Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for initiating the Wrapping process in single-stage centrifuge spinning a thread break according to the preamble of claim 1 or a device for performing this Method according to claim 6.
- a special sleeve is described in the generic DE 195 23 937 A1, which has a radially projecting at one of its longitudinal ends, has plate-like extension. With this plate-like After a thread break, the thread end should extend usually as a piece of tendon thread on the inner surface of the Create spider cake, recorded and to initiate the Wrapping process can be used.
- Devices for initiating the wrapping process after Thread breaks are related to Centrifuge spinning devices also by CH-PS 348 346 and the DE-PS 842 916 known.
- the Swiss patent specification describes, for example broom-like tool that is manually inserted into the rotating spinning centrifuge introduced and with its thin Touch wires are placed on the inner layer of the spider cake. By placing the feeler wires on the spinning cake, the Wrapping process triggered.
- DE-PS 842 916 describes a device that one in the Spinning centrifuge insertable arm that connects to the inner Thread turns of the spin cake is adjustable.
- a disadvantage of this device is that the loosening tool, that is to say the arm placed on the spinning cake, is also coiled during the wrapping process.
- the resulting spinning cop is usually no longer unwindable and therefore represents a committee.
- the Invention based on the object, a method or to develop a device that the known Wrapping process in centrifugal spinning, especially after a yarn break, improved.
- this object is achieved by a method as described in claim 1, or by a device according to claim 6.
- Preferred embodiments of the device are in the Subclaims 7 and 21 described.
- the method according to the invention has the particular advantage that a winding process can be initiated without any problems even after a yarn break, with neither the yarn deposited as a spinning cake on the centrifuge wall nor the yarn release element being damaged.
- the thread release element parallel to the inner wall of the Spinning centrifuge inserted into this and in the lower area of the Winding cone is placed on the spin cake.
- the number of winding layers caused by the Thread guide contour must be raised in order to wrap the To avoid thread loosening element can be minimized.
- the axial force component acting on the thread releasing element when the wrapping process is initiated is detected by a force transducer and used to generate a signal (Claim 4).
- the signal is then processed in the central control device of the centrifuge spinning machine or in a control device assigned to the individual centrifuge spinning station in such a way that it can be concluded from the presence of such a signal that the rewinding process has been initiated correctly. This means that if there is no corresponding signal, a new wrapping attempt can be started immediately.
- the proper completion of the rewinding process will monitored, for example, by the fact that during the Rewinding process on the rewinding sleeve effective torque, as in Claim 5 set out, detected by a torque transducer becomes.
- the signals from the torque transducer can be found under Based on the known wrap time in the Control device for monitoring a proper Wrapping process can be used.
- the invention Thread release element via a to the winding cone of Spinnkuchens adjustable cutting edge as well as the cutting edge in Outstanding thread guide contour in the axial direction.
- the thread guide contour has an inclined thread slide curve over which the lower winding layers of the spin cake so be raised far that the thread release element at Rewinding process cannot be wrapped up.
- the device according to the invention in Area of the thread release element via a force transducer, the that during the rewinding process when the yarn comes up the thread sliding curve arising axial force component detected and a corresponding signal to the via a signal line Control device passes on. That is, a signal from the am Thread release element arranged force transducer is called Successfully started wrapping process evaluated (Ansp. 7).
- a torque transducer As described in claim 8, is further in the range of Rewinding sleeve holder installed a torque transducer, the the one that acts on the winding tube during the winding process Torque detected.
- the torque transducer is also over a signal line connected to the control device, so that about the torque transducer, taking into account the known winding time, the course of the Wrapping process can be monitored.
- the embodiment of one of the thread-releasing element described in claim 10 offers the possibility of applying the thread-releasing agent relatively gently to the lowest turns of the spin cake. In this way it is prevented, for example, that the thread solvent detects several of the winding layers of the spin cake lying one above the other at the same time, which generally leads to a spinning cop which can no longer be unwound. If the thread solvent is too hard, there is also the danger that tilting moments will be introduced into the rotating spinning centrifuge which will cause the magnetically mounted spinning centrifuge to get out of step, so that there is a risk that the centrifuge body will run against the centrifuge housing.
- the thread solvent is as in Claim 11 described, pivotally mounted. That is, that Thread solvent can easily be swung in retract the spinning centrifuge and then through Swing out carefully on the lower thread layers of the on the Centrifuge inner wall of deposited spider cake become.
- the thread solvent is through a force can be pivoted, which makes the thread release elastic, that is, flexible and gentle when necessary.
- This elastic loading of the thread solvent takes place preferably, as described in claim 13, electrically or pneumatic.
- the thread-releasing element has, as set out in claim 14, at least one compressed air nozzle which can be controlled in a defined manner.
- a rear compressed air impact surface on the thread solvent can be acted upon by this compressed air nozzle arranged behind the thread solvent, so that the thread solvent is pivoted out in the direction of the spin cake.
- the thread solvent is returned to its rest position either via a spring element or via a second compressed air nozzle.
- the thread solvent is swiveled in or out, depending on which of the two compressed air nozzles is switched on.
- the compressed air nozzles are controlled, for example, using proven 2/2-way valves.
- the device is preferably designed so that a defined setting of the pneumatic pressure and thus the force of the thread solvent on the spinning cake is possible in a simple manner. That is, a throttle device is switched on, for example, in the compressed air line that leads to the compressed air nozzle that initiates the swiveling out of the thread solvent.
- an electrically operating device for example a magnetic coil which can be energized in a defined manner is arranged on the thread releasing element, as set out in claim 16.
- the thread release means itself is, at least partially, made of a ferromagnetic material, so that by appropriate energization of the magnetic coil arranged as far as possible above or below the pivot axis of the thread release means, the thread release means can be pivoted into its working position.
- the force with which the Thread solvent is applied to the spin cake defined can be set as described in claim 17.
- the thread solvent can therefore be gently swung in and the system torque at the winding layers of the spin cake be delicately limited at all times.
- Thread guiding device ensures that the thread solvent not accidentally with during the wrapping process is wrapped, which lead to an unusable spinning cop would.
- the wrapping process can be initiated reliably and gently by the defined application of the cutting edge of the thread solvent to the lowest turn position of the spin cake.
- the cutting edge can have different shapes, for example, as set out in claim 21, acute-angled, rectangular or the like.

That is, in an arrangement with two compressed air nozzles the directional control valves 65, 67 are switched so that the compressed air nozzle 56 remains unoccupied while that of the compressed air nozzle 57 is applied.
- the control device 30 controls, for example, an electrical switch 60 which is switched on in the power line 38 ′′ in the sense “close”, so that the electromagnetic coil 37 is energized.
- the magnetic currents which occur thereby act in the sense of "attracting" the thread solvent 46, which is at least partially made of a ferromagnetic material, and pivot it into the working position I indicated in FIGS. 3 and 5.
- a potentiometer 39 switched into the power line 38 '' enables a defined setting of the effective magnetic force, so that even with an electrically operating pivoting device 35, a gentle action on the spin cake 15 by the cutting edge 48 of the thread releasing element 46 can be ensured.
- the return of the thread release means 46 to its rest position II can either here, as with the pneumatic Swiveling device, via a (not shown) Spring element take place or is energized by appropriate a second solenoid 36 causes.

Description
