Claims (20)
- Banderoliermaschine mit beidseitig eines Zufuhrtisches angeordneten Folienrollen, deren Folienbahnen unter Bildung eines, einen Schlitz des Zufuhrtisches durchsetzenden, Folienvorhangs durch eine Siegelnaht miteinander verbunden sind, bei der das zu banderolierende Gut gegen den Folienvorhang geschoben, die Folie dabei zu einer Schlinge um das Gut herumgelegt und die Schlinge mittels einer, mindestens eine der Folienbahnen vorübergehend festklemmenden Straffzieheinrichtung gestrafft und mitttels einer Schweißvorrichtung verschweißt und von Folienrest abgetrennt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest auf einer Zufuhrtischseite, insbesondere auf beiden Zufuhrtischseiten, eine Folienwechseleinheit (7) vorgesehen ist, bestehend aus mindestens einer Vorratsfolienrolle (8) und einer Arbeitsfolienrolle (9), wobei sowohl die Arbeitsfolienbahn (3), als auch die Vorratsfolienbahn (22) durch eine Foliensiegeleinheit (10) geführt ist, wobei die Foliensiegeleinheit (10) mindestens eine Trennschweißeinrichtung (36, 37), zur Herstellung einer Quetschtrennnaht zwischen alter Arbeitsfolienbahn und Vorratsfolienbahn sowie zwischen Vorratsfolienbahnüberstand (34) und dem Rest der alten Arbeitsfolienbahn in einem Arbeitsgang, aufweist.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Foliensiegeleinheit (10) aus zwei, vorzugsweise nebeneinander angeordneten, Trennschweißeinrichtungen (36, 37) mit jeweils einem Folienschlitz (18, 19) besteht, die derart angeordnet sind, dass im wesentlichen drei durch die zwei, vorzugsweise parallelen, Folienschlitze (18, 19) voneinander getrennte Bauteile (15, 16, 17) gebildet sind, wobei die Vorratsfolienbahn (22) durch beide Folienschlitze (18, 19) geführt ist und das mittlere Bauteil (16) teilweise umschlingt und dass die Arbeitsfolienbahn (3) durch einen der beiden Folienschlitze (18, 19), vorzugsweise im wesentlichen senkrecht, geführt ist.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der beiden Trennschweißeinrichtungen (36, 37) aus durch einen Folienschlitz (18, 19) voneinander getrennten Baugruppen besteht, nämlich einem Heizelement (43, 44) und einem Gegenwerkzeug (39, 40), wobei am Gegenwerkzeug (39, 40) oder am Heizelement (43, 44) zwei beabstandete Klemmstreifen (51, 52), vorzugsweise aus Silikon-Kautschuk, vorgesehen sind und dass entweder an dem Heizelement (43, 44) oder an dem Gegenwerkzeug (39, 40) eine Trennkante (45, 46) vorgesehen ist, wobei zumindest eine der beiden Baugruppen auf die andere zu bewegbar ist.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennkante (45, 46) an den Heizelementen (43, 44) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Heizelemente (43, 44) statisch im mittleren Bauteil der Foliensiegeleinheit angebracht sind und dass die Trennkanten (45, 46) jeweils in Richtung des zugehörigen Folienschlitzes (18, 19) ausgerichtet sind und dass in jedem anderen Bauteil ein Gegenwerkzeug (39, 40) mit gummiartigen Trennprofilen (53, 54) vorgesehen ist, dass in Richtung des mittleren Bauteils (16) verfahrbar ist.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Heizelement (43, 44) in Richtung Folienschlitz (18, 19) eine gefederte Platte (47, 48) mit Öffnung (49, 50) zur Klemmung der Folienbahnen vor dem Trennschweißvorgang vorgelagert ist, wobei die übereinander liegenden Folienbahnen zwischen dem Gegenwerkzeug (39, 40) mit Klemmstreifen (51, 52) und der Platte (47, 48) einklemmbar sind.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenwerkzeug (39, 40) aus einer Schiene aus gummiartigem Material, vorzugsweise Silikon-Kautschuk, gebildet ist, wobei auf deren Vorderfläche hervorstehende Bereiche zum Festklemmen der Folie und zum Trennen der übereinander liegenden Folien, sowie mit etwas zurückstehende Bereiche zum Versiegeln der alten Arbeitsfolienbahn und der Vorratsfolienbahn, vorgesehen sind, wobei das Heizelement impulsbeheizbar ist.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Klemmmechanismus (31) zur Klemmung des Vorratsfolienbahnüberstandes (34) vor dem Trennschweißvorgang, vorzugsweise an der Unterseite des mittleren Bauteils (16), vorgesehen ist.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmmechanismus (31) aus einer Leiste (32) besteht, die mittels Federkraft (33) gegen die Unterseite des mittleren Bauteils (16) der Foliensiegeleinheit (10) pressbar ist, wobei ein Magnet (35), zur Fixierung der Leiste (32) in einer Offenstellung, vorgesehen ist.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsfolienbahn (3) durch eine Folienbahnzwischenspeichervorrichtung (11) geführt ist.