Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Offsetdruckwerk nach Anspruch 1.
- Ein Offsetdruckwerk mit einem aus einem Formzylinder und einem Übertragungszylinder bestehenden Zylinderpaar, dessen Übertragungszylinder mit einem Druckzylinder eine zwischen den beiden letztgenannten Zylindern vertikal hindurchführende Bedruckstoffbahn mit Farbe belegbar zusammenarbeitet, ist allgemein bekannt. Dabei ist für den Zeitungsdruck abhängig von der Konfiguration des Druckwerkes der Formzylinder mit einer Druckseite in Umfangsrichtung und zwei Druckseiten in Längsrichtung oder zwei Druckseiten in Umfangsrichtung und zwei Druckseiten in Längsrichtung oder zwei Druckseiten in Umfangsrichtung und vier Druckseiten in Längsrichtung bestückbar, wobei die Druckseiten jeweils im Broadsheetformat stehend angeordnet sind.

EP-A-0 182 156 zeigt ein Doppeldruckwerk für horizontalen Bahnlauf, bei dem der Umfang der Übertragungszylinder ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches des Umfangs der Formzylinder beträgt. - Eine Druckmaschine nach einem Produktprospekt von Goss Graphic Systems, C450, vorbenntzt bei Grandville Printing, zeigt ein Zeitungs-Offsetdruckwerk mit mindestens einem aus einem Formzylinder und einem Übertragungszylinder bestehenden Zylinderpaar, dessen Übertragungszylinder mit einem Druckzylinder eine zwischen den beiden letztgenannten Zylindern hindurchführende Bedruckstoffbahn mit Farbe belegbar zusammenarbeitet, wobei der Formzylinder in Umfangsrichtung mit einer und in Längsrichtung mit mindestens vier stehenden Druckseiten im Broadsheetformat mittels in Umfangsrichtung des Formzylinders jeweils einer und dessen Längsrichtung mindestens einer auf diesem angeordneten, flexiblen Druckplatte bestückt ist und die Bedruckstoffbahn vertikal zwischen zwei Zylinderpaaren hindurchführbar ist und wobei das Zylinderpaar mit einem weiteren Zylinderpaar ein Doppeldruckwerk bildet und dass mindestens zwei Doppeldruckwerke übereinander angeordnet sind, wobei der Umfang des Übertragungszylinders ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches des Formzylinders beträgt, nämlich ein Verhältnis 2:1.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein schwingungs optimiertes Offsetdruckwerk zu schaffen, daß mit relativ geringem technischen Aufwand die rationelle Herstellung vielgestaltiger Produkte ermöglicht.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch den unabhängigen Anspruch erfüllt.
- Ein gegenüber dem Formzylinder um ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches größerer Umfang des Übertragungszylinders ermöglicht dessen hohe Steifigkeit und damit verbunden auch eine wirksame Abstützung des mit ihm zusammenarbeitenden Formzylinders. Trotz Ausführung der relativ großen Verstellbewegung für die Druckabstellung bei einem fliegenden Druckplattenwechsel durch den Übertragungszylinder läßt sich dessen Lagerung, inclusive sein Zapfen, besonders stabil groß dimensionieren. Andererseits schafft der kleine Durchmesser des Formzylinders einen größeren, besser gegenüber den Druckwerken gegen Lärm abkapselbaren Bedienungsraum zwischen zwei erfindungsgemäß ausgestatteten Doppeldruckwerken und erhöht die Zugängigkeit für die Montage einer Vorrichtung zum automatischen Wechsel der Druckformen bzw. einer Vorrichtung zum Waschen des Gummituches.
- Bei der Anordnung von mehreren Gummitüchern in Längsrichtung des Übertragungszylinders auf dem Übertragungszylinder sind die der Befestigung der Enden der Gummitücher dienenden Schlitze gegeneinander in Umfangsrichtung des Übertragungszylinders - bei zwei Gummitüchern vorzugsweise um 180° - versetzt anordbar.
- Ein erfindungsgemäß ausgestattetes Doppeldruckwerk ist unter Nutzung der an den Druckvorgang anschließenden bekannten Möglichkeiten des Falzens und Schneidens in Längs- und Querrichtung sowie des Wendens der Bedruckstoffbahn bzw. deren Teilbahnen einer Rotationsdruckmaschine für die Herstellung in einer vorteilhaften Stufung von zwei stehend auf dem Formzylinder angeordneten Druckseiten veränderbaren Produkten im Broadsheetformat verwendbar. Es verfügt über die doppelte Kapazität an Druckseiten gegenüber einem Doppeldruckwerk mit in Umfangsrichtung einer Druckseite (einfachrund) und Längsrichtung zwei Druckseiten (einfachbreit) bestückbaren Formzylindern. Beispielsweise bei einem Produkt mit acht Druckseiten im Broadsheetformat in einer Lage wird in Abhängigkeit von der gewünschten Farbigkeit der Druckseiten die doppelte Anzahl von mit einfachrunden und einfachbreiten Formzylindern ausgerüsteten Doppeldruckwerken und ein zusätzlicher Rollenwechsler gegenüber dem erfindungsgemäßen Doppeldruckwerk benötigt.
