Claims (47)

  1. Applikator zum Auftragen eines kosmetischen Produkts, umfassend:
    - ein Greiforgan (7),
    - eine Stange (6), die durch ein Gelenk (10, 11; 110, 111; 120; 130) mit dem Greiforgan verbunden ist, wobei das Gelenk ausgebildet ist, um eine wesentliche axiale und/oder seitliche Bewegung der Stange bezüglich des Greiforgans auf Höhe des Gelenks zu verhindern,
    - ein Auftragelement (20; 30; 40; 50; 60), das an einem ersten Ende der Stange angeordnet ist,
    wobei die Stange einen betätigbaren Abschnitt umfasst, der es gestattet, die Ausrichtung der Stange bezüglich des Greiforgans zu ändern, wobei dieser betätigbare Abschnitt sich mindestens teilweise zwischen dem Gelenk und einem dem ersten entgegengesetzten zweiten Ende der Stange erstreckt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan einen Körper (14) umfasst, der an einem Ende von dem betätigbaren Abschnitt (18) durchsetzt ist.
  2. Applikator nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Gelenk (10, 11; 110, 111; 120; 130) im Inneren des Greiforgans (7) angeordnet ist.
  3. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan einen mit einem Innengewinde versehenen Mantel umfasst.
  4. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator mindestens eine Markierung (77), insbesondere Gradteilungen, umfasst, die dem Benutzer gestattet, die Ausrichtung der Stange (6) bezüglich des Greiforgans (7) einzustellen.
  5. Applikator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (14) des Greiforgans an einem Ende eine Endwand (69) umfasst, die mit einer Öffnung (70, 71) versehen ist, die von dem betätigbaren Abschnitt durchsetzt ist.
  6. Applikator nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung mindestens einen Schlitz (70, 71) umfasst.
  7. Applikator nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung mindestens zwei Schlitze (70, 71) umfasst, wobei die Längsachsen (F1, F2) dieser Schlitze zueinander im Wesentlichen senkrecht sind.
  8. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Schlitz (70, 71) mindestens einen Rand (73) umfasst, der einen harten Punkt bei der Bewegung des betätigbaren Abschnitts (18) bildet.
  9. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endwand (69) eine allgemein nach außen konvexe Form aufweist.
  10. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der betätigbare Abschnitt eine Abdeckung (66) umfasst, die ausgebildet ist, um mindestens teilweise mit dem Greiforgan (7) zur Überdeckung zu kommen.
  11. Applikator nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung eine allgemein auf den Körper des Greiforgans zu konkave Seite (67) aufweist.
  12. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der betätigbare Abschnitt (18) mindestens teilweise von einer Hülse (80; 90; 100; 102; 108) bedeckt ist, die mindestens einen biegsamen Bereich umfasst.
  13. Applikator nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der biegsame Bereich der Hülse einen Balg (82) umfasst.
  14. Applikator nach einem der beiden unmittelbar vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der betätigbare Bereich (18) von der Hülse ganz bedeckt ist.
  15. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse ganz biegsam ist.
  16. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse aus einem Elastomer hergestellt ist.
  17. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (100) an dem Greiforgan angebracht ist.
  18. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (80; 108) mit dem Greiforgan einstückig durch Formen hergestellt ist.
  19. Applikator nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse durch ein Folienscharnier (107) mit dem Greiforgan (7) verbunden ist.
  20. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (80) auf mindestens einem Teil ihrer Länge einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  21. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (90) mindestens auf einem Teil ihrer Länge einen länglichen Querschnitt aufweist.
  22. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (102) einen Block aus einem Schaum umfasst.
  23. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse zur Abdichtung des Verschlusses eines Behälters beiträgt, auf dem der Applikator bei Nichtverwendung angebracht ist.
  24. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator so ausgebildet ist, dass die Stange die Ausrichtung, die der Benutzer ihr verleiht, beibehält, wenn dieser den betätigbaren Abschnitt loslässt.
  25. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk eine Bremse (135, 136) umfasst, um die Bewegung der Stange bezüglich des Greiforgans zu bremsen.
  26. Applikator nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremse eine Bremswirkung unabhängig von Stellung der Stange bezüglich des Greiforgans ausübt.
