Claims (15)
- Platte einer Unterstützungskonstruktion für eine Deckenschalung zur Herstellung von Betondecken, insbesondere Auflageplatte eines Stützenkopfes, mit auf der Platte angeordneten Haltemitteln für ein Deckenschalelement und für Restmaßausgleichsmittel,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Haltemittel für das Deckenschalelement (37) in nur einem Eckbereich der im wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Platte ein erster großer (28) und ein zweiter großer (29) Vorsprung vorgesehen sind, die breiter und höher als mehrere andere auf der Plattenoberfläche angeordnete kleinere Vorsprünge (6, 7 u. a.) sind, und daß die anderen Eckbereiche frei von großen Vorsprüngen sind. - Platte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die großen Vorsprünge (28, 29) in der Weise angeordnet sind, daß sie an der senkrecht zur Ebene einer Schalhaut des Deckenschalelements verlaufenden Innenfläche (35, 38) von an jedem der an einer Ecke des Deckenschalelementes (37) rechtwinklig zueinander angeordneten Rahmenschenkel (30, 31) des Deckenschalelementes (37) angreifen, wenn das Deckenschalelement (37) mit seiner Ecke auf die die großen Vorsprünge (28, 29) tragende Ecke der Platte (1) aufgelegt ist.
- Platte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Haltemittel dienenden Vorsprünge (6, 7 u. a.) plattenartig ausgebildet sind.
- Platte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Haltemittel dienenden Vorsprünge (6, 7 u. a.) als Zungen aus dem Plattenmaterial hochgebogen sind.
- Platte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Ebenen der großen plattenartigen Vorsprünge (28, 29) rechtwinklig schneiden.
- Platte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste (28) und der zweite (29) große Vorsprung mindestens die dreifache Breite der anderen Vorsprünge (6, 7 u.a.) aufweisen.
- Platte nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste (28) und zweite (29) Vorsprung jeweils etwa das Eineinhalb- bis Zweifache der Höhe der anderen Vorsprünge (6, 7 u. a.) aufweisen.
- Platte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kleineren Vorsprünge (6, 7 u.a.) als Haltemittel für auf die Platte (1) aufgelegte Restmaßausgleichsmittel (39, 41, 42, 43) dienen.
- Platte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kleineren Vorsprünge (6, 7 u. a.) in Reihen (45, 22, 24, 25, 26) angeordnet sind.
- Platte nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ebenen aller kleinen plattenartigen Vorsprünge (6, 7 u. a.) einer Reihe in einer Ebene liegen.
- Platte nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand von mindestens zwei einander benachbarten Reihen (45, 22) mindestens das Zweifache des Abstandes von zwei anderen einander benachbarten Reihen (22, 24) beträgt.
- Platte nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand von zwei einander benachbarten Reihen (24, 25) etwa das Dreifache des Abstandes von anderen einander benachbarten Reihen beträgt.
- Platte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zu den kleineren Vorsprüngen (6, 7 u.a.) andere Haltemittel, z.B. Löcher, Aussparungen zum Fixieren der Restmaßausgleichsmittel, vorgesehen sind.
- Deckenschalungssystem zur Herstellung von Betondecken mit einer Platte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und einer Unterkonstruktion, wobei weitere Vorsprünge (17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 29, 44) dadurch gebildet sind, daß hochstehende plattenförmige Teile der Unterkonstruktion der Platte (1) durch Schlitze in der Platte (1) hindurch nach oben führbar sind.
- Deckenschalungssystem zur Herstellung von Betondecken mit einer Platte nach Anspruch 9 oder 10 und als Restmaßausgleichsmittel (12, 13) dienenden Paßleisten oder Randträgern, wobei der Abstand von zwei einander benachbarten Reihen (45, 22) der Breite von als Restmaßausgleichsmittel (42, 43) dienenden Paßleisten oder Randträgern entspricht.