- Bei einem mit doppeltrunden (zwei Druckseiten in Umfangsrichtung) und einfachbreiten Formzylindern ausgestattetem Doppeldruckwerk ist bei voller Nutzung der Seitenkapazität die Produktion nur in einer Stufung von vier Druckseiten veränderbar und die Nutzung der maximalen Druckseitenkapazität nur in zwei Lagen möglich. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Doppeldruckwerk hingegen ist bei maximaler Druckseitenkapazität die Produktion in einer Lage in einer Stufung von zwei Druckseiten veränderbar. Andererseits ist das erfindungsgemäße Doppeldruckwerk auch in der Lage, die anderen Produktionsmöglichkeiten eines mit doppeltrunden und einfachbreiten Formzylindern bestückten Doppeldruckwerkes zu realisieren, d. h. doppelte Produktion (zwei Produkte) mit der Auslage über zwei Falzapparate bzw. ein Produkt aus zwei Lagen mit einem Falzapparat. Unter Zugrundelegung der Kapazität von acht Druckseiten im Broadsheetformat ist ein Druckwerk mit doppeltrunden und einfachbreiten Formzylindern hinsichtlich der Anzahl der Druckseiten bei den zwei Produktionsformen festgelegt, wobei bei doppelter Produktion immer die gleiche Anzahl von Druckseiten in den zwei Produkten vorhanden ist und bei gesammelter Produktion das Produkt aus zwei Lagen mit der gleichen Anzahl von Druckseiten in den einzelnen Lagen besteht. Hingegen sind bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Druckwerk Variationen sowohl in der Anzahl der Druckseiten in den zwei Produkten bei doppelter Produktion als auch in der Anzahl der Druckseiten in den beiden Lagen eines Produktes möglich. Bei beispielsweise einem Produkt mit acht Druckseiten im Broadsheetformat in einer Lage wird abhängig zur gewünschten Farbigkeit die doppelte Anzahl von mit doppeltrunden und einfachbreiten Formzylindern bestückten Doppeldruckwerken gegenüber dem erfindungsgemäßen Doppeldruckwerk benötigt.
- Bei einem mit doppeltrunden und doppeltbreiten (vier Druckseiten in Längsrichtung) Formzylindern ausgestattetem Doppeldruckwerk sind bei ungesammelter Produktion die Produkte analog zum erfindungsgemäßen Druckwerk auch in einer Stufung von zwei, bei gesammelter Produktion hingegen nur in einer Stufung von vier Druckseiten veränderbar. Die volle Kapazität der möglichen Druckseiten dieses Druckwerkes kann nur in einem Produkt mit zwei Lagen realisiert werden. Bei einem angestrebten Produkt von acht Druckseiten in einer Lage ist die Anzahl der technisch weniger aufwendigen erfindungsgemäßen Druckwerke gegenüber den mit doppeltrunden und doppeltbreiten Formzylindern ausgestatteten Druckwerken gleich.
- Auf den jeweils mit vier stehenden Druckseiten im Broadsheetformat bestückbaren Formzylindern des erfindungsgemäßen Druckwerkes sind für weitere typische Produktionsformen wahlweise auch acht liegende Druckseiten im Tabloidformat (zwei Druckseiten in Umfangsrichtung und vier Druckseiten in Längsrichtung) oder sechzehn stehende Druckseiten im Buchformat (zwei Druckseiten in Umfangsrichtung und acht Druckseiten in Längsrichtung) oder acht liegende Druckseiten im Buchformat (vier Druckseiten in Umfangsrichtung und in Längsrichtung) anordbar.
- Auf Grund des in Leichtbauweise mit hoher Steifigkeit ausführbaren, sich gegen den im Umfang doppelt größeren Übertragungszylinder abstützenden und damit mit einer hohen Umdrehungszahl von beispielsweise 80000 Umdrehungen pro Stunde betreibbaren Formzylinders ist mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Doppeldruckwerk eine dem herkömmlich mit jeweils im Broadsheetformat zwei stehenden Druckseiten in Umfangsrichtung und vier stehenden Druckseiten in Längsrichtung bestückbaren Formzylindern ausgestatteten Doppeldruckwerk entsprechende Produktionshöhe erreichbar.
- Neben der beschriebenen für acht Druckseiten ausgelegten Vorzugsvariante eines erfindungsgemäßen Doppeldruckwerkes sind auch Druckwerke realisierbar, die in Längsrichtung mit mehr als vier stehenden Druckseiten im Broadsheetformat bestückbare Formzylinder besitzen.

