Definitions

  • roller blind For covering openings in, for example, refrigerators, windows, Sunroofs for vehicles and the like it is known the roller blind in laterally parallel guides to be covered To lead opening and thus a connection to the To reach the opening bounding wall parts. Most of the time For this purpose, a cover rail is provided, in which the roller blind rod slides and the roller blind following the roller blind leads. In the case of blinds where the roller blind off there are several rigid strips, one is altogether more satisfactory Closure given for example a window opening. However, these roller blinds are massive and therefore require a corresponding spatial and financial expense. For Sunroofs of vehicles or blinds for darkening of rooms for movie or photo screenings are this type Roller blinds not suitable.
  • roller blinds used made of a thin flexible material consist.
  • the roller blinds are perpendicular in front of the window caves lowered.
  • a wide cover strip is placed in front of the window cavity at the edge, to which the roller blind engages.
  • This cover strip can also be performed double-sided, so that the roller blind in a guided tour.
  • This type of leadership is needed relatively a lot of space and conditional that the flexible roller blind substantially hanging vertically down. Also is required by the Width of the guide slot a dense leadership of the Roller blind not guaranteed. Light incidence can not be completely avoid.
  • the hemstitch for guiding the blind has the disadvantage that this hemstitch edge applies during rolling up and thus grows to a substantially larger diameter compared with the rest of the blinds so that the winding not only requires considerable space, but also leads to an uneven winding and thereby distortion of the blind.
  • the production of such hollow seams is associated with an additional workload and expensive the blind device.
  • Hose pockets incorporated, so can different widths Roller blinds according to the grid of these hose pockets be prepared without already in the production to set a specific blind width. This will with low storage a great flexibility in the Adapted to different required roller blind widths.
  • the side guide is in a simple way by a in the Tubular bag is given to interposing rod so that voluminous Boxes for lateral guidance of the edge of the roller blind itself unnecessary. The inevitable guidance is enough for a short Engagement of the edge of the roller blind in the lateral guide. This is particularly advantageous in vehicle construction.
  • Figure 1 shows a front view of a refrigerator 6 with the side walls 61, the roof 62 and the base 63.
  • a roller blind device is provided which consists of a roller blind 1 with a closure strip 15, and the parallel guides 2 and the Rolloaufwindung. 7
  • the parallel guides are as a box-shaped hollow profile. 2 formed with a longitudinal slot 21 through which the blind sheet 1 can pass.
  • a Guide rod 3 is arranged, whose diameter is larger than the width of the longitudinal slot 21.
  • This guide rod 3 engages in a hose pocket 11 of the blind sheet 1, which thereby is extended, so that the roller blind 1 with its peripheral edge 14 is held within the hollow section 2.
  • Hose bag 11 is supported on the inside of the Hollow sections 2 and can not be pulled out through this slot 21 become. It creates in this way a forced operation.
  • his angled foot 31 of the chiefsgstab is the third in a recess 41 of a cap 4 at the lower end anchored the hollow section 2.
  • the blind sheet 1 is preferably made of a fabric, in which for example, in the warp direction tubular pockets 11th woven in. As is apparent from Figure 3, in certain Distances in the weft direction such hose pockets 11th be incorporated. These hose pockets 11 are on the edge of the Roller blind 1 arranged to receive the guide rod 3, the engages in these pockets and thus the blind sheet 1 at her Up and down movement inevitably leads.
  • the arrangement of such hose-like pockets 11 distributed in the weft direction over the width of the blind sheet 1 has the advantage that the substance for the roller blind 1 manufactured with a uniform working width can be made of the same fabric roller blinds 1 in different widths B can be cut out.
  • the Cutting edges 14 are then processed for solidification, which for example, by welding the synthetic material can be done so that fraying these edges prevented becomes.
  • the edges can also be glued, for example when laminating or coating, be solidified.
  • FIG. 7 shows a detail in an original illustration a roller blind 10, which hose pockets 11 both in the weft direction (11S) and in the warp direction (11K). It arise between the cross of the hose pockets 11 Stoffelder 16, which consist of a single-layered fabric. These Stoffelder 16 are made with a coarser bond, so that there is some transparency in these materials, as described below.
