Claims (8)
- Flexodruckmaschine mit einem Gegendruckzylinder (10) und mindestens einem Farbwerk (12, 14, 16), das einen an den Gegendruckzylinder (10) anstellbaren, auswechselbaren Druckzylinder (20), eine an den Druckzylinder anstellbare Rasterwalze (24; 38) und eine an die Rasterwalze anstellbare Kammerrakel (26) aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch einen Waschzylinder (34), der dazu ausgebildet ist, anstelle des Druckzylinders (20) in eines (16) der Farbwerke (12, 14, 16) eingesetzt zu werden und Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf die Oberfläche des Gegendruckzylinders (10) aufzutragen.
- Flexodruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest bei dem Farbwerk (16), das für den Einbau des Waschzylinders (34) vorgesehen ist, die Kammerrakel (26) mit einem Zufuhrsystem (50, 52) für Reinigungsflüssigkeit verbindbar ist, so daß die Reinigungsflüssigkeit während des Waschbetriebes über die Kammerrakel und die Rasterwalze (38) auf den Waschzylinder (34) übertragen wird.
- Flexodruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine an den Umfang des Gegendruckzylinders (10) anstellbare Rakel (54) zum Abrakeln der mit Hilfe des Waschzylinders (34) aufgetragenen Reinigungsflüssigkeit.
- Flexodruckmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rakel (54) in der Nähe des unteren Scheitels an den Gegendruckzylinder (10) anstellbar ist.
- Flexodruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Farbwerke (12, 14, 16) vorhanden sind und der Waschzylinder (34) in das Farbwerk (16) einzusetzen ist, das in Drehrichtung des Gegendruckzylinders (10) das letzte Farbwerk vor dem unteren Scheitel des Gegendruckzylinders ist.
- Flexodruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasterwalze (24) des Farbwerkes (16), in das der Waschzylinder (34) einzusetzen ist, gegen eine Rasterwalze (38) austauschbar ist, die ein höheres Übertragungsvermögen für Flüssigkeit hat.
- Flexodruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckzylinder (20) und der Waschzylinder (34) als Hülsen ausgebildet sind, die jeweils lösbar auf einer zugehörigen Welle (18) angeordnet und bei einem Zylinderwechsel axial von dieser Welle abziehbar sind.
- Flexodruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Antrieb des Druckzylinders (20) und des Waschzylinders (34) ein Einzelantrieb ohne mechanische Kopplung zum Antrieb des Gegendruckzylinders (10) vorgesehen ist.