Fig. 1 zeigt ein aus zwei jeweils aus einem Formzylinder 1; 2 und einem Übertragungszylinder 3; 4 bestehenden Zylinderpaaren 5; 6 zusammengesetztes Doppeldruckwerk 7, wobei jeweils der Übertragungszylinder 3 bzw. 4 eines Zylinderpaares 5 bzw. 6 mit einem Druckzylinder 8 bzw. 9 in Gestalt des Übertragungszylinders 3 bzw. 4 des anderen Zylinderpaares 6 bzw. 5 eine zwischen beiden Zylindern vertikal hindurchführende Bedruckstoffbahn 10 jeweils auf einer Seite mit einer Farbe belegend zusammenarbeitet. - Der Formzylinder 1; 2 besitzt gemäß
Fig. 11 bis 15 einen Umfang U zur Aufnahme einer stehenden Druckseite 11 im Broadsheetformat mittels einer in Umfangsrichtung auf den Formzylinder 1; 2 auflegbaren flexiblen Druckplatte 12.1 bis 12.4, deren an beiden Enden angeordnete, nicht dargestellte gebogene Kanten in einen am Umfang in Längsrichtung achsparallel durchgehenden Schlitz 13 einsteckbar und ggf. in diesem zusätzlich durch mittels Federkraft, Druckmittel oder einer während des Betriebes wirksamen Fliehkraft betätigbarer Mittel fixierbar sind. Günstigerweise ist zur besseren Sicherung der in Drehrichtung des Formzylinders 1; 2 vorlaufenden Kante der Druckplatte 12.1 bis 12.4 der Schlitz 13 mit seiner Öffnung am Umfang in Drehrichtung des Formzylinders 1; 2 geneigt. - Die Länge der Formzylinder 1; 2 ist zur Aufnahme von mindestens vier stehenden Druckseiten in Broadsheetformat bemessen (vgl. auch
Fig. 11 bis 15 ). Dabei ist es u.a. von der Art des herzustellenden Produktes abhängig, ob jeweils nur eine Druckseite 11 oder mehrere Druckseiten 11 auf einer Druckplatte angeordnet sind. Die Druckplatten 12.1 bis 12.4 sind problemlos in Umfangsrichtung auf dem Formzylinder 1; 2 montierbar und bei der inFig. 1 dargestellten Ausführung jeweils als mit einer Druckseite bestückte Einzeldruckplatte austauschbar. - Der Übertragungszylinder 3; 4 besitzt gegenüber dem Formzylinder 1; 2 einen doppelten Umfang und ist in Längsrichtung nebeneinander mit zwei Gummitüchern 14.1; 14.2 belegt. In
Fig. 1 hingegen sind die Gummitücher 14.1; 14.2 jeweils auf einer nicht dargestellten Trägerplatte befestigt, deren am Gummituch überstehende Enden jeweils mit einer gebogenen Kante ausgestattet sind, die analog zur Druckplatte in einen achsparallelen Schlitz 15 am Umfang des Übertragungszylinders 3; 4 einsteckbar und ggf. in diesem gegen ein Herausrutschen zusätzlich fixierbar sind. Auf Grund des doppelten Umfanges des Übertragungszylinders 3; 4 gegenüber dem Formzylinder 1; 2 sind die beiden Schlitze für die zwei Gummitücher 14.1; 14.2 das Schwingungsverhalten des Druckwerkes im Betriebsfall günstig beeinflussend um 180° zueinander versetzt, wobei inFig. 1 lediglich der Schlitz 15 für das vordere Gummituch 14.1 sichtbar ist. - Wie an dem linken Zylinderpaar 5 in
Fig. 1 dargestellt, werden die Druckplatten des Übertragungszylinders 1 zunächst durch ein Feuchtwerk 16 befeuchtet und anschließend von einem Farbwerk 17 eingefärbt. Jedoch ist es auch möglich, ein derartiges Druckwerk im Trockenoffset oder mit einer die Feuchtflüssigkeit als Beimengung enthaltenden Farbe zu betreiben. -
Fig. 2 zeigt in schematischer Darstellung einen Einzelantrieb für das Doppeldruckwerk 7 unter Markierung der jeweiligen Antriebsverbindung durch einen Verbindungsstrich. Dabei greift ein koaxiales Antriebsritzel 18 eines Motors 19 in ein Zylinderantriebsrad 20 des ortsfest im Maschinengestell gelagerten Übertragungszylinders 4 ein. Das Zylinderantriebsrad 20 steht sowohl mit einem Zylinderantriebsrad 21 des benachbarten Formzylinders 2 als auch einem Zylinderantriebsrad 22 des anderen Übertragungszylinders 3 in Antriebsverbindung, während das Zylinderantriebsrad 22 in ein Zylinderantriebsrad 23 des benachbarten Formzylinders 1 eingreift. -
Fig. 3 zeigt schematisch ein Dreizylinderdruckwerk 24 mit einem aus einem Übertragungszylinder 25 und einem Formzylinder 26 bestehenden, zuFig. 2 gleichgestalteten Zylinderpaar 27, dessen Übertragungszylinder 25 mit einem im Umfang gleichgroßen Druckzylinder 28 als Gegendruckzylinder 29 eine senkrecht zwischen beiden Zylindern hindurchführende Bedruckstoffbahn 30 auf einer Seite mit Farbe belegend zusammenarbeitet. Der Antrieb erfolgt in analoger Weise zuFig. 2 ausgehend von einem Motor 31 über dessen Antriebsritzel 32 auf ein Zylinderantriebsrad 33 des Übertragungszylinders 25 und von dessen Zylinderantriebsrad 33 jeweils auf ein Zylinderantriebsrad 34 des Formzylinders 26 und ein Zylinderantriebsrad 35 des Gegendruckzylinders 29. -
Fig. 4 zeigt einen Druckzylinder 36 in Gestalt eines Satellitzylinders 37, der mit den Übertragungszylindern 38 bis 41 von jeweils aus einem Formzylinder 42 bis 45 und einem Übertragungszylinder 38 bis 41 bestehenden Zylinderpaaren 46 bis 49 zusammenarbeitet, wobei eine den Satellitzylinder 37 umschlingende Bedruckstoffbahn 50 in vier Druckstellen hintereinander auf der selben Seite mit jeweils einer Farbe belegt wird. - Jeder Übertragungszylinder 38 bis 41 ist durch einen Motor 51 bis 54 koaxial direkt angetrieben und steht jeweils über ein Zylinderantriebsrad 55 bis 58 mit einem Zylinderantriebsrad 59 bis 62 des zugehörigen Formzylinders 42 bis 45 im Eingriff. Das Zylinderantriebsrad 58 eines Übertragungszylinders 41 treibt zusätzlich noch ein Zylinderantriebsrad 59 des Satellitzylinders 37 an.