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folienbahnzwischenspeichervorrichtung (11) aus einer einseitig gelagerten Folienwippe (11) besteht, wobei an der Folienwippe (11) und an einer Gehäusewand der Banderoliermaschine (1) Folienführungsrollen (13, 12) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Arbeitsfolienbahn (3) alternierend um die Führungsrollen (12) an der Gehäusewand und um die Führungsrollen (13) an der Folienwippe (11) geführt ist.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beabstandet von der Foliensiegeleinheit (10) eine verschwenkbare Arbeitsfolienbahnführungsrolle (24) vorgesehen ist, die in zwei Positionen (28, 29) verschwenkbar ist, die sich dadurch auszeichnen, dass die Arbeitsfolie (3), je nachdem, durch welchen Folienschlitz (18, 19) diese gerade geführt ist, immer an der äußeren Folienschlitzkante (23, 38) entlang verläuft.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsfolienrolle (9) eine, vorzugsweise druckluftbetätigte, Rollenbremse aufweist, und dass bei der Folienwippe (11) ein Schalter zum Lösen der Rollenbremse bei Erreichen eines bestimmten Wippwinkel vorgesehen ist.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Bestimmung der Rollendicke, insbesondere in Form eines Lichttasters, zur Ausgabe eines Signals für die Auslösung des Folienklemmvorgangs und/oder des Beheizungsvorgangs zur Beheizung des entsprechenden Heizelements, vorgesehen ist.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Heizelementen (43, 44) ein Temperaturfühler, zur Ausgabe eines Signals für die Auslösung des Trennschweißvorgangs bei erreichen einer Solltemperatur, vorzugsweise 180 °C, vorgesehen ist.
- Banderoliermaschine nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorratsfolienrolle (8) und die Arbeitsfolienrolle (9) keinen eigenen Antrieb aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Durchführung eines Abfalllosen Folienwechsels bei einer Banderoliermaschine nach einem oder mehren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorratsfolienrolle (8) auf eine entsprechende Halterung aufgesetzt wird und dass die Vorratsfolienbahn (22) durch einen ihr zugeordneten ersten Folienschlitz (18, 19) zwischen dem ersten und dem mittleren Bauteil (16) der Foliensiegeleinheit (10) geführt wird, um das mittlere Bauteil (16) herum geführt wird, und durch einen zweiten Folienschlitz (19, 18) geführt wird, durch den auch die Arbeitsfolienbahn (3) verläuft, wobei der Vorratsfolienüberstand (34) danach mit einem Klemmmechanismus (31) festgeklemmt wird, woraufhin zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt die Vorratsfolienbahn (22) und die daneben liegende Arbeitsfolienbahn (3) mittels der Trennschweißeinrichtung getrennt und im gleichen Arbeitsschritt zwischen zwei Bauteilen die alte Arbeitsfolienbahn mit der Vorratsfolienbahn sowie der Vorratsfolienbahnüberstand (34) mit dem Rest der alten Arbeitsfolienbahn mittels der Trennschweißeinrichtung verschweißt werden, woraufhin die alte Arbeitsfolienrolle durch eine neue Vorratsfolienrolle ausgetauscht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Trennschweißvorgang folgende Schritte umfasst:Bewegung des Gegenwerkzeugs (39, 40) in Richtung gefederter Platte (47, 48)Klemmung der Vorratsfolienbahn und der Arbeitsfolienbahn, insbesondere zwischen den Klemmstreifen (51, 52) des Gegenwerkzeugs (39, 40) und der gefederten Platte (47, 48) mit Öffnung (49, 50)Aufheizen des Heizelements (43, 44)Überdrücken der gefederten Platte (47, 48) mit darauf geklemmten Folienbahnen entgegen der Federkraft in Richtung Heizelement (43, 44)Durchtrennung der Folienbahnen mit der Trennkante (45, 46)Bildung einer neuen Arbeitsfolienbahn durch Verschweißen der alten Arbeitsfolienbahn mit der VorratsfolienbahnGleichzeitiges Verschweißen des Vorratsfolienbahnüberstandes (34) mit dem Rest der alten Arbeitsfolienbahn.Verharren des Gegenwerkzeugs auf der Platte und weiters Klemmen der Folienbahnen, ggf. nach Zurückbewegung des Gegenwerkzeugs in Richtung äußerem Bauteil.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsfolienbahnführungsrolle (24) von einer ersten Position (28, 29) in eine zweite Position (29, 28), vorzugsweise mittels eines Druckluftzylinders (27), verschwenkt wird, so dass die neue Arbeitsfolienbahn entlang der Außenseite (23, 38) des Folienschlitzes (18, 19) verläuft.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Folienklemmvorgang und die Beheizung des entsprechenden Heizelements durch die Ausgabe eines Steuersignals der Vorrichtung zur Bestimmung der Folienrollendicke ausgelöst wird, wenn die Arbeitsfolienrolle (9) eine Minimaldicke unterschreitet.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folienwippe (11) bei Erreichen eines bestimmten Wippwinkels einen Schalter auslöst, woraufhin die, vorzugsweise druckluftbetätigen, Folienrollenbremsen gelöst werden.
