Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un élément de retenue (10) sur une zone marginale d'un corps moulé (30). Le corps moulé (30) consistant en un matériau ayant tendance à la rupture par clivage est placé dans un outil de moulage à l'aide duquel un volume de remplissage est formé dans la zone marginale du corps moulé (30). Le volume de remplissage est rempli au moins en partie à l'aide d'une matière plastique, puis ledit corps moulé est enlevé de l'outil de moulage, conjointement avec l'élément de retenue (10) formé dessus. Afin d'optimiser le processus de fabrication, il est prévu selon l'invention de maintenir le corps moulé dans l'outil de moulage à l'aide d'un élément de serrage (403). Ledit élément de serrage (403) permet de délimiter une section du volume de remplissage. Dans la zone de transition entre le volume de remplissage et l'élément de serrage (403), il est prévu un élément d'étanchéité (20) placé sur le corps moulé. La matière plastique est introduite dans le volume de remplissage par extrusion.
