Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Erstellung einer Deckenrand-Abschalung über einer betonierten Wand (8) mit Elementplatten (1), die als verlorene Schalung fungieren, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Arbeitsschritte:a) Anzeichnen der Unterkante der später zu erstellenden Decke (21) an der Innenseite der äusseren Wandschalung (5) vor dem Betonieren der Wand (8),b) Befestigen der Elementplatten (1) auf der Innenseite der äusseren Wandschalung (5),c) wobei vor oder nach dem Schritt b) Ankerbügel (15) mit den Elementplatten (1) verbunden werden, deren obenliegende Schenkel (16) mit den Elementplatten (1) verbunden sind und deren untenliegende Schenkel (18) die Elementplatten (1) überragen, damit sie nach dem Betonieren der Wand (8) in dieser verankert zu liegen kommen.
- In einer betonierten Wand (8) verankerte Deckenrand-Abschalung, umfassend eine Mehrzahl von eine verlorene Schalung bildenden Elementplatten (1), deren Aussenseite bündig mit der Aussenseite der Wand (8) ist und an denen Ankerbügel (15) befestigt sind, deren obenliegende erste Schenkel (16) mit den Elementplatten (1) verbunden sind und deren untenliegende zweite Schenkel (18), die von den Platten (1) wegragen, unmittelbar in die Wand (8) einbetoniert sind.
- Deckenrand-Abschalung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Schenkel (18) parallel oder abgewinkelt zu den ersten Schenkeln (16) verlaufen und die Elementplatte (1) unten überragen.
- Deckenrand-Abschalung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Schenkel (16) in einer vertikalen Bohrung (11) in der Elementplatte (1) eingeschoben ist.
- Deckenrand-Abschalung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Schenkel (16) an der Rückseite der Elementplatte (1) liegt und mit dieser verbunden ist.
- Deckenrand-Abschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ankerbügel (15) ein die Platte (1) teilweise zu untergreifen und/oder oben zu umgreifen bestimmter Haken (4,25) befestigt ist.
- Deckenrand-Abschalung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (25) mit einer Hülse (27) am Ankerbügel (15) befestigt ist.
- Deckenrand-Abschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am zweiten Schenkel (18) des Ankerbügels (15) ein Verbindungsmittel zum Befestigen des Ankerbügels (15) an einem Armierungseisen (29) für die Verbindung der Wand (8) mit der Decke (21) angebracht ist.
- Deckenrand-Abschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am zweiten Schenkel (18) des Ankerbügels (15) Querbohrungen (20) und/oder Querstäbe oder -stifte (22) zur Erhöhung der Festigkeit der Verankerung der Platte (1) in der Wand (18) angebracht sind.
- Deckenrand-Abschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Schenkel (18) des Ankerbügels (15) zum Hindurchführen eines Armierungseisens (29) und Einschlagen eines Keils (35) gespalten ist
