Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour découper des produits alimentaires tels que la saucisse, le jambon, le fromage et analogues, comprenant unité d'acheminement des produits dotés d'un support pour les produits avec une arête de découpe située à l'extrémité, agissant en tant que lame fixe, et comprenant une unité d'entraînement dotée d'une lame mobile dont la trajectoire passe par le plan de découpe défini par l'arête de découpe, dans lequel l'unité d'entraînement (3) qui porte de la lame mobile (4) est logée de façon pivotante autour d'un axe (6) s'étendant perpendiculairement au plan de découpe, disposé du côté de la lame fixe (4) et réglable en termes de position, et en ce qu'il est prévu des organes (10, 11) pour le réglage en hauteur et latéral de la trajectoire de découpe de la lame mobile (5) par déplacement en pivotement et/ou en translation de l'unité d'entraînement (3) sur le côté de la machine opposé à l'axe de pivotement (6),
    caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement (6) est réglable en termes de position dans la direction X et dans la direction Y au moyen des organes (10, 11), et
    en ce qu'une butée latérale (9) pour l'unité d'acheminement des produits et destinée aux produits acheminés le long du support pour les produits et perpendiculairement à un plan de découpe est disposée du côté de l'axe de pivotement.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les organes (10, 11) pour le réglage en hauteur et latéral comprennent une commande électronique ainsi que des actionneurs.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que le réglage en hauteur et latéral peut être couplé sous la commande d'un programme.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement (6) est disposé dans une unité de levier de support (7), qui est logée de façon pivotante dans le châssis de la machine (12) parallèlement au plan de découpe.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu en tant que lame (4) une lame circulaire à trajectoire planétaire.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu en tant que lame (4) une lame en forme de faucille.
