Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour le refroidissement et/ou le graissage de cylindres (1, 2) et/ou de matières à laminer (3), dans lequel, d'une part à partir de plusieurs buses/séries de buses (7, 7', 8, 8', 9, 9') un produit réfrigérant est appliqué sur les cylindres (1, 2), et d'autre part, pour le graissage, une huile de base est appliquée sur les matières à laminer (3) en amont l'écartement des cylindres (15), les buses/séries de buses pouvant être réglées de manière individuelle et indépendamment les unes des autres, et le produit réfrigérant étant appliqué, séparément par rapport à l'huile de base, sur les cylindres (1, 2) et, à titre exclusif l'huile de base, en l'absence d'eau faisant office de milieu de support, est appliquée directement sur les matières à laminer (3) sur toute leur largeur, de l'huile de base supplémentaire, après l'application de l'huile de base sur les matières à laminer (3), étant appliquée en l'absence d'eau faisant office de milieu de support, en inclinaison dans l'écartement des cylindres (15); et l'huile de base exempte d'eau, appliquée directement sur les matières à laminer (3), formant une couche de séparation incompressible entre les matières à laminer et les cylindres.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'huile de base est appliquée du côté entrée (5) des cylindres (1, 2) sur le côté supérieur (10) et/ou sur le côté inférieur (11) des matières à laminer (2).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le produit réfrigérant est appliqué sur les cylindres (1, 2) aussi bien du côté entrée que du côté sortie.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les matières à laminer (3) laminées à froid sont refroidies et/ou graissées.
  5. Dispositif pour le refroidissement et/ou pour le graissage de cylindres (1, 2) et/ou de matières à laminer (3), dans lequel, d'une part à partir de plusieurs buses/séries de buses (7, 7', 8, 8', 9, 9') un produit réfrigérant est appliqué sur les cylindres (1, 2), et d'autre part, pour le graissage, une huile de base est appliquée sur les matières à laminer (3) en amont de l'écartement des cylindres (15), les buses/séries de buses (7, 7', 8, 8', 9, 9') pouvant être réglées de manière individuelle et indépendamment les unes des autres, et entre les buses/séries de buses (9, 9'), pour l'application du produit réfrigérant sur les cylindres (1, 2) et entre les buses/séries de buses (7, 7') respectivement (8, 8') pour l'application de l'huile de base sur les matières à laminer (3), on dispose un dispositif de blocage des milieux (12, 12'), pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un agencement de buses/séries de buses pour l'huile de base (8, 8') est orienté en inclinaison dans l'écartement des cylindres (15) caractérisé en ce qu'un autre agencement de buses/séries de buses pour l'huile de base (7, 7') est orienté à la verticale sur la surface des matières à laminer (3).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les buses/séries de buses (7, 7', 8, 8', 9, 9') pour le produit réfrigérant et pour l'huile de base sont disposées dans une barre de buses (14, 14').
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les buses/séries de buses (7, 7', 8, 8', 9, 9') peuvent être réglées indépendamment les unes des autres.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les buses/séries de buses (7, 7', 8, 8', 9, 9') sont sollicitées avec des pressions différentes.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les buses/séries de buses pour le réfrigérant (13, 13') disposées côté sortie sont orientées sur les cylindres (1, 2).
