Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Greifvorrichtung mit zwei gegeneinander führbaren Zangenarmen, die an ihren inneren Enden jeweils einen Zangengriff aufweisen.
  • Die Druckschrift FR-A-1 068 390 beschreibt eine Greifzange, deren gebogene Zangenarme im geschlossenen Zustand einen bikonvexen Greifbereich umschließen. Der den Greifbereich bildende Bogen beider Zangenarme ist jeweils mit Kautschuk ausgefüllt, so dass zwei im geschlossenen Zustand der Zange aufeinanderliegende flexible Greifflächen gebildet sind.
  • Ferner ist aus der EP 1 316 651 A2 eine Vorrichtung bekannt, die dort beispielsweise als eine Hubgabel für einen Gabelstapler beschrieben ist. Wird ein zu transportierender Gegenstand auf die Hubgabel gelegt, erzeugt dieser eine Druckbelastung auf die Hubgabel. Infolge der Druckbelastung verformt sich die Hubgabel schaufelförmig, wobei weniger belastete Bereiche entgegen der Druckbelastung ausgelenkt werden. Der zu tragende Gegenstand befindet sich somit in einer stabilen Lage auf der Hubgabel.
  • Jedoch muss ein zu transportierender Gegenstand auf der Hubgabel bzw. die Hubgabel unterhalb des Gegenstandes platziert werden; ein Ergreifen des Gegenstandes ist mit der in der EP 1 316 651 A2 gezeigten Vorrichtung nicht möglich.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung der eingangs beschriebenen Art zu schaffen, mit der Gegenstände behutsam gegriffen werden können.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe dadurch, dass die zwei Zangenarme zur Aufnahme von Kräften mit einer flexiblen Außenhaut versehen sind, die von einem Gerüst aus an der Innenseite der Außenhaut anscharnierten, in Verbindungsmitteln auslenkbaren Querstreben zu einem im Querschnitt keilartigen Profil gehalten ist und dass die Querstreben bei einer Krafteinwirkung auf einer Seite der Außenhaut die Enden der belasteten Außenhautseite gegen die Richtung der Krafteinwirkung auslenken.
  • Durch diese Maßnahmen wird eine Greifvorrichtung geschaffen, mit der eine auf die Außenhaut wirkende Kraft auf die Streben übertragen werden kann. Dabei führen die vorderen freien Enden und die inneren Enden eine entgegengesetzte Bewegung aus, wodurch ein verletzungsfreies Greifen empfindlicher Gegenstände möglich ist.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Maßnahmen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben. Die Erfindung ist in der beiliegenden Zeichnung dargestellt und wird nachfolgend näher beschrielen.
  • Die einzige Figur zeigt zwei die Kraft ausübende Zangenarme 20 und 20a zur dynamischen Kraftaufnahme, die jeweils aus einem durch Streben 11 und einer äußeren Außenhaut 12 und einer inneren Außenhaut 12a gebildeten Gerüst bestehen. Die Streben 11 sind in inneren Anlenkungen 23 und äußeren Anlenkungen 24 lotrecht mit der auf Druck flexibel reagierenden inneren Außenhaut 12/12a verbunden.
  • Jeder der Zangenarme 20 und 20a ist an seinem inneren Ende 19 mit einem Zangengriff 21 versehen. Die Zangengriffe 21 sind in einem Drehpunkt 33 gekreuzt miteinander verbunden. Mit den Zangengriffen 21 können die Zangenarme 20 und 20a um einen öffnungswinkel 25 gegeneinander geführt werden.
  • Eine auf die Außenhaut 12/12a wirkende Kraft wird auf die Streben 11 übertragen, wobei die vorderen freien Enden 22 und die inneren Enden 19 eine entgegengesetzte Bewegung ausführen. Dadurch ist ein verletzungsfreies Greifen empfindlicher Gegenstände möglich.

Claims (4)

  1. Greifvorrichtung mit zwei gegeneinander führbaren Zangenarmen (20, 20a), die an ihren inneren Enden (19) jeweils einen Zangengriff (21) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Zangenarme (20, 20a) zur Aufnahme von Kräften mit einer flexiblen Außenhaut (12, 12a) versehen sind, die von einem Gerüst aus an der Innenseite der Außenhaut anscharnierten, in Verbindungsmitteln (23, 24) auslenkbaren Querstreben (11) zu einem im Querschnitt keilartigen Profil gehalten ist, und dass die Querstreben (11) bei einer Krafteinwirkung auf einer Seite der Außenhaut (12, 12a) die Enden (22) der belasteten Außenhautseite gegen die Richtung der Krafteinwirkung auslenken.
  2. Greifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zangengriffe (21) in einem Drehpunkt (33) gekreuzt miteinander verbunden sind.
  3. Greifvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zangenarme (20, 20a) um einen Öffnungswinkel (25) gegeneinander führbar sind.
  4. Greifvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zangenarme (20, 20a) mit den Zangengriffen (21) um einen Öffnungswinkel (25) gegeneinander führbar sind.
