uniforme des articles à laver par la lessive, le tambour étant exploité pendant la phase de traitement à l'eau dans des sens de rotation alternants et à des vitesses de rotation alternant en fonction du sens de rotation, pendant une durée respectivement limitée qui peut être modifiée dans les deux sens, caractérisée en ce qu'est prévue une commande qui, pendant toute la phase de traitement à l'eau, fait tourner le tambour dans le sens du puisage pendant des intervalles de temps (IN, IW, IS) de durée sensiblement égale, et lorsque le tambour tourne dans le sens du puisage, règle sa vitesse de rotation sur une vitesse de rotation de consigne uniforme (nN) qui est inférieure à la vitesse de rotation de lavage, et lors de la rotation dans le sens opposé au puisage, règle la vitesse de rotation (-nW) ainsi que la durée des intervalles de temps (IN, IW, IS) sur une vitesse de rotation qui dépend de la progression de la phase de traitement à l'eau, la commande étant conçue de telle sorte que :■ dans une première phase, qui est la phase de mouillage (N), la vitesse de rotation (nN) du tambour dans le sens du puisage est égale à la vitesse de rotation de consigne et la durée de l'intervalle de temps (INg) dans le sens opposé au puisage est considérablement plus courte que dans le sens du puisage,■ dans une deuxième phase, qui est la phase de lavage (W), les vitesses de rotation (nN, -nW) du tambour sont identiques à celle de la phase de mouillage (N), mais la durée de l'intervalle de temps (IWg) dans le sens opposé au puisage est plus longue que dans la phase de mouillage (N) et■ dans une troisième phase, qui est la phase de rinçage (S), la vitesse de rotation (nN) dans le sens du puisage est identique à celle de la phase de mouillage et de la phase de lavage (N, W), mais dans le sens opposé au puisage, la vitesse de rotation (-nS) est nettement supérieure à la vitesse de rotation de démarrage à laquelle le linge est repoussé contre l'enveloppe du tambour, la durée de l'intervalle de temps (ISg) dans le sens opposé au puisage étant nettement plus courte que dans la phase de lavage (W).
- Machine à laver selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que des signaux de sortie d'un temporisateur du dispositif de commande à programme sont prévus pour la commande de l'entraînement du tambour, leur durée pouvant être réglée en fonction des étages de programme.
- Machine à laver selon la revendication 7, pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'il contient un dispositif de mesure d'au moins un paramètre de traitement et en particulier de la charge du tambour en linge, et en ce que des signaux de sortie d'un temporisateur sont prévus dans le dispositif de commande à programme pour la commande de l'entraînement du tambour, leur durée pouvant être réglée en fonction des paramètres de traitement mesurés pendant la phase de traitement à l'eau.
