- Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer verstellbaren Fensterscheibe (3) eines Kraftfahrzeugs an der Führungsvorrichtung eines Fensterhebers, bestehend aus einem ersten Teil mit einem erhaben hervortretenden Rastelement (2, 20a, 20b, 20c) und einem zweiten Teil (1, 1a, 1c) mit einer im wesentlichen quer zur Verstellrichtung der Fensterscheibe (3) in der Scheibenebene verlaufenden, länglichen Ausnehmung (12, 12a, 12aa, 12c), in die das Rastelement (2, 20a, 20b, 20c) formschlüssig eingreifen kann, wobei eines der beiden Teile dem Fensterheber und das andere der Fensterscheibe zugeordnet ist und wobeidie Ausnehmung (12, 12a, 12aa, 12c) eine Einführungsöffnung (10, 10a, 10c) aufweist, deren Mittelachse (100) im Betriebszustand von der Mittelachse (200) des Rastelements (2) beabstandet ist,die Ausdehnung der Ausnehmung (12, 12a, 12aa, 12c) quer zur Verstellrichtung der Fensterscheibe (3) wenigstens das 1,5-fache der Breite des Rastelements (2, 20a, 20b, 20c) beträgt unddas Rastelement (2, 20a, 20b, 20c) im Betriebszustand gegen das Verlassen der Ausnehmung (12, 12a, 12aa, 12c) gesichert ist,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einführungsöffnung (10, 10a, 10c) eine Weite von etwa der Breite des Rastelements (2, 20a, 20b, 20c) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einführungsöffnung (10, 10a, 10c) ein konischer Führungsbereich (11, 11a, 11c) vorgelagert ist, wobei sich der Konus parallel zur Scheibenebene öffnet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement (2, 20a, 20b, 20c) auf der der Einführungsöffnung (10, 10a, 10c) zugewandten Seite eine abgerundete Kontur aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Teil (1a, 1c) von zwei parallel zur Scheibenebene verlaufenden Schenkeln (14, 15) gebildet ist, die über eine Basis (13) miteinander in Verbindung stehen, wobei wenigstens ein Schenkel (14, 15) auf seiner Innenseite eine Ausnehmung (12a, 12aa) mit Einführungsöffnung (10a) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Teil (1a) Bestandteil eines Mitnehmers eines Seilfensterhebers ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement (20a) ein in ein Scheibenloch einsteckbarer Kunststoffbolzen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement (20b) Bestandteil eines mit der Scheibenunterkante verbindbaren Befestigungselements (Teil 2b) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement einstückiger Bestandteil einer Kunststoffscheibe ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement (20c) Bestandteil eines Mitnehmers (2c, 190) eines Seilfensterhebers ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (12c) Bestandteil eines mit der Scheibenunterkante verbindbaren Teils (1c) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Teil (1c) einstückiger Bestandteil des unteren Bereichs einer Kunststoffscheibe ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Verriegelungsbereich, der eine Verschiebung des Rastelements (20a, 20b, 20c) in Montagerichtung (31) von der Einführungsöffnung (10a, 10c) in die sich horizontal erstreckende Ausnehmung (12a, 12aa, 12c) zuläßt, eine Rückstellbewegung entgegen der Montagerichtung (31) jedoch verhindert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungsbereich von Verriegelungselementen (17, 17c, 23a, 23b, 23c) gebildet ist, die Bestandteil des ersten Teils (2a, 2b, 2c) und des zweiten Teils (1a, 1c) sind und die durch eine Federkraft formschlüssig ineinander gedrückt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungsbereich von Verriegelungselementen gebildet ist, die Bestandteil einer Kunststoff-Fensterscheibe und des mit der Kunststoff-Fensterscheibe zu verbindenden Teils sind und die durch eine Federkraft formschlüssig ineinander gedrückt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegeiungsbereich von sägezahnförmigen Verzahnungselementen (17, 17c, 23a, 23b, 23c) gebildet ist.
