Claims (8)

- Dispositif pour établir une distribution des contraintes de traction réglable, en particulier au niveau des bords des bandes lors du laminage à froid de bandes métalliques, de préférence pour réaliser le procédé selon les revendications précédentes, le dispositif comprenant :au moins une disposition de pulvérisateurs (11, 11') sur le côté introduction pour appliquer un lubrifiant et un agent pour le refroidissement de la table du cylindre de travail sur le côté sortie, caractériséen ce qu'au moins deux des dispositions de pulvérisateurs (11, 11') avec des raccords pour des alimentations séparées de produit pulvérisé (19, 19') sont présentes, destinées à la pulvérisation du lubrifiant sous forme d'huile de laminage à des températures différentes sur des zones différentes (10, 10') au niveau de chaque cylindre de travail (12) et ;en ce que les cylindres de travail (12, 12') présentent à chaque fois un meulage spécial (13, 13') avec des agrandissements de diamètre sur leurs zones d'extrémité en vue d'allonger les bords de bande laminés avec une diminution simultanée des contraintes de traction et une réduction des brins de bande longs au niveau des zones proches des bords de bande.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par une poulie de déviation (15) flexible ou pliée de manière convexe dans le sens de transport (14) de la bande disposée entre des galets de guidage (17) destinée à modifier la distribution des contraintes de traction d'une bande (16) avant son introduction dans une cage de laminage (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé
en ce qu'il présente, sur le côté introduction d'une cage de laminage (20), des moyens pour l'application directe (21) d'additifs, en particulier sur la bande laminée (16), par exemple de l'huile lubrifiante présentant une viscosité relativement élevée, et sur le côté sortie des cylindres de travail (12, 12') des moyens pour le refroidissement (22) de la table des cylindres de travail et de préférence des moyens supplémentaires (23, 23') pour l'élimination du lubrifiant, qui aspergent sur la bande laminée (16) de préférence sur le côté supérieur ainsi que sur le côté inférieur de la bande, des agents pulvérisés qui leur sont associés. - Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un dispositif qui élimine l'agent de refroidissement du côté sortie de la cage (20).