- In
Fig. 5 arbeiten zwei Druckzylinder 63; 64 jeweils in Gestalt eines Satellitzylinders 65; 66 jeweils mit zwei Übertragungszylindern 67; 68 bzw. 69; 70 eines jeweils aus einem Formzylinder 71; 72 bzw. 73; 74 und einem Übertragungszylinder 67; 68 bzw. 69; 70 bestehenden Zylinderpaares 75; 76 bzw. 77; 78 zusammen, wobei eine die zwei Satellitzylinder 65; 66 hintereinander umschlingende Bedruckstoffbahn 79 an zwei Druckstellen pro Satellitzylinder 65; 66 jeweils auf der selben Seite hintereinander mit einer Farbe belegt wird. - Jeder Übertragungszylinder 67 bzw. 70 ist durch einen Motor 80 bis 83 direkt koaxial angetrieben, und ein Zylinderantriebsrad 84 bis 87 des Übertragungszylinders 67 bis 70 steht jeweils mit einem Zylinderantriebsrad 88 bis 91 des zugehörigen Formzylinders 71 bis 74 im Eingriff. Ein Zylinderantriebsrad 92; 93 der Satellitzylinder 65; 66 wird jeweils durch ein Zylinderantriebsrad 84 bzw. 87 eines Übertragungszylinders 67 bzw. 70 angetrieben.

Fig. 6 zeigt ein zuFig. 1 und2 analog gestaltetes Doppeldruckwerk 7, das durch ein aus einem Übertragungszylinder 94 und einem Formzylinder 95 bestehendes Zylinderpaar 96 zu einem Y-Druckwerk erweitert ist, wobei der Übertragungszylinder 94 mit dem ortsfest im Maschinengestell gelagerten Übertragungszylinder 4 des Doppeldruckwerkes 7 eine Bedruckstoffbahn 97 auf einer Seite zusätzlich mit einer Farbe belegend zusammenarbeitet. - Für den Antrieb des Zylinderpaares 96 steht ein Zylinderantriebsrad 98 des Übertragungszylinders 94 sowohl mit einem Zylinderantriebsrad 99 des zugehörigen Formzylinders 95 als auch dem Zylinderantriebsrad 20 des Übertragungszylinders 4 des Doppeldruckwerkes 7 im Eingriff.

Fig. 7 zeigt zwei zu einer Druckeinheit 100 übereinander angeordnete Doppeldruckwerke 7; 7', die eine vertikale Bedruckstoffbahn 101 auf jeder Seite mit bis zu zwei Farben belegen. Die Darstellung verdeutlicht, daß der kleine Durchmesser der Übertragungszylinder 1; 1', 2; 2' zu einem Raumgewinn zwischen den Doppeldruckwerken 7; 7' führt, der für eine bessere Bedienung und die zusätzliche Installation von Einrichtungen für das Waschen der Gummitücher bzw. den automatischen Druckplattenwechsel nutzbar ist. - Andererseits bietet der im Durchmesser doppelt größere Übertragungszylinder 3; 3'; 4; 4' eine stabile Abstützung für den kleineren Formzylinder 1; 1'; 2; 2' und gewährleistet eine funktionssichere Lagerung des Übertragungszylinders 3; 3' unter Gewährleistung eines entsprechend großen, sein Abschwenken für einen fliegenden Druckplattenwechsel ermöglichenden Exzenters.
Fig. 8 und9 zeigen dafür die entsprechenden Zylinderstellungen, wobei inFig. 8 sich die Übertragungszylinder 3; 4 des unteren Doppeldruckwerkes 7 bei angeschwenktem linken Übertragungszylinder 3 in der Druckstellung und die Übertragungszylinder 3'; 4' des oberen Doppeldruckwerkes 7' bei abgeschwenktem linken Übertragungszylinder 3' in der den fliegenden Druckplattenwechsel ermöglichenden Druckabstellung und umgekehrt inFig. 9 sich die unteren Übertragungszylinder 3; 4 in der Druckabstellung und die oberen Übertragungszylinder 3'; 4' in der Druckstellung befinden. Sowohl inFig. 8 als auch inFig. 9 wird die Bedruckstoffbahn 101' bzw. 101" auf beiden Seiten jeweils nur mit einer Farbe belegt. In Bahnlaufrichtung ist sowohl vor dem unteren Doppeldruckwerk 7 als auch nach dem oberen Doppeldruckwerk 7' in Verbindung mit der speziellen Anordnung der Übertragungszylinder 3; 4 bzw. 3'; 4' jeweils eine von der Bedruckstoffbahn 101' bzw. 101" umschlungene Walze 102; 102' derart ortsfest angeordnet, daß die Bedruckstoffbahn 101' bzw. 101" jeweils einen Druckabspalt 103'; 103 zwischen den Übertragungszylindern 3'; 4' bzw. 3; 4 kontaktlos durchläuft. - Auf Grund des zwischen den Doppeldruckwerken 7; 7' bestehenden großen Raumes läßt sich günstig von den Druckwerken deren Schallabstrahlung reduzierend ein Bedienungsraum 104; 105 abkapseln.
