Claims (29)
- Schraubendrehereinheit (1) für Schraubendrehereinsätze (11) mit einem Befestigungsbereich (12) und einem Funktionsbereich (13), bestehend aus einem in einem ein Deckelteil (4) mit wenigstens einer Öffnung (20) und einer Aufnahme (21) für einen Schraubendrehereinsatz (11) aufweisenden Behälter (6) drehbar angeordneten Einsatz (7) zur Lagerung wenigstens eines Schraubendrehereinsatzes (11), wobei der Schraubendrehereinsatz (11) durch Verschieben vom Behälterinneren aus dem Einsatz (7) durch die wenigstens eine Öffnung (20) im Deckelteil (4) heraus in der Aufnahme (21) positionierbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (6) an dem dem Deckelteil (14) gegenüberliegenden Bereich einen Schaft (24) zum Verbinden mit einem Maschinenschrauber oder dergleichen aufweist. - Schraubendrehereinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (6) mit wenigstens einer Seitenwandung (2), einem Bodenteil (3) und dem die Öffnung (20) und die Aufnahme (21) für einen Schraubendrehereinsatz (11) aufweisenden Deckelteil (4) einen Volumenraum (5) begrenzend ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (24) am Bodenteil (3) angeordnet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (24) zentrisch am Bodenteil (3) angeordnet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Bodenteil (3) eine Abdeckung (25) befestigbar ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (6) als Griff ausgebildet ist. - Schraubendrehereinheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griff rutschfest ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Öffnung (20) und die Aufnahme (21) des Deckelteils (4) koaxial zueinander ausgebildet sind.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Öffnung (20) zentrisch am Deckelteil (4) angeordnet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (21) rohrförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (21) einen sechseckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (21) sich in Richtung aus dem Behälter (6) heraus verjüngend ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (21) an dem Deckelteil nach außerhalb des Behälterinneren weisend angeordnet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckelteil (4) lösbar am Behälter (6) befestigbar ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (21) eine dem Querschnitt des Funktionsbereichs (13) entsprechend ausgebildete Öffnung (23) aufweist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (7) wenigstens einen Lagerraum (10) für einen Schraubendrehereinsatz (11) aufweist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Lagerraum (10) zylindrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Lagerraum (10) im wesentlichen parallel zur Schraubachse verlaufend ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerraum (10) eine der Öffnung (20) des Deckelteils (4) entsprechend ausgebildete Öffnung aufweist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung einen entsprechend dem Querschnitt des Befestigungsbereichs (12) ausgebildeten Querschnitt aufweist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Lagerraum (10) exzentrisch im Einsatz (7) angeordnet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung des wenigstens einen Lagerraums koaxial zur Öffnung (20) im Deckelteil (21) positionierbar ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (7) eine Verstellvorrichtung (14) aufweist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellvorrichtung (14) scheibenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 23 oder 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellvorrichtung (14) von außerhalb des Behälters (6) betätigbar ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellvorrichtung (14) den Behälter (6) wenigstens teilweise durchragend ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellvorrichtung (14) auf ihrer äußeren Randfläche Erhöhungen und/oder Vertiefungen aufweist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (7) eine lösbare Arretiervorrichtung (19) aufweist.
- Schraubendrehereinheit nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretiervorrichtung durch radiale Aussparungen (14) im Einsatz (7) ausgebildet ist, in die zum Festlegen des Einsatzes (7) im Behälter (6) ein elastisch gelagertes Sperrelement (18) eingreift.
