Abstract
Description
- un corps comportant des moyens d'accrochage du flacon ;
- une aiguille creuse présentant une première extrémité pour la perforation du piston de la carpule et une seconde extrémité adaptée pour la perforation du bouchon du flacon ;
- un équipage mobile déplaçable par rapport au corps suivant la direction de l'axe de l'aiguille, lequel équipage mobile comporte des moyens de solidarisation axiale du réservoir de la carpule suivant la direction de l'axe de l'aiguille ; et
- une entretoise interposée entre le corps et le piston perforable de la carpule, laquelle entretoise forme une butée d'arrêt du piston perforable par rapport au corps.
- ladite entretoise est déplaçable par rapport au corps entre une position initiale dans laquelle elle maintient le piston perforable à l'écart de la première extrémité de l'aiguille et une position finale dans laquelle l'aiguille est engagée au travers du piston perforable,
- l'équipage mobile et le corps comportent des moyens de limitation du déplacement de l'équipage mobile par rapport au corps suivant le sens d'extraction du piston perforable hors du réservoir cylindrique,
- l'équipage mobile et le corps comportent des moyens de guidage en translation et d'immobilisation en rotation de l'un par rapport à l'autre.

Claims (4)
- Dispositif de transfert bidirectionnel d'un liquide entre un flacon (14) muni d'un bouchon perforable (28) et une carpule (12) comprenant un réservoir cylindrique (25) dans lequel coulisse un piston perforable (27), le dispositif comprenant :un corps (16) comportant des moyens (18) d'accrochage du flacon (14);une aiguille creuse (24) présentant une première extrémité (24B) pour la perforation du piston (27) de la carpule et une seconde extrémité (24A) adaptée pour la perforation du bouchon (28) du flacon ;un équipage mobile (20) déplaçable par rapport au corps (16) suivant la direction de l'axe de l'aiguille (24), lequel équipage mobile (20) comporte des moyens de solidarisation axiale du réservoir (25) de la carpule suivant la direction de l'axe de l'aiguille (24) ; etune entretoise (22) interposée entre le corps (16) et le piston perforable (27) de la carpule, laquelle entretoise (22) forme une butée d'arrêt du piston perforable (27) par rapport au corps (16),
- Dispositif de transfert selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite entretoise (22) est déplaçable par rapport au corps (16) entre une position initiale dans laquelle elle maintient le piston perforable (27) à l'écart de la première extrémité (24B) de l'aiguille et une position finale dans laquelle l'aiguille (24) est engagée au travers du piston perforable (27).
- Dispositif de transfert selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'équipage mobile (20) et le corps (16) comportent des moyens (98, 106) de limitation du déplacement de l'équipage mobile (20) par rapport au corps (16) suivant le sens d'extraction du piston perforable (27) hors du réservoir cylindrique (25).
- Dispositif de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'équipage mobile (20) et le corps (16) comportent des moyens (104, 106) de guidage en translation et d'immobilisation en rotation de l'un par rapport à l'autre.
