Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour le transport de rouleaux de ruban métallique (5) très lourds, fabriqués suite à un procédé de laminage par enroulement d'un ruban métallique laminé, comprenant des palettes (4) utilisées en tant que système de circulation et des convoyeurs à rouleaux (8) pour le transport, une palette (4) étant constituée de supports longitudinaux (11) espacés entre eux et d'une selle de support de rouleaux (13) les chevauchant, qui comporte des appuis (15) comprenant un angle de soutien (7),
caractérisé en ce que
la palette (4, 104, 204, 304), pour le transport d'un rouleau à chaud (5), est formée avec des contourages (18, 20, 23), au moins au niveau de ses supports longitudinaux (11, 111, 211, 311), conçus pour pouvoir compenser une déformation horizontale et verticale pré-calculée en fonction de l'influence de la chaleur et de celle d'une charge. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1
caractérisé en ce que
la palette (4, 104, 204, 304) est équipée de moyens de protection thermique (26, 27) permettant de diminuer le rayonnement et la conduction de chaleur d'un rouleau à chaud (5) déposé dans la selle de support (13) vers les supports longitudinaux (11, 111, 211, 311). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
les surfaces de roulement des supports longitudinaux (11, 111, 211, 311) sont conçues à la manière d'un patin et comportent, du côté frontal, des surfaces inclinées (18) en pente ascendante selon un angle (α) par rapport à la ligne de transport (17) du convoyeur à rouleaux (7). - Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
une section oblique (20), avec un angle plus petit (β) par rapport à la ligne de transport (17), est prévue entre les surfaces inclinées (18) et une section plate centrale (19) des supports longitudinaux (11), qui possède une longueur correspondant au moins à l'écartement (T) des rouleaux (8) du convoyeur à rouleaux (7). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
deux patins individuels mobiles (39a, 39b) forment un support longitudinal (411). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
les supports longitudinaux (111) comportent une région de déformation (28) élastique rétrécie, située entre les appuis (15) de la selle de support (13). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
les supports longitudinaux (211) sont disposés sur des tourillons porteurs (31) dépassant vers l'extérieur d'un cadre de palette (30) comportant la selle de support (13), avec un palier flexible (32). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
les supports longitudinaux (311) sont d'une part disposés sur des tourillons porteurs (31) dépassant vers l'extérieur d'un cadre de palette (30) comportant la selle de support (13), avec un palier articulé (34), et reposent d'autre part de façon mobile sur un roulement à bille (36) du cadre de palette (30). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8,
caractérisé par
un écran de protection thermique (26) s'étendant sur la largeur de la palette (4, 104, 204, 304), disposé entre les appuis (15) dans le pied de la selle de support (13) au-dessus des supports longitudinaux (11, 111, 211, 311). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 9,
caractérisé par
des écrans de protection thermique (27) s'étendant sur la largeur de la palette, dressés contre les appuis (15) de la selle de support (13) à partir des extrémités frontales de la palette (4, 104, 204, 304).
