Claims (12)
- Offsetdruckmaschine zum Bedrucken von Materialbahnen,
gekennzeichnet durcheinen Rahmen (13),einen ersten bewegbar an dem Rahmen (13) gelagerten Plattenzylinder (101),einen ersten Gummituchzylinder (102), an den der erste Plattenzylinder (101) wahlweise an- oder abgestellt sein kann,einen zweiten Gummituchzylinder (103), der mit dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (102) einen Druckspalt bildet, durch den sich die Materialbahn (108) hindurchbewegen kann, undeinen zweiten Plattenzylinder (104), der an den zweiten Gummituchzylinder (103) angestellt sein kann, wobeidie Druckmaschine (100) einen ersten Betriebsmodus aufweist, in dem der erste Plattenzylinder (101) an den ersten Gummituchzylinder (102) angestellt ist, um ein beidseitiges Bedrucken einer Materialbahn (108) zu ermöglichen, sowie einen zweiten Betriebsmodus, in dem der erste Plattenzylinder (101) von dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (102) abgestellt ist, damit die Druckplatte auf dem ersten Plattenzylinder (101) ausgewechselt werden kann, während die Materialbahn (108) von dem zweiten Gummituchzylinder (103) bedruckt wird. - Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der zweite Plattenzylinder (104) bewegbar an dem Rahmen (13) gelagert ist unddaß die Druckmaschine (100) einen dritten Betriebsmodus aufweist, in dem der zweite Plattenzylinder (104)von dem zweiten Gummituchzylinder (103) abgestellt ist, während die Materialbahn (108) von dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (102) bedruckt wird. - Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der erste Plattenzylinder (101) schwenkbar an dem Rahmen (13) gelagert ist. - Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durcheinen Druckluftzylinder (5), der an einer Seite mit dem Rahmen (13) und an der anderen Seite mit dem ersten Plattenzylinder (101) verbunden ist. - Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 4,
gekennzeichnet durchein erstes Plattenzylindergehäuse (1), mittels dessen der Druckluftzylinder (5) mit dem ersten Plattenzylinder (101) verbunden ist. - Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der zweite Plattenzylinder (104) schwenkbar an dem Rahmen (13) gelagert ist. - Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der zweite Gummituchzylinder (103) drehbar, aber nicht bewegbar an dem Rahmen (13) gelagert ist. - Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der erste Gummituchzylinder (102) bewegbar an dem Rahmen (13) gelagert ist unddaß die Druckmaschine (100) einen nichtdruckenden Zustand annehmen kann, in dem der erste Gummituchzylinder (102) von dem zweiten Gummituchzylinder (103) abgestellt ist. - Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durcheinen ersten Druckluftzylinder (5), der mit dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (102) und dem zweiten Gummituchzylinder (103) verbunden ist, undeinen zweiten Druckluftzylinder (6), der mit dem Rahmen (13) und dem ersten Plattenzylinder (101) verbunden ist. - Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 9,
gekennzeichnet durchein erstes Plattenzylindergehäuse (1), ein erstes Gummituchzylindergehäuse (2) und ein zweites Plattenzylindergehäuse (4), wobei der erste Druckluftzylinder (5) über das erste Gummituchzylindergehäuse (2) mit dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (2) und über das zweite Plattenzylindergehäuse (4) mit dem zweiten Plattenzylinder (104) verbunden ist, und der zweite Druckluftzylinder (6) über das erste Plattenzylindergehäuse (1) mit dem ersten Plattenzylinder (101) verbunden ist. - Offsetdruckmaschine zum Bedrucken einer Materialbahn,
gekennzeichnet durcheinen Rahmen 13,einen ersten bewegbar an dem Rahmen (13) gelagerten Plattenzylinder (101),einen ersten bewegbar an dem Rahmen (13) gelagerten Gummituchzylinder (102),an den der erste Plattenzylinder (101) wahlweise an- oder abgestellt sein kann, einen zweiten Gummituchzylinder (103), der mit dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (102) einen Druckspalt bildet, durch den sich die Materialbahn (108) bewegen kann, undeinen zweiten bewegbar an dem Rahmen (13) gelagerten Plattenzylinder (104), der an den zweiten Gummituchzylinder (103) angestellt sein kann, wobeidie Druckmaschine (100) einen ersten Betriebsmodus aufweist, in dem der erste Plattenzylinder (101) an den ersten Gummituchzylinder (102) angestellt ist, um ein beidseitiges Bedrucken einer Materialbahn (108) zu ermöglichen, sowie einen zweiten Betriebsmodus, in dem der erste Plattenzylinder (101) von dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (102) abgestellt ist, damit die Druckplatte auf dem ersten Plattenzylinder (101) ausgewechselt werden kann, während die Materialbahn (108) von dem zweiten Gummituchzylinder (103) bedruckt wird, undeinen dritten Betriebsmodus, in dem der zweite Plattenzylinder (104) von dem zweiten Gummituchzylinder (103) abgestellt ist, während die Materialbahn (108) von dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (102) bedruckt wird. - Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 11,
gekennzeichnet durcheinen ersten Druckluftzylinder (19), der mit dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (102) verbunden ist,einen zweiten Druckluftzylinder (20), der mit dem zweiten Plattenzylinder (104) verbunden ist, undeinen dritten Druckluftzylinder (21), der mit dem ersten Plattenzylinder (101) verbunden ist.