Fig. 7 zeigt dazu zwei Varianten. Bei der einen Variante sind vor den übereinanderliegenden beiden linken Übertragungszylindern 3; 3' der Zylinderpaare 5; 5' zwei Schutze 106; 107 senkrecht hintereinander angeordnet, an deren jeweils zum anderen Schutz 106; 107 entgegengesetzten, unteren bzw. oberen Ende in horizontaler Richtung jeweils ein Schutz 108; 109 mit einer Traverse 110 bzw. einer Feuchtwerkverkleidung 111 eine zusammenhängende Fläche bis zur Außenseite der Druckeinheit 100 bildend anschließt. - Die Schutze 106 bis 109 erstrecken sich jeweils über die volle Breite zwischen den Wänden der Druckeinheit 100 und sind jeweils im Bereich des Eckstoßes zwischen vertikalem Schutz 106 bzw. 107 und horizontalem Schutz 109 bzw. 108 an einer gestellfesten Querstütze 112; 113 achsparallel zu den Zylindern in den Bedienungsraum 104 verschwenkbar gelagert.
- Bei der anderen Variante sind zwischen den übereinander angeordneten beiden rechten Zylinderpaaren 6; 6' zwei Schutze 114; 115 zueinander in einem Winkel α angeordnet, die ebenfalls mit der Traverse 110' und der Feuchtwerkverkleidung 111' eine zusammenhängende Fläche bis zur Außenseite der Druckeinheit 100 bilden. Die Schutze 114; 115 sind im Scheitelbereich des Winkels α an einer gestellfesten Querstütze in den Bedienungsraum 105 verschwenkbar gelagert und erstrecken sich ebenfalls über die volle Breite zwischen den Wänden der Druckeinheit 100.
- Durch entsprechendes Verschwenken der Schutze 106 bis 109 bzw. 114; 115 in den Bedienungsraum 104 bzw. 105 ist einerseits der Zugang zum jeweiligen Zylinder bzw. Zylinderpaar der Doppeldruckwerke 7; 7' gewährleistet und andererseits beim fliegenden Wechsel der Druckplatten an einem Doppeldruckwerk jeweils der Zugang zu den Zylindern des sich im Betriebszustand befindenden anderen Doppeldruckwerkes versperrt.
- Die Schutze 106 bis 109; 114 und 115 können auch mehrteilig mehrfach klappbar mit gelenkig verbundenen Flächenelementen ausgeführt sein.
- Für einen wirksamen Schallschutz der Druckeinheit 100 (
Fig. 7 ) sind an deren Außenseiten zur Bedienung und Wartung angeordnete Öffnungen durch abnehmbare Schutze 116; 116'; 117; 117' verschließbar, so daß gemeinsam mit dem abgekoppelten Bedienungsraum 104; 105 zwischen den Doppeldruckwerken 7; 7' eine geschlossene Schallschutzverkleidung der Druckeinheit 100 entsteht. -
Fig. 10 zeigt in schematischer Darstellung einen Formzylinder 1; 1'; 2; 2'; 26; 42 bis 45; 71 bis 74; 95 mit einer stabilen Lagerung, dessen Durchmesser D1 an der Lagerstelle 118 mindestens 2/3 des Durchmessers D2 seines Zylinderkörpers 119 beträgt, wobei der Schlitz 13 für die Kanten der Druckplatten 12.1 bis 12.4 (Fig. 1 ) seitlich des Zylinderkörpers 119 jeweils in einem Bund 120 ausläuft. Zur Gewährleistung einer Leichtbauweise bei hoher Steifigkeit ist es günstig, den Zylinderkörper 119 anstatt massiv in einer Verbundbauweise gemäß der inFig. 10 dargestellten Variante mit einem innen mit Metall 121 ausgeschäumten Stahlrohr 122 auszuführen, in das seitlich gesonderte Lagerzapfen 123 unter einer starren Verbindung zum Stahlrohr 122 einsetzbar sind. Neben einer Gewichtsreduzierung bei hoher Steifigkeit durch die Verbundbauweise wirkt das geschäumte Metall zusätzlich schwingungsdämpfend auf den Formzylinder. Denkbar ist auch eine Ausführung des Zylinderkörpers 119 aus einem Kohlefaserwerkstoff oder letzteren in den Zylinderkörper in Verbindung mit einem anderen Werkstoff einzulagern. - Die
Figuren 11 bis 16 zeigen die Verwendung des Doppeldruckwerkes 7 gemäßFig. 1 zur Herstellung unterschiedlicher Produkte im Broadsheetformat. Dabei ist der Formzylinder 1; 2 in Umfangsrichtung -Fig. 11; 13; 15 zeigen jeweils dazu den abgewickelten Umfang U - mit einer stehenden Druckseite 11 und in Längsrichtung mit vier stehenden Druckseiten 11 im Broadsheetformat bestückbar. Unter Nutzung der vollen Bahnbreite B der Bedruckstoffbahn 10 wird diese in dem Doppeldruckwerk 7 vonFig. 1 in einer Druckstelle beiderseitig mit vier, also insgesamt mit acht Druckseiten bedruckt. - Gemäß
Fig. 12 wird nach dem Druckvorgang die Bedruckstoffbahn in der Mitte längs aufgeschnitten und die obere Teilbahn 124 mittels Wendestangen 125; 126 über die untere Teilbahn 127 gewendet, beide Teilbahnen 124; 127 werden durch einen Falztrichter 128 mit einem Längsfalz 129 und nachfolgend durch einen Falzapparat 130 mit einem Querfalz versehen und als ein aus einer Lage 132 und acht Druckseiten bestehendes Produkt 133 ausgelegt. - Natürlich läßt sich das Doppeldruckwerk 7 auch für Bedruckstoffbahnen mit einer drei oder zwei stehenden Druckseiten 11 oder eine stehende Druckseite 11 entsprechenden Bahnbreite zur Herstellung eines aus sechs oder vier oder zwei Druckseiten bestehenden einlagigen Produktes im Broadsheetformat nutzen.

