Claims (6)
- Verbauvorrichtung zum Abstützen der Wände (1) eines Grabens mit gestuftem Querschnitt, bestehend aus Paaren großflächiger innerer Verbauplatten (6) und aus Paaren großflächiger äußerer Verbauplatten (7), deren seitliche Ränder (26,27) verschiebbar an Stützen (2) geführt sind, die in Abständen längs des Grabens paarweise einander gegenüberstehend angeordnet und mittels Spreizeinrichtungen (3) auf Abstand gehalten sind und die an beiden Seiten Führungskanäle (5) zur Aufnahme der Ränder (26,27) der Verbauplatten (6,7) aufweisen, in denen die Verbauplatten (6,7) in Richtung zum Grabeninneren auf Stützflächen (8) abgestützt sind, wobei die Ränder (26,27) mindestens einer der Verbauplatten (6,7) und die Führungskanäle (5) der Stützen (2) derart ausgebildet sind, daß die Ränder (26,27), einen Zusammenhalt von Verbauplatten (6,7) und Stützen (2) in Grabenlängsrichtung bewirkend, formschlüssig in den Führungskanälen (5) geführt sind, dadurch gekenneichnet, daß in jedem Führungskanal (5) eine zweite Stützfläche (9) angeordnet ist, welche in bezug auf die erste Stützfläche (8) sowohl in Grabenlängsrichtung zur Mitte der Stütze (2) hin als auch in Querrichtung zur Grabenwand (1) hin versetzt ist, wobei sich ein Rand (27) der äußeren Verbauplatte (7) gegen diese zweite Stützfläche (9) abstützt.
- Verbauvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenneichnet, daß in jedem Führungskanal (5) ein Stützkörper (14,14') befestigt ist, dessen Stirnfläche die zweite Stützfläche (9) bildet und dessen rechtwinklig zur Stirnfläche verlaufende Fläche (13) als Anlagefläche für den Rand (26) einer inneren Verbauplatte (6) wirkt.
- Verbauvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Führungskanal (5) ein Distanzkörper (10,10') befestigt ist, dessen Stirnfläche die erste Stützfläche (8) bildet.
- Verbauvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Grabenwand (1) zugewandte Wandung (19) des Führungskanals (5) eine in den Führungskanal (5) vorspringende Leiste (18) aufweist, die von einer vorspringenden Leiste (17) am Rand (27) der äußeren Verbauplatte hintergriffen (7) wird.
- Verbauvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützkörper (14,14') und/oder der Distanzkörper (10,10') von einem rechtwinklig abgewinkelten, in Längsrichtung des Führungskanals (5) verlaufenden Stahlprofil gebildet werden.
- Verbauvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder (26,27) der inneren Verbauplatte (6) und der äußeren Verbauplatte (7) jeweils von unterschiedlichen Ansatzelementen (21,22) gebildet sind, welche an den Seitenrändern einer einheitlichen Grundplatte befestigt sind.
