Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Klassierung von Holzspänen und Holzhackschnitzeln.
In einem Sägewerk anfallende Holzspäne und Hackschnitzel werden üblicherweise einem Klassiervorgang unterzogen, d.h. das Ausgangsgemisch aus Holzspänen und Hackschnitzeln unterschiedlicher Größe wird in einem großtechnischen Trennverfahren nach dem Kriterium Korngröße oder Sinkgeschwindigkeit zerlegt.
Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung besteht aus einer Zentrifugalklassiereinheit (1), einer Gegenstromklassiereinheit (2), einem Abscheidetrichter (3) für die Grobfraktion und einem Abscheidezyklon (4) für die Feinfraktion.
Ein Gas oder Gasgemisch wird durch das Gebläse (5) in der Anlage zirkuliert. Es tritt tangential in die untere Klassierkammer ein, durchströmt erst den Gegenstromklassierer (2), anschließend die Spalte zwischen den Blättern des Zentrifugalklassierers (1), gelangt danach in den Abscheidezyklon (4) und kehrt von dort zum Gebläse (5) zurück.