Fig. 13 zeigt abweichend zuFig. 11 , daß die Teilbahnen 124; 127 getrennt jeweils über einen Falztrichter 128; 134 laufen und von einem Falzapparat 130; 135, wobei beide Falzapparate auch in einem Doppelfalzapparat vereinigt sein können, als getrennte, jeweils aus einer Lage 136 und vier Druckseiten bestehende Produkte 137; 138 ausgelegt werden.Fig. 14 zeigt dazu die Produkte 137; 138 als Einzelheit. -
Fig. 13 zeigt auch, daß die Teilbahnen 124 und 127 zusätzlich mittig gemäß der strichpunktierten Linie in Längsrichtung aufgeschnitten werden können, so daß jeweils unter Benutzung der Wendestangen 125; 126 bzw. 139; 140 in Richtung der Hohlpfeile ein Produkt mit zwei Druckseiten und ein Produkt mit sechs Druckseiten herstellbar ist. Entspricht die Bahnbreite hingegen nur drei stehenden Druckseiten 11, so sind zwei Produkte im Broadsheetformat mit vier Druckseiten in dem einen Produkt und zwei Druckseiten in dem anderen Produkt herstellbar. -
Fig. 15 zeigt abweichend zuFig. 11 die Herstellung eines aus zwei Lagen 141; 142 zu jeweils vier Druckseiten (Fig. 10 ) bestehenden Produktes 143 im Broadsheetformat, wobei die beiden Teilbahnen nach den Falztrichtern 128; 134 hintereinanderliegend zusammengeführt einem Falzapparat 130 zugeführt werden. - Jedoch ist durch zusätzliches mittiges Längsschneiden der Teilbahn 124 bzw. 127 und unter Benutzung der Wendestangen 125; 126 bzw. 139; 140 auch ein Produkt mit zwei Druckseiten in der einen Lage und sechs Druckseiten in der anderen Lage herstellbar.
- Eine Bedruckstoffbahn mit einer drei stehenden Druckseiten entsprechenden Bahnbreite ist für die Herstellung eines Produktes mit vier Druckseiten in der einen Lage und zwei Druckseiten in der anderen Lage verwendbar.
- Aus den bisherigen Darlegungen folgt, daß das Doppeldruckwerk nach
Fig. 1 für die Herstellung in einer Stufung von zwei stehend auf dem Formzylinder 1; 2 angeordneten Druckseiten 11 veränderbaren Produkten im Broadsheetformat verwendbar ist. - Die
Figuren 17 bis 20 zeigen die Verwendung des Doppeldruckwerkes 7 gemäßFig. 1 zur Herstellung unterschiedlicher Produkte im Tabloidformat. Dabei ist der Formzylinder 1; 2 in Umfangsrichtung mit zwei liegenden Druckseiten 144 und in Längsrichtung mit vier liegenden Druckseiten 144 im Tabloidformat bestückt. Unter Nutzung der vollen Bahnbreite B der Bedruckstoffbahn 10 wird diese in dem Doppeldruckwerk 7 vonFig. 1 in einer Druckstelle beiderseitig mit acht, also insgesamt mit sechzehn Druckseiten bedruckt. - Analog zu
Fig. 11 wird inFig. 17 die obere Teilbahn 124' über die untere Teilbahn 127' gewendet. Die beiden Teilbahnen 124' und 127' werden gemeinsam über dem Falztrichter 128 mittig in Längsrichtung aufgeschnitten und von dem Falzapparat 130 als quergefalztes, aus einer Lage bestehendes Produkt 145 ausgelegt.Fig. 18 zeigt als Einzelheit dieses aus sechzehn Druckseiten bestehende Produkt 145 im Tabloidformat mit dem Querfalz 146 am Rücken und dem aufgeschnittenen Längsfalz 147 an der Seite. - Das Doppeldruckwerk 7 von
Fig. 1 läßt sich auch für Bedruckstoffbahnen mit einer drei oder zwei liegenden Druckseiten 144 oder einer liegenden Druckseite 144 entsprechenden Bahnbreite zur Herstellung eines aus zwölf oder acht oder vier Druckseiten 144 bestehenden einlagigen Produktes im Tabloidformat nutzen. -
Fig. 19 zeigt abweichend zuFig. 17 , daß die Teilbahnen 124'; 127' getrennt jeweils über einen Falztrichter 128; 134 laufen und dabei mittig über dem Falztrichter aufgeschnitten und anschließend vom jeweiligen Falzapparat 130; 135 als getrennte Produkte 148; 149 ausgelegt werden.Fig. 20 zeigt dazu als Einzelheit das aus einer Lage und acht Druckseiten 144 bestehende Produkt 148; 149 im Tabloidformat. -
