Claims (12)
- Schalungsteil (1) zum Einbinden wenigstens eines Befestigungselementes (3) in ein Betonteil (9), mit einer Schalungswandung (2), die einen mit Beton verfüllbaren Hohlraum (2a) bildet, wobei das Befestigungselement (3) zumindest teilweise im Hohlraum (2a) untergebracht und/oder mit der Schalungswandung (2) verbunden ist.
- Schalungsteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (3) an der Schalungswandung (2) befestigt ist.
- Schalungsteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalungswandung (2) und/oder das Befestigungselement (3) mit einer Bewehrung (12) des Betonteiles (9) verbindbar ist.
- Schalungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, durch eine Schalungswandung (2) aus Schweißstahl.
- Schalungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalungswandung (2) ein durchbrochenes Material, insbesondere Streckmetall, enthält.
- Schalungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von Befestigungselementen (3) vorgesehen sind.
- Schalungsteil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes Befestigungselement (3) an einer ersten Seite des Schalungsteils (1) und ein zweites Befestigungselement an einer zweiten Seite des Schalungsteils (1) zugänglich ist.
- Schalungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Befestigungselemente (3) mit zumindest einseitig offenem Hohlräumen (4a, 5a) mit lösbaren Deckeln verschließbar sind.
- Schalungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Befestigungselement (3) eines oder mehrere der nachfolgenden Elemente vorgesehen ist:eine Aufnahmebüchse (5, 18),eine Halteschiene (4, 14),eine Gewindebuchse (15),ein Schraubklotz (17), insbesondere aus Holz oder Kunststoff,einer Schalungsplatte,einer Abstützung,einer Absturzsicherung,eines Fassadenteils,eines Wandteiles.
- Betonteil (9), insbesondere Deckenplatte in Form eines Halbfertigteils, mit einem vorgefertigtem Basisteil (9a) aus Beton und wenigstens einem, mit dem Basisteil (9a) verbundenen und vom Basisteil (9a) vorstehenden, mit Hilfe eines Schalungsteils (1) vorgefertigten Betonsockel (13) mit einem darin eingegossenen Befestigungselement (3).
- Betonteil nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (3) mit einer im Basisteil (9a) vorgesehenen Bewehrung (12) verbunden ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Betonelementen, wobei zunächst eine Betonteil-Schalung zur Herstellung eines Betonteils in Form eines Halbfertigteils mit einer vorbestimmten Betonstärke erstellt wird, wobei in die Betonteil-Schalung ein einen Hohlraum bildenden Schalungsteil eingebaut wird, das eine Höhe aufweist, die die vorbestimmte Betonstärke übersteigt, und ein Befestigungselement aufnimmt, wobei anschließend die Beton-Schalung bis zur vorbestimmten Betonstärke und der Hohlraum unter Einbindung des Befestigungselementes bis über die vorbestimmte Betonstärke hinaus mit Beton verfüllt werden und danach das Betonteil als Teil einer Schalung für das Betonelement verwendet und mit Ortbeton zumindest bis zur Höhe der Schalungsteils überdeckt wird.
