Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Erkennung und Beurteilung von Zündproblemen bei einen Gasbrenner aufweisenden Geräten, bei denen nach jedem Startbefehl für den Brenner die Flammen überwacht werden und bei Ausbleiben der Flammen innerhalb einer bestimmten Zeitspanne ein weiterer Zündversuch gestartet wird und nach einer bestimmten Anzahl von Zündversuchen eine Störabschaltung erfolgt und nach jedem Startbefehl die Zahl der Zündversuche bis zur erfolgreichen Zündung gezählt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Startbefehle ermittelt wird, bei denen ein, bzw. zwei, bzw. n-1, bzw n Zündversuche bis zur erfolgreichen Zündung erforderlich waren und daß das Verhältnis der Zahl der Fälle, bei denen es mehr als eines Zündversuches für den Brenner bedurfte, zu der Zahl der Fälle gebildet wird, bei denen der erste Zündversuch erfolgreich war, wobei bei einer langsamen Änderung des Verhältnisses ein Wartungshinweis für den Brenner, bei einer abrupten Änderung ein solcher auf die Ansteuerung der Zündung oder der Gaszufuhr erfolgt.
- Verfahren zur Erkennung und Beurteilung von Zündproblemen bei einen Gasbrenner aufweisenden Geräten, bei denen nach jedem Startbefehl für den Brenner die Flammen überwacht werden und bei Ausbleiben der Flammen innerhalb einer bestimmten Zeitspanne ein weiterer Zündversuch gestartet wird und nach einer bestimmten Anzahl von Zündversuchen eine Störabschaltung erfolgt und nach jedem Startbefehl die Zahl der erfolglosen Zündversuche gezählt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Startbefehle ermittelt wird, bei denen ein, bzw. zwei, bzw. n-1, bzw. n Zündversuche erfolglos waren und daß das Verhältnis der Zahl der Fälle, bei denen mehr als ein Zündversuch erfolglos war, zu der Zahl der Fälle gebildet wird, bei denen der erste Zündversuch erfolglos war, wobei bei einer langsamen Änderung des Verhältnisses ein Wartungshinweis für den Brenner, bei einer abrupten Änderung ein solcher auf die Ansteuerung der Zündung oder der Gaszufuhr erfolgt.
- Verfahren zur Erkennung und Beurteilung von Zündproblemen bei einen Gasbrenner aufweisenden Geräten gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der erfolglosen Zündversuche im Verhältnis zu der Gesamtzahl der Zündversuche ermittelt wird, wobei bei einer langsamen Anderung des Verhältnisses ein Wartungshinweis für den Brenner, bei einer abrupten Änderung ein solcher auf die Ansteuerung der Zündung oder der Gaszufuhr erfolgt.
- Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß mindestens einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, bei der eine mit einem Flammenwächter und einer von einem Prozessor (1) gesteuerten Zünder (2) verbundene Flammenerkennungsschaltung (4) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erkennungsschaltung (4) mit einer der Anzahl der nach einem Startbefehl zulässigen Zahl von Zündversuchen entsprechenden Anzahl von Zählern (5, 6, 7) verbunden ist, die ihrerseits mit einem Speicher (8) verbunden sind, der über eine Schnittstelle (9) auslesbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Speicher als EEPROM ausgebildet ist.
