Claims (25)

  1. Verwendung eines Auftragorgans (2) zum Auftragen eines Kosmetik- oder Pflegeprodukts (P), insbesondere eines Produkts mit einer zerbrechlichen Struktur und/ oder schnellen Trocknungseigenschaften, auf die Haut, wobei das Auftragorgan ein Greifelement (4) und ein Auftragelement (8) aufweist, das fest mit dem Greifelement (4) verbunden ist, wobei das Auftragelement elastisch ist und mindestens eine erste, im Wesentlichen ebene Seite (10) aufweist, deren Breite in einer Richtung senkrecht zu einer Verlängerungsachse (X) des Greifelements (4) in Richtung eines freien Endes (8b) abnimmt, das dem Greifelement entgegengesetzt liegt, wobei die erste Seite von zwei Seitenrändern (9a, 9b) begrenzt wird, von denen mindestens einer konkav ist.
  2. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das das Auftragelement (8) bildende Material ein elastisch verformbares Material ist.
  3. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (8) eine zweite, der ersten (10) gegenüberliegende Seite (12) aufweist, wobei die zweite Seite im Wesentlichen eben ist.
  4. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Seitenränder (9a) von konkaver Form ist, während der andere der Seitenränder (9b) von konvexer Form ist.
  5. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Seitenränder unterschiedliche Krümmungsradien (R1, R2) aufweisen.
  6. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Seitenränder (9a, 9b) von konkaver Form sind.
  7. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der konkave Seitenrand (9a) einen Krümmungsradius (R1) aufweist, der zwischen 16 mm und etwa 30 mm liegt.
  8. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das freie Ende (8b) von abgerundeter Form ist.
  9. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Krümmung des freien Endes (8b) des Auftragelements einen Radius (R3) aufweist, der zwischen etwa 1 mm und etwa 3 mm liegt.
  10. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Auftragelement (8) aus natürlichem oder synthetischem Kautschuk, aus Schaumstoff, insbesondere aus Polyurethan, aus thermoplastischem Elastomer, hergestellt ist.
  11. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (8) eine Länge (L) von etwa 20 mm aufweist, gemessen entlang der Verlängerungsachse (X) des Greifelements (4).
  12. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (8) eine mittlere Breite (1) von etwa 7 mm aufweist, gemessen in einer Richtung quer zur Achse (X) des Greifelements (4).
  13. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (8) eine mittlere Dicke zwischen etwa 1 mm und etwa 3 mm aufweist.
  14. Verwendung einer Auftrageinheit (1), die einen Behälter (20) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, ein Produkt (P) zu enthalten und dessen freier Rand (21) eine Öffnung (24) begrenzt, auf der in lösbarer Weise ein Verschlusselement (4) befestigt, ist, wobei das Verschlusselement fest mit einem Auftragelement (4) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche entspricht.
  15. Verwendung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abstreiforgan (26, 26a, 26b) in der Nähe der Öffnung (24) angeordnet und in der Lage ist, die Produktmenge (P) zu dosieren, die mit dem Auftragelement (8) entnommen wird.
  16. Verwendung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreiforgan (26, 26a, 26b) aus einem Elastomermaterial besteht und mindestens einen Schlitz (28, 28a-28d) aufweist, der sich über einen wesentlichen Bereich des Querschnitts des Abstreiforgans erstreckt.
  17. Verwendung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreiforgan (26b) mehrere Schlitze (28a-28c) aufweist, die sich in der Nähe der Mitte (C) des Abstreiforgans schneiden.
  18. Verwendung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Schlitz (28, 28a-28d) sich gemäß einer Achse erstreckt, wobei jedes Ende (29) des Schlitzes (der Schlitze) sich durch mindestens einen Abschnitt (30a, 30b) verlängert, der in einer anderen Richtung als die Achse des entsprechenden Schlitzes ausgerichtet ist.
  19. Verwendung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Ende (29) in einem "V"-förmigen Abschnitt endet, der auf die Achse des entsprechenden Schlitzes zentriert ist und dessen Spitze dem entsprechenden Schlitz benachbart ist.
  20. Verwendung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden des "V"-förmigen Abschnitts entgegengesetzt zum entsprechenden Schlitz ausgerichtet sind.
  21. Verwendung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden des "V' in Richtung des entsprechenden Schlitzes ausgerichtet sind.
  22. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öffnungswinkel des " V" zwischen 30° und 180°, und vorzugsweise zwischen 30° und 90° liegt.
  23. Verwendung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Schlitz (28a, 28d) sich gemäß einer Achse erstreckt, wobei jedes Ende des Schlitzes (der Schlitze) aus einer Öffnung (29a) besteht.
  24. Verwendung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (29a) einen Durchmesser von etwa 1 mm aufweist.
  25. Verwendung eines Auftragorgans (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 zum Auftragen eines Produkts (P), das für die Behandlung von Falten, insbesondere in der Augenumgebung (Y) oder an den Mundwinkeln (Z), geeignet ist.
