Description
Claims (9)
- Einrichtung zum Verstellen und zum elastischen Verriegeln der Endlage von beweglichen Weichenteilen, insbesondere von Weichenzungen (1) von Rillenschienenweichen, mit einer axial verschieblichen Stange (15) und einem die Stange umgebenden Rohr (17), in welchem eine die Stange (15) umgreifende Feder (29) gegen Anschläge (28,28') verspannt ist und radial auswärts verschiebbare Verriegelungsglieder (26,26') angeordnet sind, wobei die Stange (15) in axialem Abstand Steueranschläge (24,25) für eine radial innere Lage der Verriegelungsglieder (26,26') und das Rohr (17) Anschläge (32,33) für die äußere Lage der Verriegelungsglieder (26,26') aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer (25) der Steueranschläge in axialer Richtung der Stange (15) verstellbar an der Stange (15) festlegbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (15) geteilt ausgebildet ist, wobei die axiale Lage eines Stangenteiles, welcher einen Steueranschlag trägt, gegenüber dem anderen Stangenteil veränderbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verstellbare Steueranschlag als Stirnfläche (25) einer Hülse (16) ausgebildet ist, welche auf die Stange (15) aufschraubbar und an ihrem freien Ende mit der Koppelstange (3) zum beweglichen Schienenteil (1) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (16) ein Innengewinde aufweist, in welches ein ein Außengewinde tragendes Sperrstück (37) nach Art einer Kontermutter im Anschlag an die Stange (15) einschraubbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb von einem in das Rohr (17) koaxial zur Achse oder Stange (15) integrierten und verschieblichen Zylinderkolbenaggregat gebildet ist, deren maximaler Verschiebeweg größer ist als der zulässige Verstellbereich des Steueranschlages bzw. der Hülse (16).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben des Zylinderkolbenaggregates starr mit der Stange (15) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (17) beidseitig von Stirnflächen (19,34) verschlossen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsglieder (26,26') als Kugeln ausgebildet und in axial verschieblichen Käfigen (27,27') radial geführt sind, wobei die Feder (29) zwischen den einander zugewandten Stirnflächen der Käfige (27,27') angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Käfige (27,27') in Endlagen des Verstellweges in Abstand von den Stirnflächen (19,34) des Rohres (17) liegen.
