Claims (13)

  1. Installation de protection contre le soleil comprenant un dispositif de rassemblement d'urgence, en particulier destinée à des portes et à des fenêtres, comprenant un rideau (3), qui peut être déplacé d'une position repliée dans une position déployée recouvrant une surface, dans laquelle est prévu, aux fins du déplacement, un système d'entraînement doté de bandes de traction (2) et le rideau (3) peut être en complément déplacé au moyen d'un dispositif de rassemblement d'urgence (5, 6) d'une position déployée au moins en partie dans une position repliée, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de rassemblement d'urgence (5, 6) présente au moins une bande de guidage (5) précontrainte, qui est fixée côté sol et qui déplace dans le cas d'un déverrouillage le rideau (3) dans la direction de la position repliée.
  2. Installation de protection contre le soleil selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'est prévu au niveau de la au moins une bande de guidage (5), à proximité du rideau (3), un entraîneur (28) qui peut être installé au niveau d'une surface de butée (30) du rideau (3).

  4. Installation de protection contre le soleil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que respectivement une bande de guidage (5) est prévue au niveau du rideau (3) sur des côtés se faisant face.
  5. Installation de protection contre le soleil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la bande de guidage (5) ou les bandes de guidage (5) peuvent être déverrouillées par l'intermédiaire d'un ou de plusieurs leviers (31) disposés côté sol.
  6. Installation de protection contre le soleil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de rassemblement d'urgence présente un système tendeur (6) au-dessus du rideau (3), lequel permet de rentrer la bande de guidage (5) ou les bandes de guidage (5).
  7. Installation de protection contre le soleil selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le système tendeur (6) comprend au moins une moufle (8, 10, 11, 12) précontrainte par un ressort (14, 17).
  8. Installation de protection contre le soleil selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que sont prévues deux bandes de guidage (5), lesquelles peuvent être déplacées par l'intermédiaire respectivement d'une moufle (8, 10, 11, 12) précontrainte.
  9. Installation de protection contre le soleil selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'une bande de guidage (5) continue, fixée sur des côtés se faisant face du rideau (3) est précontrainte par l'intermédiaire d'un système tendeur (6).
  10. Installation de protection contre le soleil selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le système tendeur (6) présente pour une bande de guidage (5) un cylindre (23) précontraint servant à l'enroulement.
  11. Installation de protection contre le soleil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le rideau est constitué de lamelles (3), et en ce qu'est prévu côté sol un rail d'extrémité (4).
  12. Installation de protection contre le soleil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le système tendeur (6) est logé à l'intérieur d'un boîtier (9) de l'installation de protection contre le soleil.
  13. Installation de protection contre le soleil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que la au moins une bande de guidage (5) est guidée à travers des ouvertures ou des fentes du rideau (3).