  • Such a fabric with Hose bags 11S and 11K can be both in width and be used in length as a roller blind, since both the Pockets 11S and the pockets 11K guide rods 3 record can. Depending on whether the bags 11S or 11K in Transverse to the web lie, they can then for Recording the roller blind or stiffening rods serve. In such an embodiment roller blinds for the most diverse uses and dimensions very flexible getting produced.
  • the manufacture of the blind sheet 1 is carried out in such a way that first a fabric is produced, in the so-called tubular pockets 11 in the longitudinal direction (warp direction) the blind sheet 1 are woven. As can be seen from FIG. 7, can simultaneously also in the transverse direction (weft direction) tubular pockets 11S be woven, so that a checkered structure arises.
  • the manufacture of such pocket fabrics is basically known and therefore needs here will not be described in detail. These tissues are with the usual floats loosely produced. at irregular contours, however, is a Jaquard loom required.
  • This controlled convection can also be achieved in the following way become: After washing and fixing the tissue becomes coated on both sides, and by a lamination with films or by a knife coating. On This way, a closed airtight tissue is created. Again, care must be taken during the coating that the pockets 11 do not stick together, which by appropriate Adjustment of pressure and temperature as well as the viscosity of the Coating compound or the measures already mentioned above he follows. After coating, in the area of Strip 12 punched between the pockets 11 holes 13 to a certain controlled air permeability of the material again produce, which is necessary to a Konvetechnischsströmung in the area of the roller blind 1 for preventing condenser and to reach condensation.
  • the fabric web can still after steamed and sealed with aluminum for washing and fixing be, with the latter method also a previously vaporized Foil can be laminated.
  • the fabric web produced in this way is now cut to size the desired blind sheet 1 produced.
  • the desired width matching pockets 11 are the for used.
  • the cut takes place so that outside the pockets 11 a narrow Edge 14 stops. This created by cutting Edge 14 is additionally welded to allow fraying prevent.
  • the blind sheet 1 is then at one end the Rolloaufwindung 7 attached. At the other end are in the both pockets 11 on the right and left of the fabric cutting the guide rods 3 introduced.
  • To facilitate the introduction of Guide rods 3 in the pockets 11 can also funnel-shaped in this Guide pieces 5 are used, with the guide grommet 52 enclose the guide rod 3 and with a Support collar 51 on the inner wall of the hollow section 2.
  • a closure strip 15 as Handle bar mounted so that the edge of the fabric bordered and the guide pieces 5 are held in precise position.
  • the end strip 15 as a clamping profile or also be designed as a two-part profile, which screwed together, glued or riveted.
  • the roller blind system is preferably as a unit consisting of a shaft 7 for winding up the roller blind with winding mechanism, the blind sheet 1 itself with end strip 15 in one Installed housing attached to the roof 62 of the cabinet 6 becomes.
  • the parallel guides 2 are each on the side walls 61 attached, this also as shown in Figure 2, be attached with tension springs 23 to the cooling furniture wall 61 can. In this way, the parallel guide 2 for clamping the roller blind 1 in the transverse direction exert a corresponding force.
  • the roller blind 1 thus becomes and pushing with the bag 11 on this guide rod. 3 pushed.
  • the guide rod 3 in turn is in the hollow profile 3 stationary, which has a longitudinal slot 21, through which the roller blind 1, with her bag the wrapped around the hollow section 2 arranged rod 3, is led out of this hollow section 2.
  • This slot 21 it is only so wide that the blind sheet 1 pass can.
  • the bag 11, which is thickened by the rod becomes through the hollow profile or through the collar 51 of the guide piece 5 withheld. While the guide rod 3 stationary is, the roller blind 1 can be pushed up and down and is withdrawn during the rolling of the guide rod 3. expedient However, a part of the roller blind 1 remains with the handle 15 introduced in the pocket 11.
  • roller blind system allows smallest dimensions, since when winding up of the fabric on the Rolloaufwindung 7 no bead is formed. This is of particular importance in vehicle construction.
  • the roller blind 1 instead of the resilient attachment of the parallel guide 2 can the roller blind 1 also by incorporating elastic threads be stretched in the weft direction.
  • roller blind system and the roller blind as a fabric described.
  • the Roller blind but also be made as a warp knit.