  27. Applikator nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremse (135, 136) eine Bremswirkung nur in mindestens einer vorbestimmten Stellung der Stange bezüglich des Greiforgans ausübt.
  28. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk ein Kugelgelenk (10, 11) umfasst.
  29. Applikator nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitz (11) des Kugelgelenks starr ist.
  30. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk einen Stift (110) umfasst, um welchen die Stange (6) sich verschwenken kann.
  31. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk mindestens eine verformbare Wand, insbesondere eine Scheibe (130) umfasst, die von der Stange durchsetzt ist und die sich zwischen der Stange und dem Greiforgan erstreckt.
  32. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk mindestens einen Block (120) aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material, insbesondere einem Schaum, umfasst, der von der Stange durchsetzt ist.
  33. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange einen zylindrischen Teil (116) umfasst, der als Schwenkachse dient.
  34. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange ein Dichtungsorgan (9) umfasst, das ausgebildet ist, um mit einer Fläche eines Behälters (3), auf dem der Applikator bei Nichtverwendung angebracht ist, im Wesentlichen dicht zusammenzuwirken.
  35. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement eine nicht geradlinige Längsachse umfasst.
  36. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (20) eine Längsachse umfasst, die einen Winkel (i) von nicht null mit einer Achse (X) der Stange bildet.
  37. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement Borsten oder Zähne umfasst, die quer zur Längsachse des Auftragelements gerichtet sind.
  38. Applikator nach Anspruch 37, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement eine Mascarabürste ist.
  39. Applikator nach Anspruch 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement einen Kamm (60) umfasst, der ausgebildet ist, um ein Produkt auf die Wimpern und/oder die Augenbrauen aufzutragen.
  40. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 38, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement einen Pinsel (50), insbesondere einen Pinsel zum Auftragen eines Nagellacks, umfasst.
  41. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 38, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement einen beflockten Antsatz (30; 40) umfasst.
  42. Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen eines kosmetischen Produkts, die einen Applikator, wie er in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche definiert ist, und einen Behälter umfasst, der das aufzutragende Produkt enthält.
  43. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter ein Abstreiforgan (5) umfasst.
  44. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 42 oder 43, wobei der Applikator ausgebildet ist, um den Behälter zu schließen.
  45. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 42 bis 44, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter und der Applikator so ausgebildet sind, dass die Stange des Applikators daran gehindert wird, sich bezüglich des Behälters zu verschwenken, wenn der Applikator auf diesem an seinem Platz ist.
  46. Verfahren zum Auftragen eines kosmetischen Produkts auf einen Teil des Körpers oder des Gesichts, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - ein Auftragelement (20) mit dem Produkt laden, das in dem Behälter einer Vorrichtung enthalten ist, wie sie in einem der Ansprüche 42 bis 45 definiert ist, wobei das Auftragelement an einem Ende einer Stange (6) vorgesehen ist, die mit einem eine Achse (Y) aufweisenden Greiforgan (7) gelenkig verbunden ist, wobei das Greiforgan ausgebildet ist, um den Behälter zu schließen, wobei das Gelenk ausgebildet ist, um eine wesentliche axiale und/oder seitliche Bewegung der Stange bezüglich des Greiforgans auf Höhe des Gelenks zu verhindern,
    - die Ausrichtung der Stange (6) bezüglich des Greiforgans ändern, indem manuell ein quer zur Achse (Y) des Greiforgans gerichteter Schub auf einen betätigbaren Abschnitt (18) ausgeübt wird, der einem zweiten Ende der Stange benachbart ist, das demjenigen, das das Auftragelement trägt, entgegengesetzt ist.
  47. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Auftragelement ausgebildet ist, um ein Produkt auf die Keratinfasern aufzutragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - die Keratinfasern mit der im Wesentlichen horizontalen Stange und mit einer ersten Neigung der Stange bezüglich des Greiforgans schminken, wobei diese erste Neigung beispielsweise null ist,
    - die Keratinfasern mit der im Wesentlichen vertikalen Stange und mit einer von der ersten verschiedenen zweiten Neigung der Stange bezüglich des Greiforgans schminken.