Fig. 19 zeigt auch, daß die Teilbahnen 124'; 127' zusätzlich mittig gemäß der strichpunktierten Linie in Längsrichtung aufgeschnitten werden können, so daß jeweils unter Benutzung der Wendestangen 125; 126 bzw. 139; 140 in Richtung der Hohlpfeile ein Produkt mit vier Druckseiten 144 und ein Produkt mit zwölf Druckseiten 144 herstellbar ist. Entspricht die Bahnbreite hingegen nur drei liegenden Druckseiten 144, so sind zwei einlagige Produkte im Tabloidformat mit vier Druckseiten 144 in dem einen Produkt und acht Druckseiten 144 in dem anderen Produkt herstellbar. - Das Doppeldruckwerk 7 nach
Fig. 1 ist für die Herstellung von in einer Stufung von vier liegend auf dem Formzylinder 1; 2 angeordneten Druckseiten 144 veränderbaren Produkten im Tabloidformat verwendbar. - Die
Fig. 21 bis 24 zeigen die Verwendung des Doppeldruckwerkes 7 gemäßFig. 1 zur Herstellung unterschiedlicher Produkte im Buchformat. Dabei ist der Formzylinder 1; 2 in Umfangsrichtung mit zwei stehenden Druckseiten 150 und in Längsrichtung mit acht stehenden Druckseiten 150 im Buchformat bestückt. Unter Nutzung der vollen Bahnbreite B der Bedruckstoffbahn 10 wird diese in dem Doppeldruckwerk 7 vonFig. 1 in einer Druckstelle beiderseitig mit sechzehn, also insgesamt mit zweiunddreißig Druckseiten bedruckt. - Analog zu
Fig. 17 wird inFig. 21 die obere Teilbahn 124" über die untere Teilbahn 127'' gewendet. Die beiden Teilbahnen 124" und 127" werden gemeinsam über dem Falztrichter 128 mittig in Längsrichtung aufgeschnitten und von dem Falzapparat 130 als ein quergefalztes und zusätzlich mit einem zweiten Längsfalz versehenes, aus einer Lage bestehendes Produkt 151 ausgelegt.Fig. 22 zeigt als Einzelheit dieses aus zweiunddreißig Druckseiten 150 bestehende Produkt 151 im Buchformat mit dem Querfalz 152 oben, dem aufgeschnittenen ersten Längsfalz 153 auf der einen Seite und dem zweiten Längsfalz 154 auf der anderen Seite. - Das Doppeldruckwerk 7 von
Fig. 1 läßt sich auch für Bedruckstoffbahnen mit einer sechs oder vier oder zwei stehenden Druckseiten 150 entsprechenden Bahnbreite zur Herstellung eines aus vierundzwanzig oder sechzehn oder acht Druckseiten bestehenden, einlagigen Produktes im Buchformat nutzen. -
Fig. 23 zeigt abweichend zuFig. 21 , daß die Teilbahnen 124"; 127" getrennt jeweils über einen Falztrichter 128; 134 laufen und dabei mittig über dem Falztrichter aufgeschnitten und anschließend vom jeweiligen Falzapparat 130; 135 als getrennte Produkte 155; 156 ausgelegt werden.Fig. 24 zeigt dazu als Einzelheit das aus einer Lage und sechzehn Druckseiten bestehende Produkt 155; 156 im Buchformat. -
Fig. 23 zeigt auch, daß die Teilbahnen 124''; 127" zusätzlich mittig gemäß der strichpunktierten Linie in Längsrichtung aufgeschnitten werden können, so daß jeweils unter Benutzung der Wendestangen 125; 126 bzw. 139; 140 in Richtung der Hohlpfeile ein Produkt mit acht Druckseiten 150 und ein Produkt mit vierundzwanzig Druckseiten 150 herstellbar ist. Entspricht die Bahnbreite hingegen nur sechs stehenden Druckseiten 150, so sind zwei einlagige Produkte im Buchformat mit acht Druckseiten in dem einen Produkt und sechzehn Druckseiten in dem anderen Produkt herstellbar. - Das Doppeldruckwerk 7 nach
Fig. 1 ist für die Herstellung von in einer Stufung von acht stehend auf dem Formzylinder 1; 2 angeordneten Druckseiten 150 veränderbaren Produkten im Buchformat verwendbar. - Die
Fig. 25 bis 28 zeigen die Verwendung des Doppeldruckwerkes 7 nachFig. 7 zur Herstellung unterschiedlicher Produkte im Buchformat. Dabei ist der Formzylinder 1; 2 in Umfangsrichtung mit vier liegenden Druckseiten 157 und in Längsrichtung mit vier liegenden Druckseiten 157 im Buchformat bestückt. Unter Nutzung der vollen Bahnbreite B der Bedruckstoffbahn 10 wird diese in dem Doppeldruckwerk 7 vonFig. 1 in einer Druckstelle beiderseitig mit sechzehn, also insgesamt mit zweiunddreißig Druckseiten bedruckt. - Analog zu
Fig 21 wird inFig. 25 die obere Teilbahn 124''' über die untere Teilbahn 127''' gewendet. Die beiden Teilbahnen 124'''; 127''' werden gemeinsam über dem Falztrichter 128 mittig in Längsrichtung aufgeschnitten und von dem Falzapparat 130 als ein neben dem ersten Querfalz zusätzlich mit einem zweiten Querfalz bzw. Parallelfalz versehenes, aus einer Lage bestehendes Produkt 158 angelegt.Fig. 26 zeigt als Einzelheit dieses aus zweiunddreißig Druckseiten bestehende Produkt 158 im Buchformat mit dem ersten Querfalz 159 oben vornliegend, mit dem aufgeschnittenen ersten Längsfalz 160 auf der Seite und dem zweiten Querfalz 161 unten. - Das Doppeldruckwerk 7 von
