Claims (29)
- Federklemme (1) zum Anschluß eines Leiters (3), miteinem Gehäuse (5) mit einer offenen Stirnseite (9) zum Einführen des Leiters,einer im Gehäuse (5) angeordneten Feder (7) zur Kontaktierung des Leiters (3) und zum Festklemmen des Leiters (3) im Gehäuse (5), die mindestens einen Ansatzschenkel (7d) aufweist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Gehäuse (5) wenigstens einen Schlitz (21) aufweist, welchen der wenigstens eine Ansatzschenkel (7d) durchsetzt, wobei der wenigstens eine Ansatzschenkel (7d) derart ausgebildet ist, daß durch eine Betätigung des wenigstens einen Ansatzschenkels (7d) die Feder (7) aus ihrer Klemmstellung lösbar istsowohl das Gehäuse (3) als auch die Feder (7) einstückig und/oder als Stanzbiegeteile aus Blechstreifen mit im wesentlichen rechteckigen Abschnitten und an den rechteckigen Abschnitt angeformten Funktionsansätzen ausgebildet sind.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (5) aus einem Blechstreifen besteht, der zu einem Rohrstück mit rechteckigem Querschnitt und zwei einander gegenüberliegenden, offenen Stirnseiten (9, 11) umgebogen ist.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der einen offenen Stirnseite (11) an das Gehäuse (5) Lötbeine (13) angeformt oder angesetzt sind.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der den Lötbeinen (13) gegenüberliegenden Seite an das Gehäuse (5) ein Anlageschenkel (17) für die Feder (7) angeformt ist und daß ein Ansatz an der den Lötbeinen (13) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Gehäuses als Halteschenkel (19) zum Halten der Feder (7) über die Feder (7) biegbar ist, so daß die Feder (7) zwischen dem Anlageschenkel (17) und dem Halteschenkel (19) an der Stirnseite (9) gehalten ist.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (7) im wesentlichen eine U-Form aufweist, wobei der eine Längsschenkel des U als Anlageschenkel (7a) dient und wobei der zweite Längsschenkel des U als Kontaktschenkel (7b) ausgebildet ist.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatzschenkel (7d) an den Kontaktschenkel (7b) angeformt und relativ zum Kontaktschenkel (7b) um 90° umgebogen ist, so daß er beim Einsetzen der Feder (7) in das Gehäuse senkrecht zum Kontaktschenkel (7b) in Richtung der zur Anlage des Leiters (3) dienenden Innenwandung (5b) der Gehäuses hin ausgerichtet ist.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (5) im Bereich der Innenwandung (5b) - vorzugsweise im Seitenbereich dieser Innenwandung und/oder im Eckbereich des Gehäuses (5) - mit dem Schlitz (21) versehen ist, den der Ansatzschenkel (7d) durchsetzt.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Federklemmen jeweils ein separates Gehäuse (5) aufweist.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseende des Gehäuses (5) mit dem Gehäuseumfang formschlüssig verbunden ist, um die Federkräfte abzufangen.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (5) mit Flächen (19) für eine Automatenmontage versehen ist.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie ohne Isoliergehäuse einsetzbar ist.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie durch ein nachträglich montierbares Kunststoffgehäuse isoliert ist.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der starre Leiter werkzeuglos einführbar ist ohne den Anlageschenkel zu bedienen.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das eine Gehäuse (5) zwei oder mehr Federn (7, 8) eingesetzt sind.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Federn (7, 8) eine U-Form aufweist, wobei jeweils der eine der Längsschenkel als Anlageschenkel (7a, 8a) ausgebildet ist und an der Innenwandung (5a) des Gehäuses (5) anliegt.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der den Anlageschenkeln (7a, 8a) gegenüberliegenden Innenwandung (5b) des Gehäuses (5) jeweils Einführbereiche (9a, 9b) für Leiter ausgebildet sind, die getrennt voneinander zwischen der Innenwandung (5b) und den Kontaktschenkeln (7b, 8b) fixierbar und von den Kontaktschenkel (7b, 8b) kontaktierbar sind.