Claims (14)
- Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung, bestehend aus einem ersten Druckmittelzylinder (3), der mittels einer Trägerstange (6) achsparallel beabstandet zu einem zweiten Druckmittelzylinder (5) angeordnet ist, wobei die Trägerstange (6) zylinderbodenseitig mit beiden Druckmittelzylindern (3, 5) in Verbindung steht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein im Wesentlichen U-förmiges Gehäuseelement (1) vorgesehen ist, dessen beiden Schenkelabschnitte (2, 4) je ein Zylindergehäuse für die Druckmittelzylinder (3, 5) bilden, wobei in einen die Trägerstange (6) bildenden hohlen Zwischenabschnitt (7) diverse Verbindungsleitungen zur Ansteuerung der beiden Druckmittelzylinder (3, 5) integriert sind. - Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (11) zum lösbaren Arretieren an einer Trägerkonstruktion vorgesehen sind, die zumindest in den Bereich des einen Schenkelabschnitts (2) des Gehäuseelements (1) benachbart zum Druckmittelzylinder (3) integriert sind. - Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Anschlussmittel (10) zur fluidischen und/oder elektrischen Versorgung der Druckmittelzylinder (3, 5) vorgesehen sind, die zumindest im Bereich des einen Schenkelabschnitts (4) des Gehäuseelements (1) benachbart zum Druckmittelzylinder (5) integriert sind. - Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussmittel (10) an der Unterseite des Schenkelabschnitts (4) aus dem Gehäuseelement (1) austreten, woran Druckmittelleitungen bzw. elektrische Leitungen anschließbar sind. - Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussmittel (10) zur fluidischen und/oder elektrischen Versorgung der Druckmittelzylinder (3, 5) und die Mittel (11) zum lösbaren Arretieren an einer Trägerkonstruktion je einem Schenkelabschnitt (2 bzw. 4) des Gehäuseelements (1) exklusiv zugeordnet sind. - Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussmittel (10) zur fluidischen und/oder elektrischen Versorgung der Druckmittelzylinder (3, 5) einerseits und die Mittel (11) zum lösbaren Arretieren an einer Trägerkonstruktion andererseits in einen jeweils nach außen hin gelegenen Bereich der Schenkelabschnitte (2 bzw. 4) benachbart neben den jeweiligen Druckmittelzylindern (3, 5) untergebracht sind. - Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in denZwischenabschnitt (7) des Gehäuseelements (1) integrierten Verbindungsleitungen zum einen Druckmittelleitungen zur Ansteuerung beider Druckmittelzylinder (3, 5) und zum anderen elektrische Signalleitungen für Positionssensoren (15, 16) umfassen, die jedem Druckmittelzylinder (3 bzw. 5) zugeordnet sind. - Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsleitungen über eine Deckelleiste (8) zugänglich sind, die längs der Oberseite (19) des Zwischenabschnitts (7) verläuft und am Gehäuseelement (1) über eine Clipverbindung lösbar befestigt ist. - Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das Gehäuseelement (1) und die Deckelleiste (8) als aus einem Kunststoff durch Spritzgießen hergestellte Bauteile ausgeführt sind. - Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Druckmittelzylinder (3, 5) einfachwirkend ausgebildet sind und zum im wesentlichen synchronen Ausfahren der Kolbenstange (17 bzw. 18) mit Druckluft als Druckmittel beaufschlagbar sind. - Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Druckmittelzylinder (3, 5) mit einem von der Kolbenstange (17, 18) durchdrungenen Zylinderdeckel (20, 21) verschlossen ist, der mittels mindestens einer im Spalt zwischen dem Zylinderdeckel (20, 21) und dem Gehäuseelement (1) eingreifenden Schraube (22, 23) gehalten ist. - Belastungseinrichtung für ein Streckwerk einer Textilmaschine, umfassend eine Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche zur Belastung einzelner Oberwalzen zum Strecken von Fasermaterial.
- Belastungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung verschwenkbar an der Trägerkonstruktion befestigt ist, wobei mindestens eine die Schwenkbewegung dämpfende Gasdruckfeder als Rückschlagsicherung vorgesehen ist, welche zwischen der Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung und der Trägerkonstruktion angebracht ist. - Belastungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Zwischenabschnitt (7) der Doppeldruckmittelzylinderanordnung mehrere Ausnehmungen (24) zur Clipbefestigung eines Ansaugblechs des Streckwerks vorgesehen sind.