Fig. 1 läßt sich auch für Bedruckstoffbahnen mit einer drei oder zwei liegenden Druckseiten 157 oder einer liegenden Druckseite 157 entsprechenden Bahnbreite zur Herstellung eines aus vierundzwanzig oder sechzehn oder acht Druckseiten bestehenden einlagigen Produktes im Buchformat nutzen. -
Fig. 27 zeigt abweichend zuFig. 25 , daß die Teilbahnen 124'''; 127''' getrennt jeweils über einen Falztrichter 128; 134 laufen und dabei mittig über dem Falztrichter aufgeschnitten und anschließend vom jeweiligen Falzapparat 130; 135 als getrennte Produkte 162; 163 ausgelegt werden.Fig. 28 zeigt dazu als Einzelheit das aus einer Lage und sechzehn Druckseiten bestehende Produkt 162; 163 im Buchformat. -
Fig. 27 zeigt auch, daß die Teilbahnen 124'''; 127''' zusätzlich jeweils gemäß der strichpunktierten Linie in Längsrichtung aufgeschnitten werden können, so daß jeweils unter Benutzung der Wendestangen 125; 126 bzw. 138; 139 in Richtung der Hohlpfeile ein Produkt mit acht Druckseiten 157 und ein Produkt mit vierundzwanzig Druckseiten 157 herstellbar ist. Entspricht die Bahnbreite hingegen nur sechs stehenden Druckseiten 157, so sind zwei einlagige Produkte im Buchformat mit acht Druckseiten in dem einen Produkt und sechzehn Druckseiten in dem anderen Produkt herstellbar. - Das Doppeldruckwerk 7 nach
Fig. 1 ist für die Herstellung von in einer Stufung von vier liegend auf dem Formzylinder 1; 2 angeordneten Druckseiten 157 veränderbaren Produkten im Buchformat verwendbar.
Claims (1)
- Zeitungs-Offsetdruckwerk mit mindestens einem aus einem Formzylinder (1:1'; 2; 2'; 26; 42 bis 45; 71 bis 74; 95) und einem Übertragungszylinder (3; 3'; 4:4'; 25; 38 bis 41; 67 bis 70; 94) bestehenden Zylinderpaar, dessen Übertragungszylinder (3; 3'; 4; 4'; 25; 38 bis 41; 67 bis 70; 94) mit einem Druckzylinder(8; 9; 28; 36; 63:64) eine zwischen den beiden letztgenannten Zylindern hindurchführende Bedruckstoffbahn (10; 30; 50; 79; 97;101;101') mit Farbe belegbar zusammenarbeit, wobei der Formzylinder (1; 2; Fig. 11, 13,15,17,19) In Umfangsrichtung mit einer und in Längsrichtung mit mindestens vier stehenden Druckseiten (11) im Bnoadsheetformat mittels in Umfangsrichtung des Formzylinders (1; 2; Fig. 11, 13,15, 17, 19) jeweils einer und dessen Längsrichtung mehreren auf diesem angeordneten, flexiblen Druckplatter (12.1 bis 12.4) bestückt ist und die Bedruckstoffbahn (10; Fig, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19) vertikal zwischen zwei Zylinderenpaaren hindurchführbar ist und wobei das Zylinderpaar mit einem weiteren Zylinderpaar ein Dopperdruckwerk (7, 7') bildet und dass mindestens zwei Doppeldruckwerke (7,7') übereinander angeordnet sind (Fig. 7), wobei der Umfang des Übertragungszylinders (3, 4) ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches des Formzylinders (1, 2) beträgt, wobei konkret der Umfang des Übertragungszylinders (3; 3'; 4; 4'; 25; 38 bis 41; 67 bis 70; 94) zum Umfang des Formzylinders (1; 1'; 2; 2'; 26; 42 bis 45, 71 bis 74; 95) ein Verhaltnis von 2:1 besizt,
wobei Gummitücher (14.1; 14.2), die auf einer Trägerplatte befestigt sind, mit den am Gummituch (14.1; 14.2) überstehenden, jeweils mit einer gebogenen Kante ausgestatteten Enden der Trägerplatte in einen achsparallelen Schlitz (15) am Umfang der Übertragungszylinder (3, 4) einsteckbar sind,
wobei die flexiblen Druckplatten (12.1 bis 12.4) Jeweils als mit einer Druckseite bestückte Einzeldruckplatte austauschbar sind,
und wobei
bei der Anordnung von mehreren Gummitüchern (14.1; 14.2) in Längsrichtung des übertragungszylinders (3, 4) der Befestigung der Enden der Gummitücher (14.1; 14.2) dienende Schlitze (15) vorgesehen sind, die gegeneinander in Umfangsrichtung des Übertragungszylinders (3,4) versetzt sind.
