Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Unterstützung des Ein- und Ausstapelns bei einem Stapler, mit den folgenden Merkmalen:eine Höhenmeßeinrichtung (16), die die Höhe einer Lastgabel (10) des Staplers mißt,eine Videokamera (26), die der Lastgabel (10) zugeordnet ist,eine Steuereinrichtung für die Betätigung der Lastgabel (10), auf welche auch die Signale der Höhenmeßeinrichtung (16) und der Videokamera (26) gegeben werden und die ein Hubhöhenvorwahl- und ein Videomenü enthält,ein mit der Steuervorrichtung verbundener Bildschirm (24) für den Bediener des Staplers,eine mit der Steuereinrichtung verbundene Vorwahleinheit für die Hubhöhenvorwahl der Lastgabel (10), wodurch über das Hubhöhenvorwahlmenü die Steuereinrichtung die Lastgabel (10) automatisch auf die vorgewählte Höhe fährt und eine Anzeige auf dem Bildschirm (24) bewirkt, wobeidie Steuereinrichtung auf das Videomenü umschaltet und das Signal der Videokamera (26) auf den Bildschirm (24) schaltet, wenn die Lastgabel (10) in einem Nahbereich bezüglich der vorgegebenen Höhe der Lastgabel eintritt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß nach dem Umschalten auf das Videobild in der Steuereinrichtung der Bildschirm (24) ausschließlich das Videobild zeigt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß nach dem Umschalten auf das Videobild von der Steuereinrichtung zugleich mindestens auch die Hubhöhe angezeigt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Steuereinrichtung auf das Hubhöhenvorwahlmenü zurückschaltet, wenn die Lastgabel (10) den vorgegebenen Nahbereich verläßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß mit der Steuereinrichtung manuell betätigbare Mittel für die Anwahl des Hubhöhenvorwahl-oder Videomenüs verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Steuereinrichtung auch ein Fahrmenü enthält, das auf dem Bildschirm (24) angezeigt wird, der Stapler eine Geschwindigkeitsmeßvorrichtung aufweist, deren Signal auf die Steuervorrichtung gegeben wird und die Steuereinrichtung automatisch das Fahrmenü auf dem Bildschirm (24) anzeigt, wenn die Geschwindigkeit des Staplers einen vorgegebenen Wert erreicht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung ein Fahrmenü enthält, das auf dem Bildschirm (24) angezeigt wird, ein Detektor vorgesehen ist, der sensiert, ob das Hubgerät in Freihub- oder Masthubstellung ist, wobei in Freihubstellung das Fahrmenü und in Masthubstellung auf das Signal der Videokamera geschaltet wird.
