技术领域:
本发明是一种适用于香烟生产过程中卷烟机安装使用的卷烟纸静态拼接的双面胶与粘纸板安装结构。
背景技术:
在香烟生产过程中,卷烟纸与待续纸采用静态拼接可以节约卷烟纸,减低生产成本。但是,目前静态拼接卷烟纸的方式,都是直接将双面胶安装在上、下压块的中间,并且将粘纸板固定在两个压块中间的前方。这种结构形式在拼接时会产生粘纸板挂断卷烟纸现象,导致双面胶外露粘在导纸辊上,造成卷烟纸断开而停机。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种能有效防止卷烟纸在拼接时被挂断的卷烟纸静态拼接的双面胶与粘纸板安装结构。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,一种卷烟纸静态拼接的双面胶与粘纸板安装结构,它包括有上压块、下压块,其特征在于:在上、下压块中间向前方突出安装有双面胶,在双面胶突出端的在用纸和待用纸之间前方安装有一个支撑臂,在支撑臂上向着双面胶突出端安装有一根弹簧板,在弹簧板前端固定有一个与双面胶突出端相互配合施压拼接的粘纸板。
本发明能有效地防止粘纸板将卷烟纸挂断,保证卷烟机正常运行的优点。

具体实施方式:
结合以上附图详细描述实施例,本发明它包括有上压块2、下压块4,在上、下压块中间向前方突出安装有双面胶3,在双面胶突出端的在用纸8和待用纸1之间前方安装有一个支撑臂7,在支撑臂上向着双面胶突出端安装有一根弹簧板6,在弹簧板前端固定有一个与双面胶突出端相互配合施压拼接的粘纸板5。这种结构将粘纸板固定在弹簧板上与双面胶配合对卷烟纸进行拼接,当下压块向上运动时,粘纸板随着向上,上压块向运动时粘纸板随着向下,拼接完成后,粘纸板自动复位,可有效地防止挂断卷烟纸,保证机器正常运行。

1. 一种卷烟纸静态拼接的双面胶与粘纸板安装结构,它包括有上压块、下压块,其特征在于:在上、下压块中间向前方突出安装有双面胶,在双面胶突出端的在用纸和待用纸之间前方安装有一个支撑臂,在支撑臂上向着双面胶突出端安装有一根弹簧板,在弹簧板前端固定有一个与双面胶突出端相互配合施压拼接的粘纸板。