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Federn (7, 8) einen Ansatzschenkel (7d, 8d) aufweist, die jeweils separate Schlitze 21, 22 im Gehäuse (5) durchsetzen.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansatzschenkel (7d, 8d) winklig ausgebildet sind.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Feder (7) zwei oder mehr Kontaktschenkel und zwei oder mehr Ansatzschenkel aufweist, die jeweils ein separates Be- und Entschalten einer der Anzahl der Kontaktschenkel entsprechenden Anzahl an Leitern ermöglichen.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen jeden der beiden Längsschenkel der im wesentlichen U-förmigen Feder (70) und die zugehörigen Abschnitten der Gehäuseinnenwandungen des Gehäuses (5) jeweils ein Leiter (3) einführbar ist, wobei die u-förmige Feder (70) an jedem ihrer beiden Längsschenkel (70a,b) jeweils einen der Ansatzschenkel (70d, 70d') aufweist, die jeweils einen der Schlitze (21) durchsetzen, welche in einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen des Gehäuses ausgebildet sind.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Stromschiene (S) zwischen Feder (7, 8) und dem Gehäuse an der dem Leitereinführbereich gegenüberliegenden Seite der Feder einführbar und kontaktierbar ist.
- Federklemme (1) insbesondere nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Gehäuse (5) mit einer offenen Seite zum Einführen eines Leiters, einer im Gehäuse (5) angeordneten Feder (7) zur Kontaktierung des Leiters (3) und zum Festklemmen des Leiters im Gehäuse (5) an mindestens einer Gehäusewandung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das umgebende Gehäuse (5) aus einem leitenden Material besteht und stromleitende Funktionen übernimmt und dass das Gehäuse (5) leitend mit einer Peripherieeinrichtung, insbesondere einer Leiterplatte verbunden ist, vorzugsweise mit Hilfe von an das leitende Gehäuse angeformten Lötbeinen (13).
- Federklemme (1) nach Anspruch 22 oder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das leitende Gehäuse (5) Befestigungsmittel (41) für die Aufnahme von oder den Einsatz in applikationsspezifischen Isolierstoffübergehäusen aufweist.
- Federklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das leitende Gehäuse (5) Funktionsflächen zur automatischen Bestückung von Leiterplatten mit den Federklemmen (1) aufweist.
- Federklemmenreihung aus mehreren Federklemmen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Isolierstoffgehäuse (27) über die Federklemmenreihung geschoben und an den Federklemmen (1) arretiert ist.
- Federklemmenreihung aus mehreren Federklemmen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federklemmenreihung auf einer Leiterplatte (15) angeordnet ist.
- Federklemmenreihung aus Federklemmen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isolierstoffübergehäuse (27) erste Kammern (29) zur Aufnahme der einzelnen leitenden Gehäuse (5) Federklemmen (1) und zweite Kammern (31) zur Aufnahme der Ansatzschenkel (7d) zur Betätigung der Federklemmen (1) aufweist, wobei zwischen den Kammern (29) und (31) jeweils Schlitze (33) zum Durchgriff der Ansatzschenkel (7d) von der jeweils ersten Kammer (29) in die zweite Kammer (31) vorgesehen sind.
- Federklemmenreihung aus Federklemmen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isolierstoffübergehäuse (27) oberhalb der ersten Kammern (29) Leitereinführöffnungen (35) für die Leiter und oberhalb der zweiten Kammern (31) Einführöffnungen (37) für Betätigungswerkzeuge wie Schraubendreher aufweist.
- Federklemmenreihung aus Federklemmen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die von den Leitereinführöffnungen abgewandten Enden des Isolierstoffgehäuses (27) Rasthaken (39) angeformt sind, welche nach dem Aufsetzen auf die Federklemmen (1) die unteren, zur Leiterplatte gewandten Kanten (41) der leitenden Gehäuse (5) untergreifen, so dass das Isolierstoffgehäuse (27) an den Federklemmen (1) verrastet ist.
